Hero Certified Burgers

Customer service was horrible, workers in the back didn’t look like they even wanted to work. No sign of energy to even take an order properly.

This location was good. Not anymore. The staff is incredibly rude now. They are not honouring any promotions that is advertised on their window. Went to get the new burger promotion that was advertised on their window and was on line and I was refused the order. Person at the counter said they have no promotions and the manager is not in. She was the manager and just lied to me. Hero Burger does not even review their ratings. They do not care about the reviews or customers. This is below a 1 star. This is the worst Hero Burger location

Delivery drivers beware of this branch. They always give you incorrect orders and blame it on delivery drivers.

Went in there last night and was turned away because it's "too busy" and the girl working there was so rude and inconsistent with her stories and reasons. Terrible service. Google said it is open until 4am, I walked in at 1145 thinking it they close at 2am like before. I went from a regular customer to never again.

Was not happy with the presentation of the Smash burger I ordered. The picture showed a patty hanging out of the bun and all I got was a kids burger. It had no flavor. The circumference of the bun is bigger than the patty. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The quality and presentatuon of the food was excellent at the Brampton location. Also the service was great.

Horrible food everything was stale bad customer service gave us the wrong order even after asking us if that’s our order

We went to get something to eat last night, they close at 1 am it wasn’t 12 am as yet. One of the employee was on her phone the other in the kitchen area. We told them we would like to order as we drove 20 minutes to get there. She told us that we cannot order anything that they’re closed, only taking orders from UberEats. So I asked her what is the difference if I order now or in Uber They still don’t have to make the food?

No doubt their burgers are amazing.
But they never pickup calls
And they also turn off uber eats while they are still open.

If I could give them zero I would. Why are the franchise owners so stingy and cheap in Brampton? They cut corners in everyway to maximize their profit margins at the expense of the customer. I ordered at grilled chicken burger on a gluten free bun. Usually I take it home but I was heading out of town so I decided to eat in to save time. I wish I took a picture of the burger because the chicken was sliced into 4 very thin slices that didn't cover the bun. In fact what I ate was mostly condiments and bun. Isn't there a standard chicken patty for all restaurants? Why do some feel the need to cut the chicken breast into thin slices to stretch the meat and make profit? When I brought this up to the staff they said that what the owner does. I'm going to be filling a complaint to the head office to see if they are willing to hold their franchise's responsible. Never will visit this burger chain again.
