The owner doesn’t respect customers who don’t know what they want and will say he’s closing for lunch if u don’t find what you within the first 3 minutes of being there. My friend and I have bought lots of stuff from this store but has the audacity to go “on lunch” every time I walk in for the last 6 months. And it’s not like I usually don’t buy things most the time we buy something. And he’ll rip u off any day any time… I’ve never once said anything to an employee that’s disrespectful or sarcastic. And sadly your one of the better head shops so I go to it so get worse if u don’t wanna actually deal with customers. And u don’t remember me buying things from u but u remember when I say sarcastic and “disrespect full” things.when was that. Oh yea never. I said something last time but idk what ur expecting when u don’t even let me look around the show room after I’ve spent hundreds at your store. You claim I’m the one making up stories when u can watch your own camera footage that clearly show to ppl snapping at u after the 6 time we get turned away bc “lunch” and u don’t think that earns u a breakdown from the ppl ur doing it too u r pathetic and I will keep. And I now have to tell ppl u only sell to minors because once a turned 19 u stop selling to me. Why would I need to lie about this my guy half of london already prays on your downfall

He is a great salesman, has many brands of your favourite smoke ware (cheech, red eye glass, mgm, xtreme, Infiniti, boss glass, kush, etc). For his customers he will cut you insane deals for instance I’ve gotten an $120.00 bong for $50.00. The craziest of deals and the most durable bongs I’ve seen in all of London. If you go in there is no way you’re walking out without a bong, there is such a large selection that everyone will be happy smoking. Not only that but he has grinders, pipes, papers, blunts, piercing jewelry and so much more. So check out hi-times you won’t regret it!

Gems galore. This place has so much in stock it's surprising. There's a lot of stuff not on display too, like concentrate vaporizers, due to new law; but ask and you shall receive. Everything from budget solutions to Evan shore bangers and heady pieces. Whatever you need you can probably find here. Recommended when high and highly recommended.

Started coming here about 3 months ago and been coming constantly ever since. So many different types of pieces to pick from. Owners have been super friendly and helpful with answering questions and directing me to pieces in the store. Bought plenty of pieces from here. I tell all my friends about the shop. More than pleased with the service. I will be coming here long as they’re open.
