I've never used a moving company before and I don't have enough words to express my delight! George and his crew were excellent from start to finish. They complete the job in less than 3 hours! I will definitely use this moving company for all my next moves.

Misha and Sasha (Alex) were the best movers I’ve ever experienced. They had No weird questions to me, very clear communication, they didn’t need me to babysit them in my condo’s complex elevators system. They executed on time and with a lot of care, On the offloading I’ve asked them to be careful as my infant kid was asleep in one of the rooms. They were so careful- that kid didn’t wake up. Natanel and George have completed the whole 2 bedroom house move within 4 hours fast and with no damages. They came on site on time and were very professional. They worked fast to make sure the move will be done within provided time window.

We moved from Mississauga to Ottawa in November 2022. Our start time was at 8am and we were surprised how punctual our movers were. They contacted us 10 min prior to arrival informing that they will reach the pickup location 8am sharp. They came and inspected TV, appliances, and all fragile items and started their work very smoothly. They were organized and ensured that they took all the heavy items with caution, wrapped with moving blankets and shrink wrap and with enough safety. We offered assistance but they were very efficient in their way. This was my third move and first time I experienced such professionalism and safety on my property. Delivery was also smooth and no damage to property or belongings. We are extremely satisfied with their process of packing, disassembling, assembling and unpacking and organizing.
Will recommend their service to anyone who is searching for best service, punctuality, technique of moving heavy items and no hidden fees.

I would like to share my experience with High Level Movers. I was a little nervous about their ability to place all my huge items into the small unit in Toronto downtown. Alex and Rico showed up on time and were ready to start the job. They had all necessary tools to get the job done.
All my oversized items were handled with care and were able to maneuver in to the building and unit.

The guys at High Level Movers were very professional and personable. We were dreading our move so working with them really took a load off (literally). They took good care with our stuff and by the end of our move they felt like friends!

I used them last month, they were quick and professional. The reason I did 4 star is I used two trucks, first was loaded fine and packed with blanket etc.as the second one was only 25% or even less, so, they just rush to put stuff in, we had damaged few things in that truck due to not wrapped and loaded and secured, I think main reason was truck was big and we had only few items left. But overall it was good experience, they came on time and finished job in reasonable time, would use and recommend then again. [Today, July 19,2022 after 8 months, I got reply but not a way to respond]

Valeriu, Ben and the rest of the Crew were fantastic to work with. They loaded 2 x 26’ foot trucks in Calgary at our storage lockers, drove everything to Mission, BC, and then unloaded everything into our new storage lockers there. This was a tough move and a tough pack, and they were a great Team. I would recommend High Level Movers highly!

Thanks for providing me with the best moving service. I have finally completed this huge move, and thankfully without any issues. I had a very tight window of time with my elevator and I wasn’t that prepared when they came. But they handled everything. Such a good experience. Stay away from them. They inflated the rates one day before the scheduled move so there was not enough time to find someone else. Then they refuse to unload the truck before I paid in full for more hours and people than was necessary (I did receive a refund later for one hour). This practice is a pure racket and extortion

To add to the information provided, the business launched deceptive attack on the respected medical facility, Unika Medical Centre, posting fake negative reviews after receiving the feedback. A formal complaint with the Ontario Consumer Protection is launched.

High Level Movers are experts at what they do! We ordered the full service, which included dissembling furniture, packing and wrapping our items, then moving from Toronto to Ottawa, and then unpacking services and reassembling our furniture at the destination. This is second time I have used their services to move furniture and household items. I was more concerned this time since it was a longer distance, but they did a fantastic job. I am very impressed by their professional service. I appreciate how hard these movers worked and how they handled the entire moving process. The movers were punctual and didn’t waste time, they worked efficiently, and were careful with my belongings. We had the best movers and this is by far the best moving company in Canada. I highly, highly recommend them.

