Hero Certified Burgers

Very very slow service. 15 minutes for my order and only 2 people ahead of me.
Burger was underwhelming and luke warm. First time here and last time. I didnt enjoy my experience here.

The hero certified place was really smelly at highway 7 and mccowan. I advised the owner and he said that floor cleaning is required. Can you believe this. This place needs inspection to ensure food area and restaurant is clean and not smelly

Place is always clean and food is always 5 stars ️️️️️ most importantly, the service never lets me down and leaves me with a smile on my face every time:)

I ordered their new smash and churrasco burgers combos today, they tasted amazing! Love them! I always come for their good food and great services. Especially the owner Jimmy and Anna, they are supper friendly at all time, no disappointment! I will definitely come more often, love this location, love the endless great stuffs

Had their moon burger last night. It was alright but felt there was a lot of cheese. Overall it was an alright experience and service was good for me. People mentioned below it’s a different bun which I noticed as well. I’m assuming it’s different only for the burger I got. It’s a decent place to get food if your in a rush.

Clean, simple Hero location. The guy that handles everything by himself late night, much respect to him. Keep up the good work!

Food size is smaller than macdonalds, but with the price of The Keg. I don’t know what these folks are smoking. Won’t order again.

Cook it right 9 / 10 times. Burger looks picture perfect.

2022 update
The one location been repeatedly visited over and over.
After years of return. Still having the same burger which put together nicely with care.

The service here is top notch. Always a welcome surprise when going to a franchise restaurant.

Hero is Hero, so the food is pretty predictable.the customer service here wasn't ideal though. We specified no bacon and the person cooking still put it on. When we reminded the person behind the counter that we asked that no pork be included, they removed it but wouldn't remake the burger. We ended up not eating it.

First time in a Hero burger. The staff were very nice just did not like the burger. No flavour and an odd consistency to the meat.
Not going to hurry back.

Uber eats wrong item.

I did uber eats for this last night and it was advertised that a combo includes a 20oz drink. Instead I got a 355ml drink, which was basically 12oz and the store doesn’t contact me before hand so I end up getting the order as it is. When I called the store around 10pm, a female answered the call and she told me to come in person for a free fountain drink? If thats the case why am I ordering uber eats? Obviously I can’t pickup food so I had to order online. I’m here sick at home and you guys want me to come sick into your store for something the store messed up on? Based on uber eats policies they should contact customer if they can’t give the right items but clearly this store has no clue about their uber eats policies. My Thursday night got ruined thanks to this store.
