Hey Lucy's Wood Oven Pizza

I was surprised by how fair the prices were. I ended up getting a pasta in like a pesto olive oil sauce, which I usually never go for something like that and I was blown away by the flavour I mean wow it was something else and my friends absolutely loved their calzones. It’s got a really cool vibe and atmosphere there. Great place to unwind as a group. Also a great place to bring a date.

A cozy but comfy place to grab a bite or a drink before a show. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I had the bbq chicken pizza, highly recommend.

My only issue is the high tables located near the entrance. There in an awkward location as you’ve got wait staff constantly going by and if you try chatting with people sitting at the bar, you end up blocking all the traffic.

Called to make reservation, was directed to email them. Emailed them & filled out their website contact form, still have not received a response.

Absolutely delicious - I could drink the pasta sauce on its own and be happy. Will definitely be coming back

Sat at the bar for a snack and a drink, nice atmosphere, nice staff, had the garlic pizza bread which was tasty!

I would love to thank the waitresses that served us, however, I sensed that the manager is spaced out and can not take a decision on the spot as she seems out of order, in addition the lady that receives customer is also busy in other things but not her duties. Also I would like the chef to buy one plate of humus from Summer company and use it instead of the chef's humus as it does not taste like Humus. Good luck in TIFF and keep your staff alert. By the way the beloved waitresses name is Moly and honestly she is great as she helped us (my wife and i) a lot. Many thanks to Moly.

I've made Toronto an annual September venture for the Toronto international film festival and I ALWAYS make time to eat here. Eating on their rooftop patio is the perfect atmosphere! The fried macaroni and cheese balls are a perfect appetizer! Cannot recommend it enough!

Great pizza and the bourbon cherry crush cocktail was quite good too. Took off one star for desert. Skip the cookie sundae.

We went to Hey Lucy because friends had great reviews from a handful of years ago and it was packed, looked really popular.

We shared 4 dishes and they were all terrible.

Nachos were abysmal, missing half the ingredients on the menu. They were def not home made chips.
So little cheese.so dry.

Calamari wasn't crispy.

Mac and cheese balls had so much sauce they weren't crispy. Sauce was good, balls lacked flavour.

King St Pizza, no good and totally not made in a wood oven as advertised.

Overall I'd compare the food to Boston pizza, which I don't like, but worse.

We stayed because it's hard to get in anywhere in the area and because we came to see each other mainly. But disappointing food is the worst.

Also, the auto min tip was set to 18% which is such a turn off.

No idea why it was so packed, I'll never recommend it to anyone.

Really nice place to go for a quick bite before a show. Wonderful, friendly service, great pizza, and nice atmosphere.

What an awesome place. We stayed across the street, so when looking for a place to eat, we gave this place a shot… amazing flavour. I was able to see the cook prepare the Alfredo’s sauce at that moment… we were the only customers (at that moment) so I knew it was out table… every time you make a recipe from scratch changes the whole flavour of chicken, pasta… top it off with a thin-slice pizza and we had an amazing lunch…

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat tonight, and I was very impressed with both the food and the service. The Seafood Fettucine was delicious, and the portion size was just right. My server Kenzie made me an Old Fashioned with walnut bitters and maple that was a well-balanced and tasty twist on the classic recipe. A great little spot on King West - and reasonably priced!

Been there few times and each time i was satisfied either for their pizza or their pasta.

It would have been 5 stars but their cocktail are not their strengths so just be aware ;)

Always had a great service from the staff too

It was a really bad place if you want a nice comfortable seating and a good food. It was not good place to eat.

Pizza was cold and super dry and service was slow. Drinks came after cold pizza was served. When I checked the bill, I learned they secretly overcharge for the items as compared to the prices mentioned in the menu. I guess I remember having good food here a long time ago but never gnna come back there.

Great place! Love the patio! Amazing staff! Food is great and at a reasonable price. Will defo come back to try the martinis next time!

We loved this place! We've been on their patio, and everything was amazing. From food we ate to staff friendliness and welcoming.to overall dining experience. We ordered pizza for kids, sandwich with stake and pasta + drinks. Pizza was delicious, pasta was godlike carbonara and beers tastee very good. Staff was very smiling and helpful and friendly. Definitely worth visiting and not once. We'll come again. Really good place to have a dinner right in there heart of the city.

Worst food in Toronto in some time! Thin flaccid calamari, dry bare nachos, cardboard prefab pizza with the worst crust in town makes their lovely real pizza oven look like a prop. Huge letdown after trying for weeks to get an online reservation. Makes me suspicious they’re jigging it to make themselves look popular. On the foot of Skydome and packed houses nearby theatres bad restaurants that survive as tourist traps can phone it in and get away with murder. This is one of them. Don’t be fooled. Not recommended!

Great pizza, service was great. They had seated us near the door but we were cold from the ballgame so they moved us very graciously. Great spot! Had a Manhattan for dessert, one of best I have ever had!

Wednesday cocktails are a pretty good deal. It's become a pseudo regular thing to go for calzone and martinis.

Pizza here was quite good, very flavourful and fresh. It was nice that they substituted ingredients at no charge (got olives instead of mushrooms). Service was quick and friendly. I think the owner needs to get a dumbwaiter to get the food up to the rooftop:) lots of steps for the servers

Stumbled on this place before going to a show. Their menu was great and loved that they had vegan options.

My husband and I came here Thursday evening and we really enjoyed the food. I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was fantastic! We also tried the Mac n cheese balls & bruschetta. Everything was so good. I will come back and check out the rooftop patio! The prices were really good as well! I highly recommend.

Had a quick dinner on their upstairs patio before seeing a musical across the street. Great location, pizza was tad on the sweeter side and just fine. Arugula salad was very standard, can be improved with a crunchy element and additional splash of balsamic. Cocktails were Friendly service, would recommend:)
