Nice foods, first food was little salty, we asked for less soy sauce after that. He did. Amazing. Good shows. Love the services. However, seats are a little too tight.

It's my first and last visit. The floor was very sticky. Salad and miso soup were bland. Meat and fried rice were mediocre, a little burnt. Food in general was not impressive. Chef was not professional, tricks were not smoothly performed, distribution of food was not even to everyone. The manager looked unhappy, didn't smile or greet customers. The 15% tip was automatically added on top of the bill after tax. The only thing I was happy with was our server, Odilo, who did a great job!

The Teppanyaki we had (filet mignon, lobster tail, scallop and chicken) were deliciously prepared. The chef showmanship was incredible and service was friendly.

First time going for dinner. Was fun, staff was great. The only down fall is that one server came a took away the plates a glasses without even asking if we are done. Other than that it was great. The chefs are fun to watch. Will go back with the kids next!

Did not like it. We were rushed out. The cook didn't do any show besides tossing broccoli. The food was not that great either I make better at home.

The quantity of foods are very low and the quality are average. Also, you have to pay at least 50% of the bill as tip and service. I do not recommend at all, Don't waste your money.

Great experience for large groups. The show is almost a built in price for the food which is not the most unique flavor wise but very generous portions and other food options available if you don't want grilled. The little show was a fun dining experience and the owner Johnny was very nice to come over and give us all a shot of limoncello on the house as he noticed we were chatting at the table for some time.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary, I made reservations the day before. When we got there the host wanted us to take a seat not at the grill but at a table between two grills where they store condiments, I requested I don’t mind waiting but would appreciate if we can be seated at the table. When we were finally seated our waiter came in to take our food and drink orders and stood at the end of the table where I could not hear her, I had to ask her to come closer and explain some stuff on our menu as it was our first time there, she was generally unhappy to help, I told her we were celebrating our anniversary and she said she will let the chef know, that didn’t happen. Our chef arrived after the chef at the other table and very to the point service, not an experience at all, not sure if it was this location but the front office, the waiter and the chef were just getting through their shift. Then she bought us the bill and automatically added 15% as I was using a gift card from Costco, on enquiry she made it seem like it was mandatory to pay gratuity even if I didn’t like the service. All in all NOT GOING BACK! Not a good experience at all

The food and service were amazing. But most importantly, the chef for keeping the customers entertained and interactive.

The food was below average. I have been to the Burlington location and they serve authentic hibachi. The chefs need more training. My rice was undercooked and the sauce had a weird after taste the veggies were extremely soggy as well. Won't be coming back to this location.

This was an enjoyable place to go with family. It was a fun experience and great service. The price point is fair, and final pricing includes tip. I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Quality of food does not match the price or decor/ambiance. Rather than cooking food in stages as most teppanyaki restaurants do, they threw everything on the grill at the same time so that you can not possibly eat all your food before half of it goes cold. Will be my first and last visit. Was really hoping for better because this is 5 mins from my house. Guess I will just have to continue to drive 20-30 mins to Markham or Downtown for decent teppanyaki

We came in on Thursday and we had the pleasure of having Amanda as our server and Don as our chef. Both showed true sense of great hospitality and the food was phenomenal.

Service is slow. We were seated late after arriving for our reservation. It was over an hour before the chef showed up and started cooking. Food was very bland and did not taste well in my opinion. Not worth the price for the amount of food you actually get. $50 for a small bowl of fried rice and a dish with some chicken, shrimp, steak and vegetables. I left the restaurant still hungry.

The only good point I can make is that the chefs make the experience much more enjoyable. Hence the 2 stars.

It is extremely average. It is exactly what it's supposed to be with small portions. It's pricey for what is is. The service is below average. The waiter takes your order in the beginning and then disappears the rest of the night and then auto applies himself a nice 15% tip on your bill when auto gratuity is for groups of 8 and more. We were 3. And For what? Taking your order? LOL I had to flag down 3 different waiters as the walked by for different things. No one comes and sees you after taking your order. The food is below average. Nothing special about this place from the food, portions to service. The chef was uninspired and was just saying what he had to say according to the "script". Was just getting through his shift. The whole thing was Just Blah. Not impressed and definitely not returning.