This is one of the best moving companies from all the movers I have experienced to date. They offer everything I required including packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, and moving my belongings safely and responsibly. Extremely professional service at a good price. The movers are thorough and knows exactly what they are doing, the truck used was in very good condition and well maintained. In my opinion this moving company has the best packers. I was over seas and needed to move out of my rental unit. When I called in the lady on the phone, named Kate, helped me to organize the entire thing. The movers came to my unit and packed all of my belongings. They moved it into a storage unit, and did it all without me even being there. They finished job in less time then I expected, and the price was under what I budgeted. When I came to the storage unit a few weeks later I was really happy with how everything was packed and placed. Their rates are very reasonable for the services they provide. They were very responsible with my belongings and they have honest business practices. It was handled well from start to finish. Perfect packing, smooth transportation and on time delivery. I 100% recommend High Level Movers.

We hired High Level Movers for a long distance moving service, moving from Toronto to Calgary. This was our first time moving across Canada, and we had no idea what to expect or how much this was going to cost us. The call representative who helped me was very friendly, I think her name was Christina. She was helpful and communicated to me everything that I should expect. She provided a concise moving quote that clearly showed all the costs. I was concerned at first if my stuff would move safely from Toronto to Calgary, since it is a very long trip. But when the movers came they were very professional and you could see they knew what they were doing. My furniture is very expensive and I had to move many valuable items including art and antique pieces. They were careful with my things, and wrapped everything. I was very impressed with how they packed the truck securely. They were efficient and quick. Everything arrived to Calgary safely without scratches or damages. This long distance move was worth every dollar. I recommend these movers if you have long distance move across Canada.

Check the complaints on BBB before you hire! They will damage your items and refuse to compensate you. The movers move VERY slow and the owners are extremely rude! Very unprofessional company. Avoid at all costs!

Edit: You know exactly who I am. I made a complaint with BBB and you never replied. Your workers broke my $2000 television and you have used every excuse available to you to avoid responsibility. I have added a photo of the receipt and a photo my broken television. I also included a photo of the box that your men refused to use.

Awesome moving company! The whole process was easy and they were super responsive from giving me a quote to answering my questions to confirming my move the day before. The price was better than I had expected and the movers were amazing! Efficient, polite and incredibly good at their job. They wrapped my furniture, kept my boxes up right and followed my instructions perfectly. They even helped to organize everything as they brought it into my new home. The best experience I have had with a moving company ever!

I had to arrange a move of my mother’s possessions. As I live outside of Toronto everything I did was online. I chose High Level Movers because they sent me a precise quote, there was no delay or chasing them down. Any questions I had were answered in a timely and polite fashion. On the day of the move, the guys were on time, called to say they were ready and waiting (we were stuck in traffic) and were good natured, polite, very efficient and professional through the whole move. The building my mother had been living in had the whole parking lot torn up for renovations but the guys handled this (which made the move a little more complicated) with ease. They were quick and called me when they got to their destination. The final bill came in very close to what the quote was and I have to say we were really pleased with the move. Thank you High Level Movers! I am so glad I chose your company. I would recommend this Company to my friends.

**UPDATE** After taking them through a civil resolution tribunal process and having them continuously lie and be avoidant, I have managed to recoup some losses. Feel free to reach out to me if you need guidance on how to ensure this company doesn't screw you like they tried to screw me:)

I'd classify them as a "use at your own risk". Overall the move went well but a few things got damaged. At first the movers tried to tell us the items weren't damaged, when we showed them they were very clearly damaged, they relinquished on some, but for others they tried to say that the damage wasn't them.
The contract says that damages will be covered, and we got the movers to mention the damages on the contract. We emailed the company and it took them 30 days to respond, and they only responded, rather rudely, after we phoned them several times.
They first tried to claim we didn't notify them of the damages within 48 hours (which we did), and that's why they couldn't honor the contract. Then they tried to say that the contract was voided because we helped move some boxes (which it doesn't). When we asked for the specific clause in the contract that voided it we were given a very rude, snarky and unprofessional response, and they didn't reference the contract (likely, because it's not in there).
I'm very disappointed in this company, since overall, other than a couple hundred dollars in damages, it was a fairly smooth move. But customer service and honesty is important, and these guys don't seem to understand that.

