I had a great experience at the clinic today. The vet, Dr. Bhinder and all the other staff members were friendly and kind. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10

Very friendly and well organized.

We are currently fostering a dog and they have been so helpful in his road to recovery.

Dr B and his team are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are usually able to see my pets within 24-48 hours of a call. They are kind and welcoming and always give as much love to my animals as I do.

When it was so difficult to find anyone (during Covid) Dr B saved our dog’s life.

This is the best clinic out there. Highly recommended. My cat had a very complicated issue that could've been fatal for the cat but Dr Bhinder and all the Clinic staff was VERY helpful every step of the way. They took in consideration my situation and went out of there way to help me and save my cat. Everyone was very nice and super helpful. Even for the time my cat was at Vet clinic for observation, they were so helpful with everything. I really really recommend this clinic to everyone. They take very good care of your pet. Super Helpful people. They helped my cat as if it was their own. Look at how happy he is now. He's almost recovered now. Loki sends his love to all the clinic staff and the doctor.

Dr Bhinder and staff are very caring and take the time to explain procedures and medications. We can always get appointments when we need them. Would definitely recommend Hespeler Animal Hospital.

Dr. B is so kind! He is very knowledgeable, he explains everything to you in understandable terms in a very patient manner. He makes sure that you are comfortable understanding and listening to his client's questions and concerns. Dr. B has definitely answered his life's calling. The staff at Hespeler Animal Hospital are very professional and kind. They are all very welcoming and on task. I also have to say that the clinic smells clean. The clinic is very clean and there are no animal smells which is a very nice experience in itself. I am very impressed with everyone at Hespeler Animal Hospital and the environment. Dr. Harnoor is such a great Vet. You can tell he genuinely cares for your pet as if they are his own. He is also extremely knowledgeable and explains things in simple easy to understand terms with no jargon or confusion! Great doctor and cool person!

It feels very comfortable when we visit with our pet. Leo likes being there too. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Harnoor Bhinder is very kind, knowledgeable and experienced vet!

Very friendly staff and the dr really goes above and beyond for caring about animals. Even will make courtesy calls to check in and see how your pets are doing and see if their having any reactions or complications. Absolutely love bringing my pets here and will continue to do so.

Hands down the best vet we have ever had. Brought our 8 year old beagle in for a neuter after a previous fail of the surgery a few years ago at a different vet when he almost died. Our “high risk” puppers made it through with the surgery complete. If we had chosen any other vet I can guarantee our little boy would not be alive. This team worked their buts off monitoring him through the entire process! Thank you so much!

The staff is outstanding and have always made my dog feel excited and loved when she's there. They are great to deal with and their love and passion for animals really shows.

Digger continues to receive excellent care and Dr. Binder is kind enough to take in drop in's when I'm not confident to take care of Digger's shenanigans to get stuff in his eyes.

Super fantastic doctors. Very helpful and open with how everything is done, and what needs to be the next steps. If you need animal help, they're definitely the right people to help you

Don't use them
They gave our dog to someone else.
After dog was spayed, they called fur warriors rescue, and she stole her. Refused to give her back
Vet didn't care. Vet gave the puppy to someone other than the family who had it for 7 months.
If you look at fur warriors page and this'll vet they make claims of costs that's dont make snse.

Our first time visiting this vet was last week. Dr B and his receptionists are very sweet and we are already very pleased with them. I'm happy we finally found a vet we are happy with, one who cares about your pets well being and not just the money.
