Hertz Car Rental

This unit is the best. I have booked many times in the past and Joseph is the best guy out there in this unit. Will encourage others to go to this place for a good service.

I reserved a car three weeks ahead but
they informed me there’s no available vehicle just after I showed up to pick it up. Was totally disappointing.

First time booking with Hertz!
Booked with them last week and they decided to call me 1 hour before my booking to say they are sold out of everything, amazing! So why let me book and then tell me at the very last moment, definitely won’t book with hertz ever again.

Not too busy, car was there when I wanted it, good location for pick up outside of the city, staff were helpful

Always deal with Sinthujan. He will meet your every single need, he’s a problem solver and quick to solve a last minute problem and will go above and beyond for his customers. He’s quick to resolve any issue and is very respectful! Love dealing with him. He truly makes renting a car a very easy process.

Important is they don’t take much time, it was very quick compared to other hertz branches

They take your money. Cancel your reservation and don’t refund all the money. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Car wasn’t ready on time. Gas wasn’t full. They take $350 deposit even though Hertz is preferable vendor with our company. I’m still waiting for refund to find out how long it will take to refund.

I booked for 2nd January 2023 and they not even open the doors for that day I lost a business meeting, and they aren’t refund the money big issue to get the money back,