I was highly impressed with how they were on time. They kept us in the loop of their arrival time and came a few minutes before the time that was communicated. You can be rest assured that you will get great service and care with your stuff at a very reasonable price.

I’ve been using these guys for the past 3 yrs. You can absolutely rely on them and trust them. You cannot beat their price and their service. All friends and family I referred them to were very appreciative and satisfied.

I booked High Level Movers for packing and moving home items to a storage. Whole team was very diligent and on time. They brought the packing materials. They packed, moved and stored well. Normally people are always scared about movers, but when I spoke to this company, I felt they were genuine. I recommend this company for sure.

The good - the movers got our stuff from point A to point B

The bad - informed the company that we had one very heavy piece of furniture so agreed to have an additional mover on site. Three movers showed up like deers in headlights with no equipment to move the piece and no idea we even had it. Eventually we called and a manager showed up to help these three kids which was fine, but for half an hour they stood around not knowing what to do.

The very bad - upon arrival we noticed that 2 of our dining room chairs, a lamp and a dresser were damaged so I contacted them and was met with someone really rude on the phone who wouldn’t let me even speak. Kept talking over me. I emailed the company with photos of the damage and their response was to offer $50 dollars for the damage. I declined and have told them I will send them the invoice for the repair work as well as any additional photos they need for insurance. Radio silence. Now I’m stuck footing the bill for repairs which their staff damaged and the company admitted to. I don’t recommend this company, their customer service is awful, they won’t properly reimburse you for damage they case.

Now my updated review:

I never said the moving staff were rude, it was the people on the phone which I’ve again experienced and seems to be a common thing based on other reviews.

I called to respond to their response, and was met with aggravation when tried to explain why they are wrong. It wasn’t an “old lamp” by any means and as discussed on the phone it wasn’t a simple fix.

The dresser wasn’t “cardboard” or “cheap” it’s a wooden dresser that actually didn’t happen to have anything in it, it seems as tho the company is trying to blame me for it being damaged however they are wrong.

The chairs, as we discussed on the phone, are not just a matter of the paint being chipped off, they are gouges in the wood that need to be repaired. Again that was discussed on the phone and ignored for some reason.

The company offered me $100 to cover damages with the agreement that I would remove my review and never write a negative review of them again. I asked for that in writing. Instead they replied to my review with incorrect information. When I called to get an explanation the woman on the phone hung up.

So, don’t waste your time with this unprofessional and disrespectful company that pays people to remove negative reviews. Obviously all the positive ones here are fakes.

I asked for the $100 reimbursement in writing so I can have time to look it over and see exactly what it is you were asking of me.

I’m not posting pictures solely for the reason for others to judge the value, the company claimed the dresser is “cardboard” and “cheap” and the lamp was “old” so clearly you can’t even see the value in something based solely on the picture. Are you a furniture maker or designer?

And as for my tone, I was none of those things but yes upset is one of them. You’re rude, belligerent and unwilling to actually listen to a customer response, instead you just want to argue on here and not resolve this.

Hi my partner and I need to move and we took so long to decide to hired a moving company, our old condo they moved like so fast it was empty so quick they said they start with boxes first then big furniture I guess it makes simple for them do something like puzzle inside of the truck.

High level movers are awesome. Move of our house was done by David and Clifton. Both were super good. David did the move as if he is a macho man. From the moment the move started till the time the move was completed, David didn’t stopped and also he was so good in guiding the other mover. He also asked us to tidy the things as quickly as possible because he didn’t wanted to waste our time. Also they carried our stuff very carefully. Not even a single thing was damaged.
I would strongly recommend high level movers. They are not the people who will rip your pocket or will damage your things. Again many thanks to high level movers.

We originally booked with another moving company (who shall remain nameless) who rescheduled on us once and cancelled on us twice (cancelled, negated the cancel and then officially cancelled) on moving day within an hour and a half of their expected arrival. Moving is stressful enough as it is and we were at a loss.

