OK experience. Staff was friendly and order came out relatively fast. The burgers were decent in my opinion, nothing special. I would say worth a try if you haven’t been but it’ll be a very rare occurrence for me to go back.

They are amazing, clean, delicious, follow our construction on each combo, thank you for the add other burger for free to say sorry for missing the fries we appreciate that happy new year

One of the best burgers out there. The meat is tender and extremely flavorful! The smashed burger they experimented with recently is pretty lackluster though. And they're the only good fries out there

I walked in, there were 10 to 15 dining in but they prepared order in 10 minutes, some people were yelling on them but i can understand how hard it is to serve so many peole at time, i was staying away just because of review but those peple who are posting review, taking out there frustration thats it,

Used to love this location. It’s now dirty. They have replaced staff with two kiosks which means less people cleaning tables and washing the floor. The bathroom is gross as well.

These people put sauce on my burger AFTER I told them not to, due to a bad allergy i have. When I called back to politely complain, I was hung up on. I will not return, neither will my family.

Very slow service. It took them 30 minutes to prepare my burger. There was a long line of other people waiting for their orders, too. The two people working were agonizingly slow. I've worked at McDonald's and a couple of other fast food joints in my youth, and the people working at Hero Burger were operating at less than 50% speed. I could have done a faster job working with just one hand.

The burger I got was also sub-par, and the onion rings were soft and soggy. For the price, it was really not worth it.

I will never, ever return to this location.

I ordered the signature burger and nothing that was shown came on my burger i said can i add lettuce, tomato, honey dijon to my burger it came with just that i have been to a hero burger in the past and this never happens i know i can add additional toppings my poutine was cold the burger was a mess the bun was hard.there was no one at the cash counter me and my friend had to yell (HELLO) the dining room was a mess HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DON’T Recommend eating here ever worst experience in my life staff needs to learn how to be customer friendly and supportive without arguments

I really love the food and the service by a girl named harman when ever I use to come here she always work with full dedication i really like the delicious food and i strongly recommend it to all

Recently visited this store, quality of food was good and the staff was also polite in nature and helped me to build an amazing burger

I originally gave this restaurant a lower review, not because of the food itself but because of the lack of effort and presentation but the owner reached out to me after reading my review and wanted to rectify the situation. They were great and accommodating to change my mind about my opinion of their restaurant and I was pleased with their effort to fix their mistakes.

I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was delicious. One of the best chicken pieces I have ever tasted. After my experiences with this sandwich I think there could be a little more sauce on it because the bun and chicken soak up a lot of it but the second time around when it was presented correctly it was absolutely delish. Next time I will ask for extra sauce. I had sweet potato fries on the side with chipotle to dunk and both times I had them they were great. No complaints.

My husband got the spicy jalapeño and again, the second time around with proper effort and presentation he was very satisfied with his meal. The poutine he got on the side was also very enjoyable both times.

Thank you to hero burger for taking our opinions about your establishment seriously and wanting to make a change. As they were preparing our meals the second time I could see that the one staff member was working with the other to make sure the meal was done to perfection and revising their efforts from my previous feedback which is very professional and respectful.

I really don’t know nothing but a guy named Anmoldeep was working there so energetic i liked the way he served us food

9 out of 10 times, our experience at this location is good. Interestingly, there was an error made in our last order, where they compensated with partial refund and a free meal. Excellent customer service on their website (Yasir was the rep who helped with the issue)

A very nice restaurant.warm welcoming nd alluring ambiance, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you.must visit guys.

Was staying away because of the reviews, but glad I tried this place! I found the burger to be rather juicy with decent quality ingredients. The doneness was on the medium side, which I personally prefer. The 8oz is a filling chunk of a halal burger, with their signature sauce and a little hot sauce - I was quite impressed! The environment is a little dull and the mandatory use of the kiosk if you're paying by card was annoying, but all in all good experience. Will come back.

The worst service ever. The waiting time that would be 20 minutes took 40. The sandwiches came with missing items. Terrible quality! One star is a huge compliment. Never more!

Do not eat here. I paid $30 for a veggie burger with a poutine and side of chicken strips. The poutine was so salty and jelly like that it was inedible, the chicken strips were so hard and dry they sounded like cement hitting the table. The restaurant was dirty and the floors/tables were sticky.

