Love the poutine and milkshakes.but tried their new chicken wings it was delicious will try again.

The food quality was top-notch, and it's awesome that they have plenty of veggie options. The customer service was on point, and the hardworking staff made visits even better. And let's not forget about the clean and organized store - that's always a big plus!

Me along with my friends went and wanted to have burger. I must say they have the best fries. Moreover the staff were so good. The only thing where I’m disappointed was burger. We ordered grilled chicken burger. But unfortunately the petty was not even well cooked/ grilled. Tastes so bad. Gonna try something else but not this grilled chicken burger anymore

The service was fine, but the quality and the presentation of the food did not represent the advertised pic.
I was expecting to get what advertised you can see in the pic. The pate looks burned. I ordered the Action Hero burger.

Ordered the Korean bbq smash burger. Was a poor choice, there was nothing Korean about it. Smash patty almost seems store bought than from freshly ground beef. Bacon was not great either.

I love the place for the atmosphere, they serve good quality and hygienic food with affordable prices. The Spicy crispy chicken burger is a must try!

Nice clean place with amazing burgers and excellent customer service. The food was ready in under 5 minutes and the patties were juicy, chewy and fresh. Standard hero certified burger yumminess.

I like Hero Burgers but this was a bad experience. The burgers were undercooked and as we're the fries. I am hoping this was a one time experience. I had three people with me every one of the burgers was undercooked. Again I hope this is a one time thing. I like to give benefit of the doubt.

Fries are soggy, inedible. Couldn't even eat one. Clearly the oil was cold. Brutal when a burger and fry place can't make a simple French fry.

Very clean and convenient restaurant. They offer big portions and for affordable rates. I loved the food very much and the staff members were very personal and chatty. I recommend this place.

I call this unique restaurant often since I love the special air that is exist in this place. The team is exceptionally loyal and experienced. The service is absolutely efficient. Also, the food they prepare is outstanding. I have been there often and I was always pleased. The cost is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to my friends and family.

Been a resident of the beaches for 2 years and we don’t eat here. Only once did we ever have a nice employee helping us. Last time we came in at 8: 50 about 3 days ago, and the cashier made no effort to explain the menu and forced me into a signature burger when I wanted to create my own. I requested a sauce on my burger and was shocked to find out when coming home that my soul burger was black, with literally only sauce, charged at a premium signature price. The fries are absolutely disgusting at this location. Oily, soggy, mush. Not to mention the line up of guests that were at the door before 9pm that just got turned away - that all complained that they were there before 9. My husband called and left a message on their machine 3 days ago and no response. Will contact CC company.

This spot is fantastic and broad, the menu was yummy and the rates were very economical.fast, effective service and very amiable waiters. I recommend this place.

The lady working there was pleasant, but I found my burger bland. The bathrooms are downstairs in the basement, and I had to basically crawl over the toilet when I opened the door in order to get into it. I know that has nothing to do with the food, but anyone with any mobility problems wouldn't be able to access the bathrooms.

I have no idea what’s the problem with the guy wearing a cap and is always sitting at the corner with a laptop who I assume is the owner. He is not friendly at all and would never smile or greet or say thank you. He always looks and sounds annoyed every-time I come and he has to get up off his laptop to take my order. First time I thought he must be having a bad day so I didnt think much of it. But every-time I went there it was the same treatment. The quality of the food does not live up to other Hero Burger franchises I’ve been to in the city. Few times I ordered through ubereats and they will not add ketchup to the fries order which I assume I dont have to ask for but if I wanted a different dipping sauce I had to pay for it which is fine. The other staff look miserable and I dont plan on ordering food from there and definitely will not recommend anyone to. Peace

Not very exciting for $20 meal. I got the heavy hitter which is the only double patty sandwich they have + fries + vanilla shake. Burger is most likely from frozen and had this weird chewy texture. Fries not exciting, neither the shake. $15 at Wendy’s is more exciting.

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I love how their service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat constantly. Prices are affordable and they serve big portions.

ALWAYS THE BEST! No matter what your ordering and maybe a good elbow Grease cleaning on the pop machine, would be nice! Otherwise great place just don’t order pop

Staff is extremely rude, and the food is completely awful here. Hero burger in general is pretty bad but this place is especially disgusting. I tried multiple times and was consistently disappointed and met with rude staff.

The burgers are smaller than other hero burger locations. They also skimp on the fries! The tables weren't clean and there were flies and bugs all over the place. This is just a convenient location by the beach.

Absolute worst place ever waited 25 minutes to get a burger. Two people working at lunch hour do not go there

Came here with my child and asked for the vanilla and smarty ice cream we saw on poster and the guy at cash charged me $7.00 when i came back from the washroom there were 2 ice creams the one i wanted and an extra one just vanilla. I told the cash i just wanted the smarty one and he told me i was wrong and didnt offer me a refund. He was very rude about the whole thing. Not to mention the ice cream was terrible. Will not be back. Its unfortunate since its so close to my house

The service was amazing. I was in and out really fast. The server Kaiser was quick and efficient and the burger was amazing! Would recommend going there!

I ordered a signature burger. The clerk put it as 6 oz burger. When I figured out the money is wrong, I told her I want 4 oz one. She refused to change it and said she input it already, then just asked me to pay. I said I want to change it again, she still refused my requirement. I felt really disrespected. I don't believe she couldn't change it to 4 oz considering I haven't paid and the machine doesn't show any sign to ask me pay either. Be careful when you order at this place. Make sure you get what you want, and pay attention to the price.

Referring to other people's feedback, I think they just want to charge you more.

Sincerely one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The texture was sort of.rubberish? The fries were mid-tier at best. The milk shake was actually quite good though.

Pubic hair in my sons buger and the worst service from the cashier to the chef!
I demanded full refund but they refused.

Nice lady. I'm picky on my burger but she was patient. It tasted very good and I was full. Lot of condiments and sauces to choose from. I enjoyed the fact I could pick and pour my own drink. I will go back if I'm the area.
