Great staff and service. Even offered us a ride to our hotel as the cab was so slow. Nice vehicle. Will definitely use this location anytime we are in Ottawa.

This is one of the best Hertz Locations to deal with, always friendly staff and as helpful as possible. Vicky the assistant manager is amazing and always pleasant to deal with and goes above and beyond to meet customers needs.

Poor service, no proper management. Cars are never cleaned properly. Always understaffed and just a revolving door of people who work there, no consistency. Location used to be run by good management and had very good staff there a few years back, but that seems to all have changed now as old employees and management is no longer there anymore. Would not recommend.

Service was great. No complaints. Pleasant to deal with and efficient.

Great service at this Hertz car rental on st laurent blvd in Ottawa. I want to thank Shawn for the excellent service he provided my daughter when she rented an SUV to go on a trip. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