Sushi rice is under cooked, they are not using the sushi rice, the sashimi is not fresh, almost $100 in extra fees. Please go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

PLEASE READ! These people has most worst experience I ever had we went there with family ordered waited 30 min on table to chef come and make something for us the service was poor no one come to table even we want fork and other drinks every time we want to order something like drinks we have to wait 30 min to get that and in the end they added tip on the bill by their self and charge us I do recommend not to go these kind of places.

Very poor service. Half my rice dish was served at the beginning, and it all got cold by the time the other half was cooked. When I was paying the server verbally asked me how much I would tip him.food was ok.

This was my first time attending teppanyaki and it left a pretty good first impression on me. The cooks put on a very entertaining show by combining cooking, pyrotechnics, and a bit of comedy into their routine.

Both the Momo and the Tropical Fizz cocktails tasted absolutely amazing. For the food I tried the filet mignon, lobster tail, chicken, and the fried rice. They all tasted good, but just good, nothing spectacular. All the food gets cooked together more or less and they toss garlic butter into everything so they all end up kind of tasting the same.

Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool spot to throw a birthday dinner or for a fun date night. The atmosphere and energy here is very high. Make sure to reserve a spot before you go because it was super busy, even on a Monday.

I made a reservation for 7: 30 p.m. And by the time we were seated, a waitress did not come to our table until about 8 p.m. I had to even go and ask what was taking so long. Fast forward to when our chef finally arrived around 8: 15 p.m, don't get me wrong, he was nice and did his best, but I lost interest in the hype due to the wait. Moreover, once the miso soup arrived it was luke warm. However, once the meal was finally finished around 8: 40, due to the many steps, it was delicious. The other appetizers that were ordered, were very good as well. I strongly recommend doing so since it took over an hour to finally have the main teppanyaki meal.

Amazing experience. The steak was phenomenal. Took 5 tries but I finally caught broccoli in my mouth.

Alina was very polite, kind and very attentive. We did not feel rushed and she very patient with us. She explained the menu and how the combo works.
I would definitely go back and ask for her to be our server. Lovely girl! The restaurant was clean m, chefs were nice and funny. Enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommending to our friends and family! Usually go to the iron Chef but I think this one is my new go to restaurant and it’s closer to me.

Awesome food tbh, get the medium filet mignon, its really great as a main dish and the sweet potato fries are tasty.

NVER EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING AND BAD SERVICE. To start this horrid experience 2 fat trailer trash hostess Stephanie and forgot the others name rolling there eyes, chewing gum like cows, their rolls hanging out of their crop tops it’s a very unappealing sight. We reserved a table for 6 by 6: 07 the whole table was inside other than 1 person but everyone was denied to sit at the table until 1 person got there so we missed our reservation and had to wait till 10: 34 to be seated. Once seated we waited another 30 mins till we got water at our table and again another 30 mins for our orders to be taking when we complained to the owner Cho he said we were trying to get feee food and walked away. When are food finally came to get cooked there was stuff we never ordered brought out we were told they would fix it on the bill. The bill comes nothing is fixed and we’re told we have to pay the bill the waitress is in my face at this point yelling pushing me with her broad chest. So I pay and leave we return the same night for a copy of the receipt and was told they can’t reprint it something about the race man would have that information. We left and call the other owner downtown he says he will contact after talking to the owner at this location we still haven’t received a call back. Later that night everyone started feeling sick started vomiting and diarrhea. Public health was notified and BBB

I’m writing this while I’m still here. We had reservations at 8 and it’s now 9 and we have not had food served. It should not take an hour for food to be served. We started to get annoyed and spoke with a server and she said they were a bit backed up (mind you we reserved tables so they knew we were coming), imagine we also have 2 toddlers with us who are now starving. Don’t accept reservations if you can’t even give good service. HIGHLY disappointed.