I placed a call to High Level Movers and both Eugene and Kevin were wonderful. The were available in two hours from my original call - unheard of, you might say. Bogdan (-1 sp?) and Dennis arrived when they said they would, charged what they said they would, were polite and efficient. There was absolutely no issues with damage to our items and when I texted Dennis today to ask where something is (a piece of loose glass - easy to misplace and I wondered if perhaps it was on the truck still) and he was able to tell me exactly where he’d left it.

Their prices are competitive, they were BEYOND reliable and they saved us so much frustration on moving day. And really.what more can you ask for?

Used this company recently for a second time (last year I thought they were great), but this time was a horrible experience. Took movers 3 hours longer than last time to move a 1 bdrm apt, they were careless (broke a lamp, scratched my wood bed frame, dropped boxes), and unprofessional. Even my concierge was shocked at their lack of professionalism. They even argued over the value of the lamp they broke when I asked them to reimburse me for it, didn't want to give me more than $20 (it was a large floor lamp with glass sconce that they smashed). Would not recommend or ever use them again.

Kerim and Bob were excellent! Very polite, on time and took care of our stuff like it was their own! Competitively priced company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends and hire again for any move in the future!

Local move within Ontario
The movers were great and worked fast. I was happy with them especially Karim. But not so happy with management. Eugene and Kevin. My vacuum cleaner disappeared. Never made to the apt. Nor is it left behind in the storage room. I called Kevin and then Eugene who basically told me tough luck. We don't have it. I replied that I saw one of the movers (Max) loading it in the truck. So if it's not my apt and in the storage room, it must be left in the truck. But again management said too bad we don't have it. I asked what I could do in term of option, Eugene said I could fill out a form, he will send it to his insurance but it will be a waste of time. Because I don't have it he said. I know it's only a vacuum cleaner but still as a matter of principle it was not handled right. I didn't even get an apology. And I know it's not in my apt so it's in the darn truck. Where else? Too bad I only realize it was missing a few days later when I was beginning to settle in my new apt. So the morale of the story is check your belongings before the truck leaves. Because after that management will deny any wrong doing and won't take any responsibility

SEPTEMBER 17. I just saw the owner response. Please Mr. Eugene, don't pin me against the movers. I said they were great. And don't say I'm accusing anyone of stealing, and talk about criminal background check and police and all that non sense. All I said is that the thing is missing. It just is.

This company has shown themselves to be underhanded and manipulative. They don't act with professionalism or with the customer as they're first priority. Rather than be upfront about when payment is due, they say that you can pay after the move is complete; however then interrupt the move halfway through to demand payment in full and threaten to abort the move and place your belongings in storage if payment is not done right then and there. They do not provide the number of movers you requested nor are they on time due to taking on more jobs than they are able to facilitate. They don't even treat their employees fairly. They refuse to pay for work that had been done because the employee found work elsewhere and when confronted on the issue, I even witnessed the owner get up in his face while yelling and making threats to send someone after him then throw a rock towards the worker as he was walking away. This is not a reputable company and I would not recommend they're business to anyone!

Mohammed and Zurab were very helpful. They arrived on time and went out of their way to move my furniture up the narrow stairs. They were ready with drills to take off the couch legs since it didn't fit through the door.

At a time when all of the moving companies that were recommended to us by friends and family were booked, we were able to book High Level Movers.

Al and Zlatko (sp?) were friendly, careful, and efficient. They made an obvious effort to move quickly but precisely, and are both extremely hard workers.

The only thing that could have been an issue was that we originally had booked movers for 9am. We were then notified a day before our move that the earliest they could arrive was 1pm. Luckily, this worked in our favor that day, but in other circumstances this may have been a challenge.

All in all, I would definitely recommend High Level Movers, and would use them again myself.

Fabulous, super-efficient, ultra friendly movers in Toronto! High level movers is the best. I went through a lot of reviews to decide on them, and my time spent on rejecting the others and selecting them proved fruitful. They came half an hour early man! Super fast packing, I heard jokes all the way to London Ontario! Reassembly was equally efficient after double-quick unloading, all done with a smile.