I will never come to this restaurant ever again. I was wondering why she had no customers at 4pm and the restaurant was empty. I havent eaten all day and i didnt even finish this food. Its that bad. I've tried many food places in GTA and this probably the worst restaurant in the city.all the other hero burger locations are good.just not this one. My burger bun was hard, food wasn't even warm.she gave me the wrong thing. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders with fries and she gave me chicken pieces and no fries. The poutine fries were hard brown and oily.and it was so salty.don't come here. She didn't even give me a receipt lol.

Woahhh.first time in my life I ate a beef patty that is so juicy. It is not like the mcdonald's ones. It was so freaking delicious, especially the eggs bacon burger.

About the crispy chicken, I did not knew there was blue cheese. First time I tasted, it felt like expired cheese for me, but my counterpart did it. Depends on each person's taste.

First and last time coming here, I live within the area and decided to try it out. I did not read the reviews before coming because I believe in remaining un-bias and giving business’s the benefit of the doubt. This was my experience.

Before anything else, I immediately noticed the place was DISGUSTING as in un-clean, the dirt build up in the corners was like nothing was cleaned in months, maybe since they opened! I immediately lost my appetite after ordering, realizing how dirty the place was, but didn’t cancel because I felt bad for the lady making the order. There were even cobwebs in the corners ontop of the layers of dirt and yes the tables and chairs were also dirty. I was shocked, and wonder if Hero Burger franchise is aware whomever is running this location is not keeping things sanitary.

The customer service was terrible. I smiled and said please and thank you to the lady several times and got no smile or your welcome back. I kept saying thank you to see if she would have some sort of customer service skills and nope, nothing, just rude or no response, seemed like she was annoyed to serve me, did not feel welcome. The store was also very stuffy and hot like there was no ventilation.

The burger itself was tasty, I had to trash the bottom bun because it was completely stale.

Forget about the customer service and food issues, they need to do a deep clean (check the photo evidence). I was thinking if this is how the FRONT looks for customers, I am scared to see how the BACK looks where they make the food, yuck!

Side note: I am convinced the Uber Eats rating for this location is so much higher because those poor customers don’t see the physical store they are ordering their food from

We got catering for our small backyard wedding ceremony and it was such a great & easy experience! Mehwish was wonderful and so helpful. We were able to customize for our guests dietary needs & the food was absolutely delicious

The most disgusting pathetic chicken burger i ate in my life. This guy put mushrooms on it even when i did not order those, who puts mushrooms in a burger? Guac tasted yucky too. Bun was stale. I should get a refund from you guys.

Should’ve trusted the reviews. The burger was cold, meat was not fresh and under cooked. The spicy jalapeño chicken one was gold and like cardboard. Never ordering from them again.

This place is very unhygienic, the person who is making burgers is not taking any precautions for e.g no gloves and no hair mask or net. I ordered burger and when I saw, the person is not taking precautions didn't feel like eating but my son was hungry and he ate it and after 5 mins he vomited full burger. Someone should check on them for food regulations.if

Okay so first off it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. For about 30 minutes of that wait time they were on their phone and not working in the kitchen. Then they were touching my food without any gloves on. On all of the meals they made no gloves at all. Touching the inside of my cups. If they were supposed to be wearing masks. They were not.
Then they got two orders out and we ordered last. For the person ahead of us. Which ordered first. Took them an extra 20 minutes. To make his food. Because they supposubly forgot to put his burger on. Thee worst experience of my life. If I'm paying 18 dollars for a burger. I want it to be made relatively quick.
It was so bad that I want myoney back.
Did I mention they were talking up a storm. Not wearing gloves.

Ordered 2 veggie combos, scrumptious meal…the girl was very helpful and polite.she provided outstanding service…a nice restaurant to enjoy an afternoon meal.the place is clean and hygienic.

Terrible service. Stop prioritizing Uber orders and give some consideration for customers sitting in your location waiting for order for half hr.

Absolutely abysmal, refried, microwaved, and low quality food.

I ordered 8 chicken fingers for 10 dollars. Received 4 pitifully small (smaller than a McDonald's nugget) pieces of rock hard burnt toast. The "chicken" was completely dried. It was obvious these was at least a day or two old. And the pieces were like when you reach the bottom of the frozen chicken finger bag and find a few pieces of bread left over, and fry it three times and serve it. No chicken to speak of. Can't believe they didn't think "we received an order of 8 chicken pieces, we should maybe add some chicken to the order". I also ordered a burger which was similarly burnt and re-microwaved.

