So I rented a Polestar 2 Electric Car from them. I wanted a Tesla but unfortunately they don’t have any. None the less I annoyed renting from this location, they were friendly and definitely quick, I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Only gripe I had with them was they don’t answer their phone, I understand you might be busy but at the very least attempt to get a hold of us if we leave a message. Other than that absolutely great service, and friendly people! I’ll definitely recommend my friends or people I may know to go to this location!

“The provided guidance below from Hertz takes me to US Hertz team who can not help as they can not see my booking & contract”

I am a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Member and yet the attention has been below par.
I’ve been renting vehicles in Canada since 8 yrs for both business & personal needs (Enterprise, Sixt, Avis, Budget) and never had this type of service at this location. (40-45 mins drive from my home in Oakville!)

Below key issues:
1. Very busy, mostly not attending phone calls, returning voice msgs or even messages given through agents at desk (if u r lucky to get to them).
2. I’ve returned vehicle 4 days ahead of month finishing and yet charged for full month, despite trying to call branch, Hertz customer service (staying on wait for 25 mins while auto agent said 11 mins wait time) and multiple calls to branch w/o answering. Only discovered over charging once they sent me receipt after drop off.

Ever since I could not get hold of Mr. A (Trainee manager) or anyone at branch over phone.

Hate to leave this review in hope of getting some resolution and attention.

Such treatment to a Gold Plus rewards member, I guess what do Hertz do to ordinary walk-in customers.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. The company rented a car for me, they set a time to pick it up, I arrived 1 minute late, they closed the door in front of me, saying that’s it, come back tomorrow! I don't recommend anyone to do business with them!

My worst Hertz rental experience. Waited 20 minutes in the line to make it to the counter. The rep disappeared once he pulled my reservation and showed up 20 minutes later with a key saying I had to find your car. They gave me a beat up Camry, there were pieces missing from the bumper, scratches and dents everywhere, and the interior stunk. The tank was 1/4 full, so had to top it off minutes after pickup. I returned it with the tank 1/2 full and was charged $120 refueling fee. Had to spend hours fighting with customer service to fix my bill. I am a gold member, thanks Hertz!

This is the worst location of Hertz ever. First of all, they don't say they need your work ID for the discount code, since that would be mentioned in the confirmation email. And then after it all, they don't have cars available on lot? Wth is this horrible customer service. Worst experience of my trip to Toronto. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please make sure to read the reviews before even considering this place. Such a bad experience. They don't care to help the customers, but only to rip them off

Very poor customer service. The staff is super rude. I went to rent a car but changed my mind because of the reseptionist attitude. He's very arrogant and unprofessional

I had extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience with this location.

First and foremost, I was disappointed that there was no review of our contract before renting the vehicle. It's crucial for customers to understand the terms and conditions they are agreeing to, and this step was completely skipped.

Secondly, when I arrived at the rental location, I did not receive the vehicle I had reserved in advance. This was frustrating as I expected to receive the car I had specifically requested during my reservation.

Thirdly, I was shocked to discover the pricing structure. While I initially rented the car for a daily rate of $75, I was appalled to find out that after the first day, the hourly rate was $37.5/hour. This hourly rate essentially doubled the daily cost after just two hours of use. Such a pricing structure is unreasonable and was not clearly communicated during the booking process.

Lastly, when I tried to call your customer service to inquire about our contract before returning the vehicle, I was met with complete disregard. No one answered the phone, and when I questioned a staff member about this issue, their response was disrespectful. I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone and was even sarcastically suggested to answer it myself. As a paying customer, I found this treatment highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Overall, my experience with Hertz Car Rental was far from satisfactory. I expected a level of customer service and transparency that was sorely lacking.
