Such a welcoming and friendly office. Even though the dentist might not be everyone’s favourite activity, I look forward to my appointments here because of the awesome staff. Just went today and feeling great:)

The staff here are so friendly, and are always patient with kids and adults alike. It’s the only dental practice I’ve ever been to, but even after moving to Burlington it’s always worth the drive.

My oral health has improved immensely since going to Hess Village Dental. I used to get anxiety prior to getting dental work done, and now I actually look forward to it! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The office is always sparkling clean and good air quality throughout. My questions and concerns are never ignored. They definitely do go above and beyond on oral health and I can't thank them enough!

I have always had a fear of the dentist, until meeting this team! From the front desk, who are so sweet and welcoming and try their best to accommodate your schedule, the assistants who always make me laugh, and hold my hand when needed, the hygentist and Dr (s) are gentle, friendly and take the time to explain everything everyone at Hess Dental makes you feel at ease. They go above and beyond here. My husband and myself have moved four hours away, and still make the drive in to to be looked after by this team!

Been a happy patient here for decades. If that doesn’t say it, I don’t know what will! Plus Suzy and Sabrina are the best hygienists around, full stop!

I have been working as a dental assistant for 31 years and can honestly say this is the best dental office I have worked in. My boss is very kind, compassionate and talented and truly cares about his staff and patients. He goes out of his way to make sure we are happy and content with work as well as making sure patient's needs are being met.
