The food and service here are great. The food always comes quickly and correctly. The service here is amazing. The server was so nice and sweet, always quick. The portions are good. They only take debit or cash.

The noodles are really good. My personal favorite is the Tomato Beef Brisket with mild spice. The taste is good with the noodles, the tomato soup and the spice

Excellent service. My family isn’t used to this type of noodles. We ordered the shuanle noodle and that was so difficult to chew. It was also very sour. The wait staff told us about the vinegar but it’s overpowering in a regular bowl of non spicy noodle. The beef dumplings were not bad but not that good either. On the pricey side.

Was pretty hyped about this place, given the high number of good reviews. Lives upto the hype. The apps and customizable bowls of noodles were good. And the bottomless noodles was key. Just don't drink all your soup right away lol

The Sichuan beef soup was really good, the dumplings were just so so, and the bean curd was good as well.

The staff aren't too patient but they are fast.

Great little place for some nice spicy (or non-spicy) soup noodles. You can customize your own bowl to your liking and they also offer in-house made chili oil for $6.
The noodles are bottomless so if you need a refill, just ask.
If you pay by cash, there is a 10% off discount.
Seating is limited here but they have delivery options too.

Their food is 9/10, customer service 8/10 (but, the manager is freaking amazing 15/10). I think their chef and kitchen staffs are very good. Always I can smell some kind of Chinese traditional herbs or something, and they make broth out of it, their broth is absolutely a killer.

Great, attentive service here. Noodles are of good texture and is complimented nicely by a wide variety of toppings. The star of the show however, is the spice. Very authentic Sichuan style spice that numb your tongue to the extremes. Definitely would recommend if you are into spicy food

I love this noodle shop. It's delicious every time and free noodle refills (in-store only) is a good option to have too. They are quick and the service is pretty good as well. It's a great Chinese noodle restaurant overall.

Very rich and generous bowl of chinese noodles.
It is not on the cheap side but the portion and taste more than make up for it.
Lots of customizations you can choose for the noodles from type of noodle, amount of soup, level of spiciness and garnish.

We came on a Sat around 1: 30pm, and it wasn’t too busy (yet). The server got us a seat as soon as we told her our table size. Their menu offers a good selection of noodle and rice options, and they even have a customized noodle option where you can basically create your own noodles. The server took our order and answered any questions we had. There is also unlimited noodle refills (for dine in only).

The bowls of noodles took less than 10 minutes to arrive and they were pretty big! At first, I was thinking of getting extra soup when I was customizing my noodles, but there was a good amount already. I chose the regular noodles and wow, they were very bouncy, chewy and absorbed a lot of the broth inside making it very flavorful with every slurp. We got the beef brisket broth which was very flavorful, but I might want to warn that if you aren’t a big spicy fan, the less spicy option and numbing should be avoided haha. Loved how much pieces of beef we got, and they were pretty big chunks as well. There was so much meat that I had to give some to my boyfriend as I couldn’t finish. Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal!

TLDR; i definitely recommend coming to Hey Noodles! It’ll be worth your time and you’ll be very full and happy:)

The food is really good as there's a lot of customization. They do free noodle refills but you won't need it as the portion sizes are really good.

Decent food for an okay price, but the free noodles refill for most of the noodle dishes is pretty nice. Their ongoing buy 1 get 1 half off fruit drinks is very worth it.
Keep in mind if you split bills they only accept cash. Otherwise cash/debit only

Grossly overpriced and disappointing. The other location on Hwy 7 was far better. The noodles were overcooked, the pork had no flavour and was mostly cubes of unflavourful fat, worse was that the soup didn't taste as good as before. They don't actually allow free noodle refills if you're sharing with someone. Though this policy makes sense, the noodles are one of the most inexpensive ingredients. Considering that a bowl costs $15, not allowing refills seemed kind of cheap. At home you could make the someone bowl for less than four dollars. Also disappointed that this restaurant is cash only for orders less than $30. Though its interior is made like a modern Chinese restaurant, it is still backwards in time since most restaurants in China already accept electronic payments on WeChat. For the poor taste and an obvious attitude of taking as much money from guests as possible, a bowl of soup is certainly not worth $15. You could get much better noodles for much less at pretty much any other noodle restaurant.

Love their noodles kind of like ramen. Friendly service and fair prices. The best part is free refill noodles. Must try!

Very good service. Really like the spicy soup base. The noodles free refills are made fresh and hot to keep the soup base at a good temp regardless of when you choose to refill.

Great place for cheap eats but it seems like they changed the recipe and the Chongqing noodles don't seem to taste quite the same as before.
