Hertz Car Rental - Markham - 4 Laidlaw Blvd HLE

I have been renting cars from this Hertz location for few years for person and business use. Daran & Yogi are one of the best fellow I ever met, really hard workers, taking care of their customers. Very patient, professional and honest. They always do their best.

Never hesitate to rent cars from this location.

Busy as an airport sometimes.

Extremely slow service, and the car was really old and dirty upon pick-up. I always rent cars from Hertz and from different locations, but this has got to have been my worst experience.

Very nice people, they helped me with my upgrade to accommodate my needs but ended up being pricier than expected. I would definitely come back to rent from them again. Meant 5 stars.

Worst customer service, they didn't have the SUV my insurance company booked for. And demanded to give me a truck. I declined and said I wanted a SUV. The low self esteem gentlemen at the desk all suddenly felt like I was raising my voice to him which I was calmly telling him what was booked then said i can raise my voice too. Which I then took my business elsewhere. It's also 2022 and past covid but this place is short staff where they can't drop 0ff your rental to the shop and requires you to walk over to pickup. Shortstaff because nobody wants to work with the Male Karen?