In all my years I've never had as bad a food situation as this. I'm honestly shocked they're even allowed to operate with these types of practices. I suppose it's a matter of time, anyway.

Stay away if you respect yourself in any way at all.

I would not even give 1 star but had no choice, easily the worst customer services experience I have received in my life, this was the 2nd time - they prepared the wrong order on my daughters birthday and promised to compensate with a replacement meal the owner herself refused to honour their commitment - please avoid this place if you can!

I order 3 combos today. I was very satisfied with the burgers they made, the beef was well done and neat & clean toppings. The staff was very helpful and friendly.there were many orders going on but I got my order on time.

Stopped by this Hero Burgers location for lunch on Sunday, picked up two veggie burgers for us and a Chicken Strips for my 5 year old (his favorite meal from HCB until this day). While taking the first few bites he mentioned that the chicken strips were cooked little different today - not thinking much of it at the time (and we regret not tasting it first before feeding it to him) we carried on munching on our burgers and he continued on with his Chicken strips.
An hour or two later after we got back home, he started puking. By the time we put him to bed he had puked two times - I had to take a day off next day to take him to doctor's and get all the check-ups done - turned out to be an acute case of food positioning.
This used to be our favorite fast food brand and always enjoyed their burgers, not anymore. Meat products (specially Chicken) needs very careful handling and strict standards - it's clear that our chicken strips were stale and shouldn't have been served.
Two days off from school, one day work off - not to mention, the physical and mental suffering we went through seeing your little one n this condition, just because someone thought it'd be ok selling stale chicken.
Never going back to Hero Burgers again.

The signature burger combo was great. Great hamburger. Also tried the spicy jalapeno burger. Wish it was a bit more saucy and not so dry/

Terrible quality burger & questionable hygiene practices. Employee emerged from the back (unknown what he had been doing) to finish my burger, immediately touching toppings and the bun with his hands.

A suggestion: even if you truly did wash your hands, putting on gloves or doing something “handing cleaning” related would give customers comfort.

Despite it being assembled upon arrival, patty was cold by the time I opened it minutes later.and the toppings were as sparse as puddles in the desert. Some other review photos captured this similarly.

I ordered at 11: 27pm on Saturday Dec. 18,2021 and got a haddock sandwich, sweet potato fries and a pop. Everything was hot and fresh and amazing! I think the guy was alone and busy with take out orders but I got my food and it was all so delicious!

Good was dry and there were very toppings. It was meat and a bun. Just get fast good. Or Burgers Priest. This is a hard pass. Not good.

Please stay away from this place! My family and I went there and we stood in line for about 15 min only for the cashier to tell us to order at the self ordering machine. Why? Because he needs to help make food (short staffed) my family including other customers were beyond upset! Lastly.the food tastes terrible! All of our stomachs were upset! The cheese tastes old.the burger (meat) tasted horrible and had a strong smell! Please plesse stay away! Not worth the money/time!

*inhales* Cold cheese, stale bread, loose patty. Sound familiar, yes, this is the definition of the burger served here. Now I don't know what I was expecting from this place, but I didn't expect Plankton to be making my burgers. In fact, these guys should change the shop name from "Hero Certified Burgers" to "Chum Bucket" just to make things accurate. Also, this hero who certified your burgers needs to have his licence revoked.

Excellent service and great tasing burgers.
Been here a couple times recently and the facility is surprisingly clean. The quality of the food and burgers of course are what one would typically except from typically fast food chain and from my experience slightly above average. The cashier was also quite patient with me and gave exactly what I ordered. Despite only being here a couple times they deserve 5 stars as they provide exactly what one should except from a place like this and I'll definitely consider coming back when in the area and need of a decent burger.

This franchise used to be very good a few years ago, but I guess it's not the same owner/management anymore because this has now, without any doubt, become the worst franchise of hero burgers. They don't even deserve a 1 star. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because there is no option to give zero. I purchased four signature burgers from them today. The cheese slice was hard and grainy. The beef patty tasted super bad. Tomato slice was falling off the burger. Bun was hard and not fresh. Teenagers were making burgers so obviously just some students to make extra cash with no real cooking experience. Super bad experience and waste of money.

