Hero Certified Burgers

Expect Cold chicken, cold fries. Always missing half the items. It’s too bad since food is actually quite good. Disappointed twice.

Ice cold, cheese is tuff and chewy (see pic) and the patty has a strange rubbery unappealing texture, at least the bun was decent

First time having hero burger. I was very unimpressed with the patty, you can tell they’re just frozen patty’s de-thawed for orders. I thought this was a gourmet burger place, I would have rather had McDonalds. The service was great, there are a wide variety of toppings. The fries were.fries, nothing special. Prices were too high for the poor quality meat. $18.00 for a meal approx.

It was my first visit at this location. I ordered plant based burger and the patty tasted very weird. The toppings were good and customer service was great. But the burger itself tasted terrible. Please don’t waste your time and money for meatless options here, not sure how their beef and chicken is though. I won’t be coming back.

I have been to this place years ago when they opened up, and also earlier this year, and their burgers used to be really tasty and fresh. When I visited lately, everything tasted like it was prepared few weeks ago and only heated up. We had a chicken burger, it was really dry and greasy. Next time I'd prefer to go to Mc Donald's or Wendy's, at least they have more customers, and don't serve you old food. The place itself was super dirty, my shoes were sticking to the floor, and the table we sat on was so dirty, we wiped it 3 times. Would not go back again.

They have vegetarian burger option! Must try the meatless crispy chicken burger and they also have every day bogo deals which is the best part!

Had the cheeseburger delivered to me and the patty was cold. I took 2 bites and I already started feeling sick. I’ve had hero burger before but I’m guessing this location does not serve the same quality. The patty tasted like the ones you’d get from nofrills in those frozen boxes. I feel so sick and will never order again

Came in for the first time today and ordered a burger. I was told there was a deal, 2 for $10. So after tax it came to $15. I don’t think you guys know how taxes work, and the screen clearly said 13.90 for the 2, not 10 before tax. He chuckled as if I was not understanding how a 2 for $10 dollar deal works. I’m only reviewing the service, not the food in this review.

Poor quality burger. Never recommend to anyone.you can get better quality buns from no frills

Beef was so fresh, fries tasted pretty good, not greasy, size of the sandwich is a lil bit small compared to the price, overall experience is very good.

My go-to order is the Action Hero Burger & fries. Both are delicious and service has always been fast. I cannot complain one bit. I would love if they would offer lettuce wraps but the gluten free bun is great.
