Kapilan and his staff treated me extremely well!
Was having an engine rebuild on my truck and needed a truck, as my left foot was in a cast and I could not fit in a smaller vehicle.
I extended my rental twice, as my own truck not ready.
All staff were happy to oblige and gave me a good rate.nice people!

Seriously, bad customer service. The manager and staff have no idea what they are doing. Online payment charged on one card and taxes on another card. OMG, so stupid, and when i asked to correct the front desk, the team has no clue.
