Shouts out to Heron's Manager of Maintenance. Kieffer handled an emergency with a broken water pipe and saved the day! I am very grateful for his competence and congeniality exerted in an urgent crisis.

We have had an excellent experience renting with Heron Management. The team has been incredibly responsive and attentive, making it easy for us to report repairs and receive maintenance help with only a few days' notice. Their services are particularly great for student rentals, and we highly recommend them to students living in Kingston, especially those attending Queen's University and St. Lawrence College. Thank you, Heron Management, for making our renting experience smooth and hassle-free!

I would refer Heron Management to ANYONE looking for a new home in the Kingston Area. Truly the most professional, organized and stay on top of properly maintaining their properties consistently! They are also the most empathetic company to deal with in particular Melinda who I dealt with mostly. Eliot who works in the field has a keen eye and stays on top of maintaining the property and filling the vacancies with exceptional tenants. I LOVED my place and dealing with this team. If I didn't move out of the city I would never have left. Truly awesome team. Thanks Heron

I believe that i was evicted because they wanted to renovate in order to make more monthly which put us in a bad way i had 90% of the back pay i owed.and they still wanted to follow threw with the eviction and i was the only one that cared for the cleaning up around the house taking the garbage out, cleaning the stairs salting the side walks for nothing.i was behind on rent because of covid i was home for 2 weeks without pay the employees are great.but the owner doesnt have a heart

I exchanged a number of emails with one representative (Caitlin), who seems happy to help set us up with a viewing for homes we were interested on. On the morning before the viewing, an agent called from their office to confirm that we would be there at the arranged time, day and location. We arrived a few minutes early for our viewing, and no one from the company showed up. Ended up waiting around for 30 minutes before giving up and heading home. Of course, this was after their office was closed, so no one picked up the phone or responded to an email inquiring if the agent was running late.

I had at first assumed something came up with the leasing agent, and was trying to be understanding that things can happen. But the company avoided my calls and emails afterwards, and never reached back out with an apology for missing a viewing with no explanation or to reschedule. I assume now that they rented the unit and were too unprofessional to cancel the booking and instead of apologizing chose to rudely ignore me. Very disappointed.

Not professional. As soon as I moved in I was left on my own. It turned out that they were hired only to rent the apartment to me.
