Burgers are good and the beef has good flavor not just ground beef flavor. Onion rings could use some seasoning. Overall price and quality are good. Expect your take out to take around 10 minutes. Staff were very friendly.

I should have gone to McDonald’s honestly. Burger was decent, poutine was salty and the gravy was not what you would expect on a poutine. Cashier volunteered a 10 min wait which ended up taking 26 mins to prepare and the place was not very busy. Had to check if they had not forgotten about my order.
I came in today and I was served by an employee named pavi, he was very friendly and waited patiently while I choose my order. The burger was delicious and the onion rings were crispy!
Second bad order in a row. Paid $27 for an Uber eats delivery and what I got was half my order missing, cold food on what I got and an owner who doesn’t care to fix his business. Even the uber driver told him items were missing and he still didn’t care as he is obviously a thief. Last time I was there he told me uber orders rob him of money so I guess he just want to rob the customers instead. Do not go here. As a local I can surely see when a business is going under and sadly, this place will be the next to go.
Ordered a combo and the quality and taste of the fries were terrible. Its noticeable that the potatoes were dirty and rotten. Ordered a fountain drink and I looked in the bag, it wasn’t there. Worst location.
Owner always has something to say. Walked in with a slice of pizza to buy poutine and didn’t let us sit down. Expect triple waiting time and degradation
The lady working went from wiping the counters and mopping the floors to packing up my food without washing her hands. Then i got my food and my order was wrong.
My family & I ate here tonight and we’re so glad we did! The gentleman at the cash was polite, friendly & welcoming. The food was phenomenal and fresh. Hope to visit this location again in the future.

I ordered online veggie burger for pickup. Went in few minutes and the person at the counter handed over me a bag and I did not chk what was inside. This guy did not bother to ask for my order receipt. After some time got a call from this shop and the guy called me siad bag given was wrong. Then I found it was a wrong item when I was explaining the guy what happened, the guy called said, was thinking I was an Uber driver and gave the cover. Very judgemental. They dont care about the checking receipt but decide on the look of a person. Grt guys. Correct your error and learn to talk. The first time came into your shop and this will be last.
Ordered one of the smash burgers and it was not at all a smash burger. It was clearly just a patty. Smash burgers start as meatballs and then are smashed into the flattop grill and have some caramelization on them. This was not that and barely an average burger for a place that is supposed to specialize in burgers. The onion rings were very good though. The people working were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Isabella was very friendly taking our order, unfortunately I didn’t get the burger I ordered but I ate it anyways and was pleased how delicious it was. Something I might actually order again.
I had the pleasure of Visiting their Milton location on Saturday. And I was amazed by their amazing Customer service from Hafsa, who was so welcoming, She was so humble and genuine, She took my order with a big smile on her face. Although I took too long to decide what to get, she remained calm and helped me With such a positive attitude.
I really enjoyed the food and would definitely visit that location for the burger but also for that kind girl, Hafsa.customer service employees should learn a thing or two from Hafsa, on how to provide exceptional service, She definitely captured my heart with her attitude. Keep it up 5 star ️ well deserved
