Hero Certified Burgers

I was running late one day so l stopped at Hero Burger at Weston rd and hwy 7 and I was really impressed that gluten free buns were available there. The people working there are just amazing very friendly always smiling. Their burgers are so delicious. After that I was stopping there about 3 times a week to pick up burgers. Now I actually Call them before l go and they recognize my voice and when I get there my order is ready. I've been doing this for the last year now and the burgers are always amazing and delicious. Thanks to everyone who works at Hero Burger at Weston and hwy 7 you guys are awesome.

My son and I went there yesterday and everything was great! Nice juicy Burger and well done fries. Been there many times to get something to eat before going to a movie. Never had any issues.

Please do not overcook the plant-based veal again. It doesn’t need to be cooked that long as it is thin and plant-based. Funny how she only started overcooking it when I told her I was vegan…

I visit last Saturday morning time with my friend and I order egg burger I don’t know there is beef and pork inside the burger and it server (Girl who take my order) didn’t tell us thats beef we all don’t eat beef but that they because of that girl we ate beef. Thats terrible For our religious please owner or manager have to take step against this to explain customer about the product

The food here is good. The service and atmosphere is okay. They have one of those fountain machines with a touch screen but this one had about 3 options for drinks and were only diet. When asked about refilling it the cashier said sorry nothing we can do about it but kindly offered the bottled drinks as replacement. Food took some time to make which was expected but longer than I thought for a quiet Thursday evening. Overall what you'd expect of a fast food place. Nothing spectacular.

They are typically understaffed so remember to be patient. The food is really good though, it's worth the wait!

I randomly decided to go to this restaurant and you won’t believe it surprised with the taste and quality of the spicy Jalapeño crispy chicken burger. It was mouthwatering.

Also, my spouse forgot her bag there and guess what, they tried their best to find her on social media to return it.

I liked how clean the restaurant was, and the place was good. The food was good; the burger was good; I got the chicken jalepeno sandwich, which was good. Would recommend this place for a quick bite. Lot of parking space for cars.

Don’t love the bread here, and the toppings are limited and pricey. Burger was cooked decently, but was a little on the dry side. Their mushroom poutine is great though, highly recommend it. The coke machine is super cool too.

The vegan burgers was not delicious and for 2 burgers we had to wait a lot! The sweet potato fries were not good quality like A&W 's
Will not waste my money over there and the drink was not refillable! Cheap eh? !

Excellent customer service and great burger! Went last night for a quick bite with my mom and was so impressed by how friendly the two gentlemen serving us were!

This location is decent, the food varies from good to bad depending on what time of day it is. During the day, with managers there, seems like there is more care in what is made, but ordering in the evening is iffy. The later you order (and I usually get it through Ubereats or skip the dishes) the worse the food. Cooks have no care in preparing food, end up with blackened meat. Like charcoal. Which is too bad, because during the day the food is good. The last order came with only half of a chicken breast instead of the whole piece, and added hot sauce which I did not order. The addition of the hot sauce may have been because of the note I added (pointing out my last order was burnt and asking them not to do it again), or may have been a totally innocent mistake (on an order with literally 1 topping). But I won’t be back there any time soon and of I do it will be only during the day.

Wanted a quick burger before our movie at the cinema next door but the burgers came out cold and borderline flavourless. Good service though.

Why would any establishment charge 79 cents for sauce on the side instead of in the burger? The response I received from them is that it’s because more sauce comes in the container than on the burger. At no point did I request additional sauce, just that the same amount of sauce be on the side instead of on the burger. This is an unfair pricing practice.

Editing the review to note that I was also missing the chipotle sauce that was supposed to come with the sweet potato fries. So not only did they charge me 79 cents for sauce on the side but they just told me that the chipotle sauce only comes with the fries IN A COMBO.

The branch of major Mackenzie and Markham, I bought 3 burgers and asked for washroom use and the owner said that washroom is closed for customers. The washroom has chairs stacked in front of it so that no customer can cross it.
