Great atmosphere and service. The team was extremely accommodating to our large group and different dietary restrictions. Our cook was entertaining and fun. My only negative comment would be that the rice was pretty under cooked. Overall, great experience for food and entertainment. Highly recommend for a large group.

Excellent service and food. Pricey, but on par with other eateries of this type. I didn't like the 15% mandatory gratuity but I guess that's also what you expect in this climate. Overall a very good experience with drinks and live cooking. Recommend the Chefs Choice entree.

Hibachi Teppanyaki and Bar is a popular Japanese Steakhouse or Teppanyakiis.

This kind of Japanese cuisine is prepared on iron griddle to cook food.
The word - Teppanyaki is derived from Teppan, which is a metal plate on which it is cooked.
Yaki - means grilled, broiled or pan-fried.

The MasterChef will dazzle you with their samurai swordsmanship - as they slice, dice, juggle and entertain while preparing delicious food live on a sizzling Teppanyaki grill.

Teppanyaki sets with Salmon, Shrimp, Chicken. Had the Chicken Fried rice.
Also had Spicy Miso soup with it.
Crab stick sushi was delicious.

Seafood lovers would love this Japanese restaurant.

I guess wegot a low energy chef as she wasn't as lively or doing tricks like the chefs at the other tables and that was really disappointing because we came for the experience! Otherwise I'd go to any dine-in restaurant if I just wanted to eat. I also mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and they totally forgot. At that point I just wanted to leave. The food was great but unfortunately my experience was not.

The hibachi experience is the food and the show, this place is light on the show, the food quantity is massive, meat quality is decent, frozen packet vegetables, even the fried rice was tasteless and bland, we were in and out in about 40 minutes.

Staff was good and welcoming. Taste was good and chefs are professional, kids having fun with their cooking and funny tricks. Definitely good for Japanese food lovers. Steak and chicken was wonderful. Shakes are good as well and of course beer

Food was amazing and ambiance even better! They also serve Halal options if ordered in advance.

They only allow 2 person to sit around the cook. If you are just 1 than you cannot. Thats a very disappointing rule. Lost business.

Average food, good service but for someone going for the first time it will be a different experience.

If you're looking for a place to provide entertainment watching a chef door your dinner, this is not the place. Other than a blast of flame/heat as he ignited a bit of oil, and banging around of his spatula and fork, there was no entertainment value.
Place hugely understaffed. Saw one couple leave when told a chef was your immediately available.

Not sure what the hype is all about but food is decent nothing special, way very priced compared to other teppanyaki places.

Food is great. Staff is great. The only thing is that they always are understaffed. Whenever I have been there, I've always made a reservation but we've always had to wait for someone to greet us and had to wait for them to get a table ready.

We had my daughter’s 16th birthday party with her friends for a wonderful dinner and entertaining experience. The chef was interactive. Johnny and the staff were simply amazing. Best birthday party. Truly an exceptional and great priced evening. Thank you

My experience at the Oakville location was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I encouraged my coworkers to try Hibachi Teppenyaki as the experience I had the the location in Vaughan/Woodbridge was AMAZING. To accommodate a coworker who lives in Stoney Creek I chose the Oakville location and boy were we unimpressed. Our server was very stressed and we felt like she was rushing us to place our orders and we had to ask her for water, the chef did not give us the full Hibachi food presentation experience that I know they provide and the food was mediocre. He also forgot to make one of my meal choices. When we wanted to take a group photo, one of the staff members was very rude. Overall we will NOT be dining at this location again as it left a bad taste in our mouths.

Good food with a bit of a show. A bit pricey, but fresh food cooked in front of you with a bit of flair comes with a cost.

Worst hibachi I have ever went to.
I was anticipating that we'd get entertained along with the group I was with.
They literally rushed everything the food wasn't the best. But I was more or less there for the entertainment side. Our cook barely spoke or did anything fun. Paid 85$ for some cheap fried rice and lobster.
Then the manager proceeds to rush us to finish eating so they can prepare the table for another group.
Is that the hospitality we deserve for spending 1000$ on bday dinner.

We ate here for our anniversary. We booked a reservation online. We ate there on a Monday night 7 pm. They have 5 teppanyaki tables. Our waitress was great. They sat us and spaced us nicely. The chef was amazing and funny. He did tricks and was entertaining.

We ordered the deluxe combo. Our filet mignion was perfectly cooked. We ordered medium rare and it was perfect. We also ordered tempura. Tasted good and Crispy.

We were seated and finished eating within an hour. I assume because it was not busy.

Chefs were great, the waitresses felt a tad bit rushed and unorganized. The food was mediocre and the drinks too expensive for what it was. $13 for a shot of tequila and $7 for sparkling water. A lobster dinner for 2 came up to $175

Good food and the price of a kids meal is very affordable.
I strongly recommend coming here if you have young kids. There is lots of food to go around and the kids always love the teppanyaki style cooking.

Very fun and entertaining and also very tasty with great cocktails.
Our waitress Honey was very helpful and kind and patient to explain everything and how much we should order.
The portion is very generous and the prices are great. Highly recommend for a group, couple or an outing with kids! We had chicken and steak with egg fried rice and noodles and everything was just perfect!

We went there for a family dinner. It was a great place for a nice get-together. Very spacious.
Also the kids had a lot of fun looking at the live cooking.

First time here and wont be the last! We very much enjoyed our meal, the chef was entertaining and the food was plentiful! They could use a bit less salt, but that is something we can mention next time. The portion sizes were huge, which means leftovers for tomorrow and everyone in our group gave 2 thumbs up!