UPDATE: our order was taken around 8: 40 (a whole 40 minutes after we were seated). A chef finally started cooking for us around 9: 26. He didn’t put on a show or anything and the food was mediocre. The sauces they provide do not pair well with the food. The server also hardly ever checked up on us, we had to keep flagging them down, so our drinks were hardly ever topped up.

My family visited Hibachi for fathers day. This was my first ever visit. I was super grateful to have Alina as our host. She was phenomenal and made the experience great. Thank you Alina! Amazing restaurant as well.

Hibachi is a nice and cool place to have your dinner. You get to witness a live cooking of your own food with amazing chef displaying some real good cooking skills. It was fun and the food tasted so delicious. Try it out and thank me later. Thanks.

The food and experience was absolutely fun! We were sat around a table and grill with a few other people, all of which were super nice. The music was bomb, the food was bussin, the waitresses/hostesses were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the chefs displayed incredible skills and made the experience really fun. Plus, the drinks were great - they definitely weren’t stingy with the alcohol. Definitely coming back again!

DISGUSTING PLACE WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SMALL PORTIONS! On top of all this they charge you 18% tip and don’t bring anything you ask for and ask you to get the things you want on your own! The salad was swimming in water-clearly it has been sitting out for days and the soup was sour as it had gone bad. The portions are small and when undercooked. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO! You’ll eat better for at McDonald’s

Yesterday i got the chef’s special and it was delicious, my whole family enjoyed the food they got and Chef Rafael and our server were amazing!

I booked this place on Saturday for a group of 10 to celebrate my sisters birthday. We had lots of fun. They have interactive games with us and gives you the whole dining experience. Also they made her feel special for her birthday by singing happy birthday and bringing out her cake then taking it back to cut pieces for us! Lastly the food was really good and tasty. The only thing I’d suggest is bigger portions for the rice /noodles. I had to order another carb on the side to be filling Other than that I’d definitely recommend this place it was great and the staff are amazing! I will definitely be coming back.

The presentation and performance was very entertaining - as expected. The lobster preparation (and shell disposal) was a particular highlight - along with the egg cracking.

The food itself tastes good enough - but not any different than a cheaper bento-box resistant.

Update: I went back and I can’t recommend them at all. I called to do takeout and the server kept putting me on hold as though she couldn’t figure out how to take an order. When I picked it up, I thought all was good until I got home. I opened up my food to find out that my teppanyaki meal was missing the rice and that my medium rare steak was actually pretty much raw and tasteless. You can tell the steak saw a stove but not for long. For $50, I expect all my items to be there and for my food to be cooked correctly. Sadly, I live pretty far so going back to complain isn’t an option.we did takeout.overall, they were great.ordering was pretty easy and the food was mostly good.they lost a star because the vegetables tasted better than the steak.the steak wasn't horrible but it was a bit on the bland side and cooked well done instead of the medium rare I requested.if they didn't include so many sauces, it wouldn't have had any flavour at all.that being said, i've never been so excited to eat vegetables before.the mushrooms especially were fabulous.

Let's start listing the obvious problems:
Cold miso soup, bland
Two day old salad, soaked
Asked for water and chopsticks multiple time
Veggies all burned, tasted awful
Chicken overcooked, drier than firewood
Steak poorly trimmed, every bite had fat

The best part of the whole meal was the chicken fried rice, which tastes better at almost any hole-in-the-wall chinese restaurant.

If you’re thinking of celebrating a birthday here. Don’t do it. They will charge you 10 bucks to just bring out the cake YOU brought for the birthday and only sing for you, they didn’t take the “celebration photo or cake” that they include in an extra 10 bucks. Also they give you the bill before you even finish eating OR celebrating the birthday. They add a tip already automatically to your bill. They basically just want your money after the lame show and want you out as soon as possible. And the chef was quiet and very boring. The food was very bland. You could probably go to vaughan mills and get mall food court food with actual flavour.

We tried it and won’t be going back. I highly do not recommend coming here.

NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience I have had for the amount of $ I paid (almost $200 for two people with the lobster and salmon combo. Not to mention that 1 small bowl of fried rice was $10). The chef couldn’t even do a trick properly. I have had food court food that was better.

