I don’t like how they’re deposits for vehicles are pricey, they expect more money for other requirements to rent their vehicles, I haven’t rented a vehicle with them because of their prices so I cannot speak on the vehicles itself but their customer service lacks professionalism and knowledge on their basic questions, you ask them a question and they keep transferring you back and forth to another department to answer the question.

Don’t recommend to anyone

The staff at this location is fantastic. I rented a vehicle during March break, and they not only had vehicles but were able to help me get the right vehicle for my trip. Outstanding service.

Aron picked me up from the body shop and the minute I walked in I felt assured that everything was going to go smoothly. Awesome staff on hand and will definitely go to this Hertz location again. Big thanks to Aron, Albert and Ahmar for making everything smooth and easy.

Came to this location to rent a car and the service seamless, quick and professional, friendly. My rental was clean and worked just fine. No issues returning it. Quick easy service and a great set of people that really just want to help you rent the best car for the lowest price.
Personally I won't rent a Tesla again but they do have it as an option for those of you who want to try it out.
