Genuinely one of the best noodle places I’ve ever been to. The spice levels are amazing, can range from no spice to eye-watering spice. The flavours are amazing, and they get significantly better the higher you go with the spice. Given the size of the dishes, very fair pricing. The location itself feels a little bit isolated but the inside is nice and cozy and the staff are amazing and very helpful. I’ve been there quite a few times and would not hesitate to recommend this place.

A bit more expensive, but I got extra noodles which I was made it worthwhile. The noodles was very Q which was good, the beef was also tasty. I got the mild spicy and mild numbness which was perfect for me. It made me sweat a bit but not too much (I usually sweat when I eat spicy food)

So happy I found this place.

My girlfriend and I went here Sunday July 3,2022. The food was absolute delicious, we both ordered the build your own soup option with 2 sides of dumplings.

The Noodle portions are a good size to begin with, but when you get the make your own soup, it has unlimited noodle refills. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the brisket was so flavourful with a hint of spice which was great.

The dumplings were cooked exactly the way we like them.

The staff and cooks are friendly and I would recommend this place to anybody.

The menu has a wide variety & lots of customizability. I love the potato noodles & numbing. The staff is so nice too. Great place to come with friends when craving noodles

Called in a takeout order and was told something on the menu that was clearly on the website didn’t exist (why would I make it up?). Didn’t want to order after the exchange but tried anyway. Said it would take 10 mins but it took 25.

A little on the pricey side for noodles, like Japanese Ramen, bit you do get unlimited noodle refills. The meat toppings are all fo good and slow cooked and tender. The price was $16 each for the beef and pork noodles. $13 for the back ribs noodles.

Delicious noodles and great service. I ordered a chicken soup noodle and a mushroom side dish. The noodle texture was great and the broth is amazingly flavourful without being too heavy. The chicken was cooked just right and still retained its tenderness. The woodear mushroom was crunchy and very balanced. Will definitely come back.

They prepare the noodles very quickly. We had egg noodles, regular street noodle size (only $7!) and a beef brisket noodle. The noodles were great texture. Spicy does taste very spicy, lots of chili oil. Their soup is good and we like that they give a lot of it unlike the Midland and Mcnicoll location.

So happy we came across this place! We did the build your own soups, one brisket, one pork belly.

The noodles and broth were exceptional. Loved every drop.

Definitely stop in here if you are near by!

This place serves great tasting Chongqing noodles soup and side dishes of dumplings, etc. I like the soup here better than other China-style noodle soup shops.

The noodles were great. We ordered takeout order on their online platform. It gave us a 15m estimate initially. After placing the order, we got a notice that they are pretty busy and the order would take 25m instead. It was nice they sent a text so I didn't have to wait in the car or restaurant. The staff was friendly when I picked up the food.

Would come back for sure.

This place is wonderful! First time being here. They have amazing noodles, delicious flavor, and variety. Service is on point and affordable. Free noodle and broth refill as well. What more can you ask for. I will definitely come back again

I would give this place a 4.5 star. The szechuan beef noodle was honestly delicious. The broth was one of the best beef broths I have ever had. I also saw the chefs using real beef bone and meat to make their soup. This dish deserves a 5 star for the broth alone. They also offered free noodle refills but their original portion is already plentiful so we declined the offer.

The reason I didn't give this place a 5 star is because although the beef I got in my bowl were fine quality-the beef that my family got was inconsistent, with a lot of overly fatty pieces and some meat that looked very strange and they were uncomfortable eating it.

I also didn't care for the cucumber cold appetizer. The popcorn chicken was good bang for your buck though. Also, we felt like they didn't turn on the air conditioning or it was on a very low setting. When you're eating a hot bowl of noodle soup and some bowls are quite spicy-the last thing you want is to feel like you're sitting outside in the 30° weather. They need to improve on that or I won't be visiting again until the fall.

Overall, that beef broth outweighs the negatives for me and I would still recommend this restaurant for noodle lovers and will definitely be back!

Way overpriced noddle place, the server who serves us first was very nice but owner or manager is not, she left our changes on the table for about a min and took them back without a thanks, my friend was on her phone and didn't even had a chance to look at it. I was wondering if she even give the tips to the server that serve us, we were there after 3: 30pm so she left before we pay our bill. Will not go back or recommend.

The food, the service and the waitresses are amazing! Always come here for lunch. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Regular spicy was way way to spicy, could not finish my bowl. The beef brisket meat was too fatty for my liking. Popcorn chicken was reasonable price and was good as was the cucumber dish.

Food is delicious and service is amazing! Only downside is the plaza is really small with a lot of parking reserved by the other businesses so it's REALLY hard to find parking during peak dining periods.

There is unlimited noodle refill and when they open new store there are free noodles.but there arent much soup for the noodle so the noodles become quite tasteless after a refill

The noodle place is very clean and comfortable, and the noodle is very fresh and chewy with free refill! But the portion is good enough. The soup is tasty too.

Good food, but the waitress never filled water, gave friend hot tea in glass cup, and asked me 5 times to leave a review. Annoying

I had the most delicious bowl of noodles here. I only ordered two things on the menu, the side dish of duck gizzards and a beef noodle soup with spicy and chilli sauce. They have free refill of noodles which is a huge plus to coming here. Even without refill, the amount of noodles is ample enough to fill your stomach and likely not want a refill. The service was pretty good during my experience. I definitely would come back here to get my noodle fix and perhaps try the other things on the menu. The noodles had a good chewiness to it for those who know their noodles.

Came to try their $1 noodles special. Nice environment with friendly staff.

Mainly focuses on noodle bowls with unlimited noodle refills. They also have rice dishes and various appetizers.

The food was pretty good. Flavorful broth and I loved the texture of the noodles. The problem is there isn't enough parking.

Came here during there $1 noodle special and although there menu was very limited during this time, what I selected was actually very delicious. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the dish that I got, but the broth was great; very flavourful. You also get a selection of different types of noodles along with your choice of how spicy you want it. They had one that made the dish tongue numbing, and it was very yummy if I might add. Any how what I got was a sampling and I for sure will be going back to experience more of what they got.

I would also like to point out that the space is fairly small, so I probably don't recommend it for large groups. I really like the fact that the kitchen is open so you can see what's happening behind the scenes. And the greatest part of all.if you are up and are searching for food, this should be one of your options if you are in the area.

Huge portion and tasty noodle, the spicy noodle might not be for everyone but the spicy and numbness level can be customized. Fast and prompt service. Might be lacking in parking spots.

The experience was great. The store was clean and tidy. The noodle was better then expected. I picked normal for all my selection and it was perfect. I would definitely come back again!

Excellent service, friendly staff even at busy times. Make-you-own-bowl gives you a lot of customization, from spicy / numb level, noodle size to excluding scallions. Unlimited noodles when dining in.