Went to here on the weekend and when I tell you my experience was beyond terrible, The food was not the best and The manager was very rude and manipulative. I hope no body goes back to this place.

Amazing experience! The chefs as well as the waiters were so sweet and kind. There is also a Halal option, which was amazing! Food was great and tasty, workers were sweet and nice, as someone who doesn’t eat outside food this was a great experience for me and hopefully others like myself can come to the place too!

Loved this place! The food was so good and the service was great! Alina was an amazing host, she walked me through the menu and was very helpful. Definitely going to come back!

I called ahead to ensure my celiac disease could be accommodated. Was assured it could be. Ordered drinks, was seated to a table, only to be advised that no, we couldn't be accommodated. Drinks were comp'd after a lengthy discussion. Awkward experience.

Great show, they really know how to entertain you during the cooking. The food is cooked well, especially the filet. A bit disappointed that all the meat and seafood ended up having the same flavour. The fried rice was good but nothing special. Sushi is good too. Overall an enjoyable experience because of the show and seeing the cooking, the food itself was fine but nothing you couldn't get at another restaurant.

I have never had rude incompetent service like this in my life. I say this as a matter of fact and not hyperbole. When trying to sell me an upgrade, I asked the price and was told in a condescending voice that it was in my menu. This pathetic excuse for a waitress should learn that if you want to upsell, you should know the cost if asked. When I pointed out that I had been charged for 5 entrees instead of 4, I was asked accusingly how many people were in my party. Staff seemed incapable of placing ordered items in front of who ordered them. It was frustrating enough that I had to finally just tell them to set them down and we would figure it out.

In all my years of dining I have never been told that I was not allowed to use my gift card to leave a gratuity. I am not sure if this is a store policy or more nonsense from someone who has no business working in the hospitality industry.

The Chef put on a decent show and was personable. My salmon was perfectly cooked and succulent. The fried rice was not fried and just soggy. The medium steak was well done and dry. The vegetables were cooked perfectly.

Upon leaving, the two hosts at the front were too busy talking to each other to bother to say goodbye or thank us for coming.

I realize it is hard to get good staff these days due to labour shortages, but except for the chef, everyone we encountered was ill trained and did not seem to enjoy their jobs.

The only positive takeaway from this experience is that I will appreciate good service so much more in the future.

This was our first time at this location and all in all it was good. We went for my wife's birthday party (group of 9) so we pretty much had a chef to ourselves. Speaking of our chef, TJ was the best (as well as our server Amanda) and made our whole experience worthwhile staying interactive with his audience. If he can keep a 6yrs old entertained you know you got a good one. Amanda was also very personable and made sure everyone in our group had what they needed.

If possible I'd ask for the table / room in the center of the restaurant as you're a little enclosed from everyone else and the9r possible noise.

Also some of the "specialty drinks" didnt taste like they had much alcohol in them but maybe that's just me.

All in all I'd go back as long as we have the same chef and server.

Food was delicious (there is a kids menu) Service was great. The show, as the chef prepares and cooks your meal before your eyes, was entertaining for kids and adults alike! Decor/ambiance was nice. We will be back for sure.my wife is already planning her birthday party there.

Food was average. Disappointing to see the raw food brought out on trays that they stack on top of one another, basically having them sit on top of the actual food. They also had the chicken fish and beef all on the same tray and if anyone knows you never put raw chicken next to beef or fish. Service was horrible, had to continously flag down the waiter to ask for drinks and the meat was asked for med rare and was served literally rare. No adjustment made to the bill for the errors or bad service. Best tepanyaki places to go to are all in Markham hands down!

Im not recommending at all, They acting they dont know English to charge you more, Was my daughter birthday and myself and my wife in diet, we went over and asked we need only one Sharing food for 2 person, and clarify he understood, they they charged 3 separate, they are cheating client,

Recently opened where Milestones used to be. Their teppanyaki food was really good! Service was good; the chef was entertaining. My date and I came for their Seven-Course Tasting Menu for Two Groupon (charges tax & 15% gratuity fee). Only issue with the menu was only serving one sushi roll to share. Either way, it's a different dining experience so I would recommend giving this place a try.
