Ordered pickep thru Uber eats app- turned it was buy 1 get 1 free
Burgers were good,
Ordered spicy chicken jalapeños burger. It was all bread. Couldn't actually see any meat. Very little meat.seemed like this couldn't possibly by how it normally comes- maybe because it was 50% off? I dunno.
Food came quickly and ate inside restaurant which was clean and inviting.

The staff is always prompt and friendly! The burger & chicken breast on a bun are great!

First time here and tried the signature burger. It was really good. I always thought they were the same as ny fries and avoided the place but it was nothing like them. So much better. The employees at this location were super friendly will definitely go back

Best service by Adeesha. Definitely recommend everyone to visit and check out this place.
Polite staff and very quick with food preparation time. Also, i went on new year’s day and they were still open following their regular time i.e. Untill 4 am. This is really helpful as most food joints are closed around this time in Aurora.

I have never been so disappointed. The new "smash" burger was nothing more than a dry kids burger slightly squished

There is just no mistaking the quality of the burger. I love coming to this location. Staff are always wearing a smile.

Fantastic establishment especially for a chain. Mayooran (sp?) Served us our food, brought it to our table during a very busy lunch rush. He served customers a very professionally, And even though he had an irate person, He was very calm and pleasant and handled himself very well. This was all overheard from a back table. Fantastic service fantastic food and overall great dining experience.

Burgers were burnt and way over cooked.felt like eating charcoal.

Very unprofessional behaviour by franchise manager himself, other staff is good and professional but Manager himself was very rude. Wish I could give less than 1 stars