Burger smelled so bad I could not even eat it. It had a really weird grey colour. Chocolate milkshake was very watery and did not taste like a chocolate shake. I had to throw it out. Fries were soaked in grease. In total $18 down thr drain. Its too bad because I used to really enjoy Hero Burger. I will now go elsewhere.

The worst service and staff. Waiting to pick Up skip order and they just started making on my arrival. No sense of urgency and staff taking their own sweet time to prepare the food.

You have to order through self check out which is unusually difficult to navigate, and after wasting all that time finding what I want and filling out my personal info the order failed. Complete waste of time I left without being able to order. I recommend a&w next door

We come to this branch pretty often and can easily say that the quality has significantly deteriorated. We got 5 heavy hitters - all of them with the weirdest tasting cheese that wasn’t melted and had such an odd taste like it was rotten, the sauce was too runny (nothing like it typically is) and the food wasn’t even warmed up properly. Such a disappointment and waste of money! I don’t recommend going here for a burger fix anymore!

I have been coming to this location for years, the quality of food and preparation has declined significantly. My chocolate milkshake was not mixed whatsoever. The burger was not warmed, cheese not melted, generally just did not taste very good. I had error messages come up on the kiosk as I was trying to order so one of the employees input my order, I only noticed two changes but for some reason when he input the order it came out more expensive than when I had done it myself. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

I visited this hero burger yesterday and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL the hijabi employee was so kind and patient, and even the lady in the kitchen was so sweet I’ll definitely be coming here again for the service even though prices were a little high

So I came from ottawa after a long trip and my sister suggested this place so we went. The order was long because I had my family with me the cashier was a nice girl with great customer service but the cook in the back was horrendous I can hear her talk rudely to the employee wearing a hijab it was loud enough my family can hear. A very cringe worthy experience and made things akward af so much so I had to go out of my way to make this comment good customer service also involves not berating your employees in front of your customer s cmon hero burger step your game up.

I just ate there and had an awful experience, the chicken and burgers were dry, the veggie burger overcooked, I ordered a fried egg on top hoping it would be runny and it wasn't and then after the man working sold me on drinks he told me the ice machine was broken and the pops were flat and warm. For what I paid and what I got I was definitely disappointed, I will be going there anymore.

Our family's favorite burger stop. Always enjoy their burgers and delicious fries. The strawberry milkshake is super scrumptious.

The manager was extremely rude and charged us $6 over for some none sense combo that me and my husband could not understand but just paid to don’t ruin our day and just eat and leave. Very disappointed with Hero Burger with hiring such unprofessional people specially as a manager who has no manner and no idea about customer relation what so ever. Horrible experience and won’t go to Hero Burger again!

Great burgers.menu has lost a good few items like the beef hotdog.good location.clean, very friendly and accommodating staff. They always make me and my son feel special. They know my son by name and know his order before we order! Prices are higher then average for a fast food joint but would recommend.

Today they have a fantastic Black Friday deal. Colette was amazing and very nicely explained how today’s deal works.

This is our favourite Hero Burger location because of the customer service. Colette is one of our favs at this joint and if you want a quality burger, check out this spot ASAP! Five Guys and Fries can't have my money.

I don't usually write reviews but the worst customer service forced me to write one!
I called in to place a pick up order and Colette sounded as if she was doing a favour by taking the order. I ordered a combo and asked her to add egg into the sandwich. She started complaining "ughhh how am i gonna add that! ".
When my sister went in to pick the order and make payment, she said to her "your way of ordering is so weird, why is that? ". Making an addition into a sandwich is such a big deal for her that it seems "weird" to her. Wow!

They need better employees to take orders!

My friend wanted to place her order and get me a side of fries. They denied her ordering a side of fries on their own. They did not want to take my money to just purchase fries saying there is NO CUSTOMIZATION. She was also very rude about telling us and just kept yelling NO SUBSTITUTES NO SUBSTITUTES so we left and didn't buy anything. Will not go back.horrible customer service 5 Guys and fries can have my money instead.

Colette was extraordinary and patience walking us through the menu options and making sure we were satisfied. On Avery busy night she was smiling and courteous to everybody

Very nice and welcoming manager/owner! The employee was helpful but the manager sold us on trying this place! It was our first time eating at Hero Burgers, and we will definitely be back to this location! Thank you again for your hospitality!
