Newly installed "EV connect" electric vehicle charging station is easy to access and well lit in night. Lot of parking space. I was able to charge my EV with no issues. 3 DC, and 4 AC charging station.

FYI-No washroom or restroom facility. One would have to walk to a nearby gas station or store or restaurant to use washroom or restroom.

Always top notch service from the team here, good prices as well, breaks the idea of the dealer being the most expensive.they were the cheapest by nearly half for a 4 tire installation.always worth a call to compare pricing for service and parts.

Helped me out, when me, the hothead, slam the driver's door. Fixed in 1hour! The Technicians were Fabulous.

I've only been here a couple of times and stayed in the car while hubby dealt with things pertaining to his truck.
Heuvelmans is a very clean place for a vehicle sales and repair shops. It's large enough to hold many car displays and around the side of the building is the repair and detailing department.
The staff is very friendly and professional.
A great place for most of your car's needs.

They've taken care of my car everytime I've brought it in for service/oil, Chris went out of his way to middleman a deal for me from a dealership in Toronto. Good dealership.

Only issue is, these guys don't seem to get alot of sports cars (whether it's due to demand or allocation), it's kind of unfortunate.

We r not going to go here anymore. 3 times was not a charm. Terrible encounters with the service desk guy. I think he’s new in the last few months or so. Should not be at desk or on the phone. My husband had an awful time with this guy on the phone and so we booked with another dealer who always accommodates us with a loaner too. Something we didn’t always get with Heuvelmans. Also we brought our Cadillac there for seat module and now the heat doesn’t work. We just had brakes serviced about a month ago and now pedal is soft and won’t return to normal. So never going there again. Once we had good customer service from the lady behind counter but after encountering HIM we are done there.

Had an appointment to repair garage door opener control on a new Equinox. I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.

I hate shopping for a vehicle. I asked Mike "I" to find me something in my budget and he came through like a guy who knows his stuff. It was perfect, seamless and August got the paperwork done. Was a great experience.

Best vehicle buying experience I've ever experienced. My 2020 Silverado High Country is also the finest truck I've owned.
Got a stone chip on the driver's side window pillar when the truck was barely 3 months old. Drove me crazy. Brought it in to Heuvelmans body shop and they fixed it up good as new in one day and at a good price.

Had an issue with a broken part on the transmission shifter on a 2017 GMC Canyon. Being in South Windsor, I called the closest dealership parts department and was told the replacement part was $200 but that they would transfer me to the service department to see if it was covered under warranty. The service person informed me that they would charge me about $130 to look at the vehicle to see if it was a warranty part. So even if it was warranty it would cost me $130 for a part number diagnosis. I told this person that their parts department knows the part number and sent me to service for possible warranty. Finally she agreed to look into it and call me back. I never heard from them again.
In the meantime, I called Heuvelmans in Chatham. I spoke to a sales person who was on lunch at the time and he said he would call me back after he got back to the shop and talked with service. I got a call back within the hour. He said the replacement part (he found the part number via our phone conversation without any charge to me) was a warranty part and there was one in a city a few hours away and that they had already ordered it for my vehicle and would let me know when it arrived. They called me the next day to schedule a time to fix it. Since then, they replaced that part and another under warranty. This is how it should be.

The service was completed in a timely manner and as promised. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Came in with a damaged tired, was quoted, replaced and picked up within a day. Extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, dealt with Gavin and Karli both were great. Fair pricing as well.

I had a very good experience at Heuvelmans. They replaced a part on my vehicle and was only charged for the labor while my part on my vehicle was not under warrantee. They gave me this deal because there was a problem with these parts on other vehicles. I was even charged a lower price than I was quoted. To top it off they provided my transportation to and from work. I am very satisfied with there service they went above and beyond.and the staff are very friendly as well.

After searching the web for a number of days I had decided on 3 different vehicles. Caddy, Lincoln, and Buick. The Caddy was sold. The Lincoln was OK, but some things in the pics didn't sit well and the dealer never really responded. I then found the Buick at Heuvelmans and I am glad I did.
Lonnie Sannes the sales rep responded to my email right away. I advised him that I was interested and was coming from London. Made the drive to Chatham and the car was out front waiting for me. Lonnie met me with the keys and I went for the test drive. From that point on it was smooth sailing. Everyone was very friendly. With some minor negotiation on price I purchased the car. First time dealing with Heuvelmans and if I need another vehicle I know I will be back. Highly recommend the drive to Chatham if they have a car you want.

I was expecting to pay over 1400 dollars and when I went to pay I found out that the price was cheaper thank you so much for the help the car is running good.

Made appointment.was taken in right away, but the oil change and the health check on my car was done.was called in about 2.5 hrs that it was done. I didn't have to wait to take care of bill. I appreciated getting a car wash.it was a great experience

The parts department After giving my vin on 2 different trucks they still didn't order the right part and didn't want to even help any farther I felt like if i wasn't spending a ton of money there i wasn't important I highly don't recommend the parts department

The only reason for not giving 5 Stars is that there wasn’t enough seating while waiting for my oil change; but I found 2 seats in the showroom for myself and a friend, who was with me. I drive a Honda CRV and I’ve had 2 new Honda Civics, previous to this vehicle. Honda has Cappuccinos, lattés & a larger waiting area but when I decided to compare prices, in hopes of saving a few dollars, Heuvelmans won, so I gave them a try. Then a few Months later it was time for another oil change and I came back. I asked about the air filter and the nice, red haired man told me they had changed it the previous time and it was still fine. That told me they weren’t just out to grab as much from me as they could. They also checked the tires, fluids and alignment, at no extra charge, which were good still. (except they filled up my window washer fluid!) I’ll be coming back the next time I need service. I’ll also look at and test drive a GM vehicle when I’m ready to look!

Was very disappointed. Waited over four months for the part and it took our salesman to hound them to get the part. Service said it was a quick installation. We sat there for two hours waiting and when I finally went up to desk they said it was just finished. No one spoke to us while we were waiting. Not happy

The staff where very polite and knowledgable. Also work was completed as quoted and our Cadillac was left very clean and damage free. Inside and outside. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I brought my car in and told them what was wrong with it and what part i needed. Did a test drive with a mechanic/manager and asked him to do my brakes and rotors but also tires. They only fixed the 1 part i told them i needed and charged me $100 to do a diagnosis. I didnt expext that charge after i told them all the problems and what i wanted done. 1 star for every issue fixed

The service department headed up by Frank Barnier is efficient and courteous. The standout thing is how Frank takes time to assess what your mechanical issue may be and what is best for the customer.

The service technician was prompt and courteous upon arrival. Car had a quick turnaround for service and a suggestion was included for future visit. Always a pleasure to have car serviced here.
