Hero Certified Burgers

The Chicken Jalapeño burger is too yummy. The best part is the number of options to choose the bun. I selected poppyseed bun, which blends well with Chicken patty. I would recommend everyone to try this burger at least once.

So I've been eating burgers and fries for a long time; most of the time after work, my day ends with burgers, and I've tried n no. Of restaurants and QSR like "Mc Donald", "A&W", "Big Smoke", "Black Sheep" and so many others, but what I've discovered is that some of these gave me less satisfaction and some of these gave me more than needed or overdo kind of thing, so I've tried hero certified burgers and guess what I got the balance, bang onn!

Specifically, this branch, as I visit it frequently because it is close to my home.

The best Hero Burger in Toronto. I have been eating for the last 5 years from this location and they prepare the burgers always very good.

The Spicy Plant-based burger was excellent but a little dry. It just takes way too long to get the order done. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush

I love hero burgers and have been a regular customer of this branch but i al highly disappointed because my Grilled chicken is raw and out of 4 sauces I ordered, they only put lots of mustard. Had to throw my burger this is the worst one i ever had: (

Worst joint ive been in a while. Waited 45m for a burger, got handed wrong burger. When asked for refund, cashier couldnt remember the order, neither could she punch in correct $ amount for the order.

It used to be my favorite burger place, but, unfortunately, it isn't anymore. Staff had changed and the customer service quality had drastically declined. I understand they were busy and there is no problem with that. However, staff was unnecessarily rude.
After a stressful week and day, having the burger was the indulgence I was looking for to relax and enjoy.
Instead, I had an unprofessional and unprovoked mistreatment.

Got the regular burger w bacon on lettuce wrap. I am celiac and they took care of my food well. No reactions so 5 stars.

I just ordered from this branch. The buns were stale and burnt. So disappointed after coming from work hungry and tired I got this food from a restaurant. Disgusted how they treat customer’s upfront and the customers online. This location is the worst.

Uber eats has this 2 for 1 deal on the cheese burger. Has tomato, relish, onion, some white sauce on a poppy seed bun. This deal is probably worth the price. Taste wasn't bad. The patty was 4 oz. Might try the 8oz next time.
