Hero Certified Burgers

One of the worst burger places I’ve been to. Got the egg burger and a build your own. The egg burger had the driest patty I’ve ever had. The build ur own was tasteless. I added a bunch of premium ingredients however didn’t help I guess.
The wait time was way too long and wasn’t that busy either.
Wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The staff here are awesome. I can be a bit of an annoying customer at build your own burger places, cuz I always get enticed by the featured favourites and forget to mention I want to customize my topping until after I pay
They are so patient with me. Onion rings are not the best, but can gwan. The burgers are most certainly their best items on the menu.

3 days ago, I ordered a chicken and meat burger and after eating it, everyone in the house was poisoned. I placed my order through the Uber app. Damaged products affect human health. I spent 3 days in bed recovering from this disease. I just wanted to eat a burger

It took 25 mins for 2 burgers. When we asked why it’s taking so long, the server admitted that a bunch of Uber orders came in after we placed our order and it took priority. I asked for a refund but they insisted it would take a couple more mins. Because of the pressure to make our order faster, it was so poorly made and undercooked.

I've visited the Hero Burger located on the southeast corner of Church & Wellesley in the Village several times, & unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently subpar, prompting me to share my feedback.

While the food at Hero Burger is undeniably tasty, the overall customer service has consistently fallen short of expectations. The service I've received has not been conducive to a positive dining experience, & the recurring issues with orders have been particularly frustrating. It's become a hassle to ensure that the correct items are included in my order, as there is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect.

Although the flavours of the food are enjoyable, the challenges in getting the correct order have deterred me from returning to this particular Hero Burger location. The inconvenience of dealing with order inaccuracies outweighs the appeal of the tasty menu items.

I genuinely hope that Hero Burger can address these service-related issues & enhance the overall customer experience. Improvements in service would undoubtedly complement the flavourful food offerings & could potentially win back customers like myself who have been discouraged from returning due to these consistent challenges.

I've started coming around on this place! (The price has become a lot more reasonable relative to similar establishments)

I ordered 2 spicy jalapeño chicken burgers from Uber eats and they didi see one patty into two and gave me my order, after that I told them this is the issue they gave me another same order but it was way bad then the first one as it was completely cold Patties with the buns and no sauce at all, it was smelling bad. Then I asked them what should I do so they didn’t even say anything as they think they don’t have to think about one or 2 bad reviews from customers.
I also called the Uber east and they said you have to wait for the inspecting team to reach out to you as it will take time for your money to be refund. Worst experience when a person is hungry and waiting for his/her food.

The burger was good, but not exceptional. However, the taste is fine, the guacamole is a great idea, the burger will get a welcome boost. The store has no atmosphere, but there are enough tables for people to eat there, you get your food quickly and it is value for money.

The absolute worse experience ever. We walked in and totally ignored until I flagged down the staff and asked if we could order. He wasn't even apologetic for ignoring us. The burger was dry and the bun was stale. Also went to the restroom to wash my hands and they were filthy and had no soap. I tried this place last year and had the same experience. Now I know why it is alway empty.

Amazing burgers! Great poutines! Would highly recommend it for a quick fill me up! Definitely worth it! But make sure to grab extra napkins to wipe the drool from your mouth lol.

Staff made customers feel invisible and unwelcome. Environment too uncomfortable to stay to eat at. Wait was long. Price was too high for a cold burger. Fries was good though. Regret going there without reading reviews first. Prev reviews were spot on.

It's not really any better than a fast food place. The food isn't bad but the wait was long. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Food was fine, burger a bit cold. However, the store smelled like spoiled food when I walked in, makes me questioning food safety.

The best place for late night food …
You won’t find any restaurant better that hero burgers in that area after a fun weekend night in clubs and craving for a delicious food after drinking …

Tried the crispy chicken and it was great!

Hamburger is OK but too pricey. Not wow! There are several houseflies buzzing around in that restaurant. It is so awful to see them while you eat. I complained to the staff about them. They shrugged and they said they didn’t do anything about those bugs. I decided to wrap up and take my food to leave instead of dining there. I never will go back to eat there again.

I had waited much more than expected! And several people were served before me, sad service at all. Smells bad, dirty.
