This place is by far the best Indian food spot in Orleans in my opinion. I've tried quite a few other spots and used to eat elsewhere but once I tried this food, that was it! The portions, flavours, price.cannot be beat! Their samosas are gigantic, spice and seasoning on point and it's a family run joint. I have had them cater for me on a larger scale as well and everyone wanted to know where I got the food! I eat here at least once a month!
A family-owned, family-run business. And because it is a small family kitchen, they pay attention to their cooking. How else can you explain the delicious tastes, meal after a meal!
Delicious as always, and impeccable service. Got the non vegetarian special for 2 and it was plenty to eat in and take home. Best Indian food in orleans hands down. Ordered the butter chicken and eggplant Bertha and can't wait to try more in the future.
Owners are super nice, we came in closer to closing and they said we could still do takeout, first time there and it honestly blew us away. Even gave us a few extra fried yummies! We will come back for sure, samosas are to do for and the paneer is incredible and smooth!
Every single dish we got was cooked to perfection, packed with depth and flavour (we tried the beef vindaloo, chicken biryani, samosas, garlic naan, daal, and butter chicken). It's also a quaint little spot, the vibe is cozy and cute. Can't wait to go back to try out the rest of their menu!
This restaurant is delicious. We’ve tried many Indian places in the past and none are as good as this. The taste is great and the service is excellent. The owners are so welcoming and they always make us feel valued as customers. If you are thinking on giving this place a try, think no further. Would not be disappointed. Thank you so much for always delivering amazing meals!
Authentic and DELICIOUS. So good, we go every couple months. Amazing indian, great prices and just all over excellent restaurant.
The garlic naan was amazing. Also had the butter chicken, lamb saag, and vegetable korma. Entrees were samosas and chicken pakora. (We were 4 people for portion context) Really good size portions.
I love how they keep the dishes warm while you eat so the experience is amazing all the way through.
The service is bad! The manager is racist and she told me that my bag is full of germes and bacteria… that was awful! They are not welcoming people and this restaurant should close!
Honestly the best Indian food in all of Ottawa. Family run restaurant, small cozy sitting area and the best flavourful dishes. It's a treat when we pick up or eat in.
You can tell when someone doesn't like there job just view the hours such a waste of a food spot around this area switch it with someone open for more than what 3 hours 4 at a time
Wow honestly.read a review that recommended the chicken korma and it was genuinely one of the best things I've ever eaten.incredible for real. Thank you
