Hero Certified Burgers

I went to Derry & McLaughlin, tried both the Spicy Signature Burger and the Beef Burger with fries. They tasted really good and filled me up nicely. There's plenty of parking, and the location is easy to find. It's a great place and the burgers are yum. I would recommend you to try if you haven't yet.

This location is the BEST hero Burger. They make the food amazing. Worth every penny. I’ve tried other location such as the one on Argentia which is horrendous. I live five minutes from the Argentia location but I drive down to this location cus of this employees that work here and the food that is served. They make the food so good. The fries are amazing. The burger is properly made. Everything is delicious! If you’re going to have the best experience it’s at this location by far.

Food was cooked properly and tasted amazing.the people were kind and really polite.the the place was clean even the washrooms.

The best ever Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich specially Nitin suggested me some customization which made it delicious.
Also don't forget to try their shakes best burger and shakes in town

Service was polite. I addressed a problem right away and fixed it for safety reasons. It was my first time I had Onion rings at Hero Burger. It was great. Not too oily. I ordered a meatless crispy chicken. That was great as well.

Amazing crispy and sooo fresh. Its one of the hidden gems in mississauga. Their spicy crispy burger and angus beef is unbeatable.

Food was OK but tables were very dirty and in desperate need of sanding down and apply polyurethane water based I think.

I visited store today and tried spicy chicken burger it was amazing. The guy I don’t know his name but he helped to choose ingredients to make it more delicious and juicy and I was impressed from his recipe which was amazing.

I had ordered a grilled chicken burger, which had a very bitter taste and the girls serving were not even ready to refund or give anything else for my awful burger. I kept telling them the burger is not good and it tasted bitter not due to lettuce though, I removed it thinking it was lettuce, it was the bad chicken, but they were of no help they just kept saying we cannot do anything. Worst burger place and worst service, pl think before you order from there.

This burger joint at McLaughlin and Derry Road in Mississauga is a good place for quick bite. We often go there for Halal meat burgers. The quality of the burger is nice as well as service quality are excellent. We had a bite there last evening. We got two deals with burgers, fries, drinks, and a vanilla milkshake. All were great. The portion of fires was too big for me and my wife to finish, so we brought home. As well, the food is served in dishes now instead of on cardboard or paper. The drinks remain in usual paper glass. Prices are reasonable and can be even even better when they have a Special.

Amazing location, seems like they have specials specific to this location and give better portion of sides. Great service, consistently on point!

This is by far the best… Finally got a place to go to get hot food, Hot. It is delicious, I am a returning customer for sure.

I love hero burger, but this location isn’t it. The staff is a mess, they have 5 people working in the back and they messed up everyone’s order (everyone was laughing at the employees because of how they’re such a mess). When I opened my burger at home, oh man it was a disaster. WAY to much sauce, loaded it with every topping I ordered and half the stuff was already out of the bun (I had to reassemble everything myself). It was a waste of money. I couldn’t even finish the burger because of how not tasty and messy it was. Avoid this location at all costs.

Best burgers in the town. Provides good portion for the food. Quality is at its best and staff & owner are quite humble. Highly recommended location and the best part is they have daily specials as well.

Best hero burger branch in the GTA. The meat is never under or over cooked and the burgers are made with a lot of care, in comparison to a few other branches I’ve been to.

The guy at the front (not sure what his name is) is a complete professional and extremely nice to customers. 5 for a job well done.

The guy that works here does a great job. He has a good attitude & genuinely cares about the quality of the food he puts out. The food is great everything is always super fresh and tasty.

Ordered the Spicy Jalapeno Crispy chicken meal, the food was really hot and fresh, the fries were amazing, the burger itself has a unique taste.
The staff is very polite, Elias suggested me this combo, the kitchen staff is amazing.

I have loved hero burgers and their fries, but the quality has become so poor now. We got the spicy jalapeno burger and the burgers had way too much sauce and all we could taste was the spicy sauce and not the chicken or anything else. It was really so bad, the chicken was over fried and the sauce was just slapped on and so overpowering that we did not finish our burgers. Their fries used to be the thick cut fries which tasted so amazing but now their fries are like any other fast food chain. Disappointing.

Unbelievably good food and open so late too while being cheap. If you’re looking for a late night snack or just a lunch with friends, this is your spot.

Came fast, it was dropped at my door, and I was not informed about it. So was too cold to be eaten when I discovered.

Our order was messed up and when we said they just gave us bread and asked us to reassemble ourselves and instead of being sorry he said it’s a causal restaurant we can’t do anything. All 3 burgers we’re incorrectly made that’s fine as it happens but rude answer is not good never coming back

Not the greatest tasting burger to be honest; tasted very game-y and smelled weird when we opened the packages. The staff were friendly though. If I could give it a 2.5 stars I would.

It is one of the best places serving high-quality burgers. Quiet and customer friendly place to dine in alone or with the family.

Taste overall is great I had the Italian chicken deluxe, I don't think it was deluxe anything, in fact we keep paying more and the portion gets smaller.
The amount of chicken on the sandwich is an absolute joke says chicken breast more like a half or a quarter of a breast I've seen a bigger breast on a sparrow thoroughly disappointed you think if you were getting a chicken breast sandwich they would at least give you the full chicken breast

I had an 8oz blue moon burger à la carte for 13.39. The burger meat is too artificial for my liking, poor quality meat. Processed and frozen meat.

