The customer service is so bad even they don’t understand which card they give promotions on I travelled 1 hour to pick up and they ended up with blaming with me even they denied me to give the car which I booked even they had one. Strongly not recommended.

Amazing service. Jamal and his team were really helpful and they convenience me and gave a free upgrade to a Tesla. Jamal event spent quite some time taking me through the vehicle's function and answered all my questions patiently. They are conveniently open every day so the return process was easy as well. I would recommend this location.

Website doesn't work properly. No possibility to see the total amount to be paid. No possibility to prepay in advance with discount, only option to pay at site. No discount for club members. No possibility to book with reward points. Dispute the gold membership I had to go to the competitor, where I booked a car in 30 seconds

DO NOT RENT HERE. I booked a car they didn’t have any available so I had to get from a different location. I prepaid so they said they would issue the refund but 7 months later and nothing and when I called my bank they said they didn’t even try to issue a refund. Thieves! Do not rent here they steal your money

They take your money. Cancel your reservation and do not refund all the money. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Usually fine but went to pick up a car 8 am after a long weekend and was told the car was being cleaned.why let me reserve at 8 if the car isn't ready for 8? Really washing your cars is the reason I am delaying my trip?

I rent a car in August 2022 and I got flat Tire, they charged me 450 CAD for flat tire and till now I am chasing them to provide me below document
A copy of the car rental company’s Accident Loss/Damage Report Form.
A copy of itemized repair bill.no body is taking responsibility, customer service is saying that I should get it from Hertz office that i have rented the car and they are saying its with first notice of lost department, and they do not respond and its going on, it was the worst rent company that i had experienced, my case number that no body is responding Hertz Customer Care Case # 16019849

Nice location, open 8 am to 4 pm.
We rented a Tesla mod 3 directly with app for 55$ a day, about me the best price.
We had 2 large big luggage plus 3 trolleys, incredible capacity of this car.
A lot of supercharge.

I have been renting from this Hertz location for the past 4 years and have had a wonderful experience every time. Jamal and Bennet ensure that the pick-up process is smooth and quick. They also always provide details for after-hours return which is very convenient. Exceptional customer service and a wide variety of cars in great condition. Highly recommend this location.

Quick and efficient car rental. Very helpful over the phone. Upfront about costs. The man underground was very helpful in getting the car ready.

Amazing service. We had some issues with our drivers license and they stayed past closing to help us figure it out. The car was also great and had no issues. Would definitely recommend!

Do not rent from here! This used to be my go to place for rental car.this time, i reserved a car for the weekend, but when I showed up, they just came up with a lame excuse and told me to go away because they didnt have the car.

The attendant there was rude and inconsiderate.

Their customer service is great! Bennett is super friendly and helpful.the reason that I didn't give them 5 star is that I went there for renting a Tesla that I confirmed by phone, but when I got there they told me it is for 25+ only, which I understand. However, they gave me a Mitsubishi car that had low tire pressure so I had to exchange the car the next morning which was a waste of time for me.