Staff was very friendly. Ordered there signature combo 4oz and there was a special deal on it for around 10$. The burger itself was very tasty. Their fries are the best no matter what people say about McDonald's fries but the fries at this place are far superior than McDonald's

Very rude customer service especially the cashier Davoud. Very unprofessional, negligent, has no manners, and extremely rude. I would not recommend this location of hero burgers to anyone. Will not be coming back here ever. We waited 20+ minutes for ONE burger which we didn't even end up receiving because he gave it to another customer and was being so rude about it, he just told us to wait even longer to make the next one, no apologies, no nothing. Very disappointed and frustrated, my son was literally standing inside the store waiting the entire time. We basically wasted 30 minutes of our time, didn't get our food, and he didn't even accommodate anything for us for the inconvenience (or even apologize?). I'd rate 0 stars if I could, never had such worst customer service experience than with Davoud.

Server who took our order over the phone was very efficient and kind hence the 2 stars, but we were very disappointed with our food. The soul burger patties were both not up to par. Not sure whether they were under cooked or if something else was the issue. The Swiss cheese was also poor in taste. Fries saved the day:/

This restaurant is clearly one of the best place in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am remarkably glad. They maintain their high standard service and the highest level of cooking they offer. You will be always satisfied with this place. Very recommended.

This particular location provides beyond exceptional service and quality of food. The food is beyond excellence, you can tell the difference and effort put in to the making. I live 45 minutes away and have other hero burgers around but I make sure to travel the way because that’s how good it is

Best customer service! The main guy (I think his name is Alias) that is usually there has excellent customer service; he is very kind, personable and welcoming. I always drive out of my way to go to this location. My food has been perfect every visit.

I have ordered a few times in the past and they were better but I'm done. It is very oily and soggy. I ordered delivery this evening.currently experiencing the agony of food poisoning symptoms. Officially done. While food poisoning can be hard to locate where it originated from. 3 piece chicken and soggy oily fries was my only meal outside the norm. Not worth it.

Lovely customer service! Davoud was quick and helpful with picking my order. The order came in pretty quick too! Unfortunately, the burgers themselves were fairly ordinary. Good place for a quick bite. The buns couldn't hold themselves till the end and the patties were average. Definitely not bad.but not one of the greatest either.

Do yourself a favor and do not order online for delivery from here. You may want to visit the restaurant and pick your food that'd be 100 years faster than their doordash delivery partner. Also both, the restaurant and the delivery person wouldn't pick their phones. So yay! Cheers to cold soggy food.

First time I went there I tried the hamburger it had no taste / flavor.
Second time I went there I thought I try the chicken deluxe it was even worse the chicken was like plastic I couldn't even eat it. $18.25 down the drain.
Not going back.

OMG I ordered Action Hero Burger via Uber Eats and it was deeeeelllliccccous! You can taste the quality of the food, not greasy, very filling and maybe the best burger I've ever had! Yum. The order was also package properly bag stapled and sealed with a sticker!

I haven't eaten the food yet (as I'm waiting for the order) but the customer service is excellent! The cashier H Davoud was not only knowledgeable about the food and ingredients as I have many allergies. He was patient and eager to help. I will definitely return!

The food was amazing! Burger and fries tasted fresh. I'll never spend money on any other food chain's burger again.

The burger was awful, the lettuce must have not been dried because all the sauces I had put on the burger slid off, the burger tasted very watery, & hero burger must have changed their patties, but the patty wasn't very juicy to me, I dont think it was fresh or it was either dried out.it was extremely hard for me to eat it.the bun has a rubbery feel when you bite into it.quite strange.

This hero burger location has the best staff. They really treat you like family and place an importance on cleanliness. I don't go to hero burger unless I go to this location. Burgers and fries are always fresh have never had a bad experience with this place.

Amazing burgers fries were very fresh not much seasoning though for ultimate fries which after I enquired ended up being just a name for their regular fries but good food

A little inconsistent on the way they charge for certain items, and have been denied modifications other employees will allow. Other than that the quality of the food is usually very good.

I had the Italian Chicken Deluxe with sweet potato fries. I decided to substitute the mayo for honey dijon. The combination of fire roasted peppers, portobello mushrooms, and creamy blue cheese worked really well. It is not often you find sweet potato fries at quick service restaurant. The sweet potato fries were very tasty and had just the right amount of crunch. They have some burgers creations you can order or you can chose a protein, burger, salmon, chicken, or hot dog, and then chose your bread, sides, and sauces. I would definitely come here again to try some of the other options.

The experience good and the staff was excellent. The only complaint I have is the cost of food was a little high. If you're looking for a good fast fast food experience, this is a good place but the cost is a little high.

Great service here even though at the time of the visit it was after a short blackout that dropped of their system and they only accepted cash at the time. I dont blame them as it happens and the meal was fantastic in taste! Thank for the good service and a great meal

I love Hero Burger's quality and variety! This location is very clean, and the food comes out very quickly. I always choose Hero Burger over Mcdonalds and similar chains because the beef and chicken patties are just so good in comparison.

Ordered their 6oz. "blue moon" (blue cheese) beef burger on flat bread, with poutine and a soft drink - combo meal. Burger was juicy and well cooked. Poutine was not salty. This meal was more than enough to eat!
