I recently bought a used car in this dealership, and my experience was great since I stepped on the place. The help from Jeaneth Rojas was incredible, and the rest of the staff. They gave me a lot of alternatives and finally I got the car (Rogue) that I wanted.

Stay away from this place.

The absolute worst service I have ever gotten. I called to book an appt to get locks/key fobs changed. Called a day later to add a flat tire to it. Arrive the morning of my appt and drop my car off.

At no point during ANY of those intances did they tell me i need to prepay for parts or they won't order them in! Then blamed me for it. They began dodging calls. Finally we decided that i would just do the tire and ill deal with everything else later. Then they decided to order the parts and tried to force me to pay for them even though we agreed it would JUST be the tires.

These people are truly terrible at their job. Highway robbery. And as someone who was coming in because of a robbery.they made the situation a ton worst. How can they be so mismanaged and so bad at their jobs collectively?

Not to mention when i called to book right after getting robbed and needing my locks replaced the guy in the parts area laughed at me and said "if youre gonna get robbed, youre gonna get robbed. So why not just buy a new car? "

This is not ok.
Do not take your vehicle there.

The worst experience ever at Nissan High Park and its Sales Manager Enrique Banos. This happened to my brother when we walked into the dealership. I DON’T RECOMMEND VISITING THIS PLACE.

They don’t care about customer satisfaction; they only care about closing sales, no matter what. They made him sign some paperwork (an offer to finance) and pay a deposit. They never told him what the documents were for I signed or whether they would refund my money. Enrique was he was so reluctant, arrogant and rude.

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE.

I walked my brother in law to the dealership to find out for a car, credit score check and stuff and now he is in trouble to trying to get his $1.000 deposit back as they couldn’t meet the conditions he asked. They argued that the paperwork signed is a contract even though, he didn’t sign an agreement with the bank. The Sales manager (Enrique Banos) is so rude and disrespectful and doesn’t want to mediate as to the money refund.

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Today we visited this dealership to test drive the Qashqai. The SUV was a decent drive however their sales manager is a condescending individual who either had a bad day, or should seek another job as he’s not fit to be in a customer service role.

Garbage sales people with sleazy sales tactic. Sales person offered me a price and when i said yes and agreed for the deal, he said will get back next day with paperwork as its late. Next day sales guy says the price he offered will not work. I talked to the manager and he doesnt care.

Dont trust the sales ppl or mgmt on what they say for price or service, they dont have any ethics.worse then small used car dealer. STAY AWAY.

Update to the dealer reply: You are purposefully lying or dont know what happened. I was told you have call recordings, go ahead and check the call recordings and find out what actually happened. I offered $39500, your rep said he can do $40k to which i agreed and said ok i will take it, send me the paperwork and i will send my i.d. Etc. He called me little while later saying we will do the paperwork tomorrow morning since the manager has left. Next morning he didnt recieve my calls and later msgd me he cant do the price he offered and the car was sold.

This indifference towards knowing the actual facts and writing things that never happened says a lot about the ethics you guys work with.

My car needed some repairs a couple of weeks ago and the service I received was exceptional. The service manager went thru all cost options on the repairs and we were able to reduce the cost significantly. I would highly recommend this place if your car needs service.

I got a new Nissan from another dealership, and my front license plate fell off within a couple of months. I called High Park Nissan's service department on a Saturday, and they told me I could come right over to get it reaffixed. I was in and out in ten minutes, and they really kindly didn't charge me anything. They provided awesome service, were very friendly, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of months now but luckily enough for me, another fine example of what is becoming consistent horrible and ridiculously poor customer service from this dealership came up tonight.

Let's start from the beginning though - buying our car: we get a price quote that later would be told to us that it could not be honoured. After numerous back and forth of texts, calls and emails, it resulted in escalations to management demanding for our originally quoted price.

Next up, getting our car: we were told our car was in inventory and would be a matter of days. Weeks go by with no news then told our car was missing and they didn't have one for us. Thankfully, we found in our paperwork a VIN number, which they didn't realize they gave us one. So now they HAD to find my car. If it wasn't for that, who knows when I would have gotten it.

Third at bat, getting a hitch installed: This was quoted with the car and intended to be installed when the car was delivered. Again, quoted "incorrectly". Again, ended up with management and like the car, installation ended up happening much later - 3 months after receiving the car despite our numerous follow ups.

Lastly, winter tires. We get an email for a special offer. We call the Service Department only to learn that we were not eligible (then why email us!?). Now tonight, we got a phone call offering this exact deal AFTER we had already gone to the competitor.

If it wasn't for the fact that the cost of the car (that we fought long and hard to get honoured) was a deal no one else could beat, I would have ran away from this dealership as fast as I typed this. We love our car but my advice to you is to avoid High Park Nissan!

the post purchase service side isn't always the best.one thing gets promised and another thing done.tires with rims becomes tires without rims.warranty plan for paint becomes warranty plan that did not exist.sigh

Great family friendly approach. I had my car fixed there and it was such a great experience. I was a bit overwhelmed but the manager (I think he's the manager) help to resolve the issue with a level of kindness that made me feel like I was part of a Nissan family. Thanks

Nic takes into consideration you will leave if you're not fully satisfied and he will try every thing in his power to get you in a vehicle.

I was able to take almost three hours of his time. With two separate test drives, with two different cars, I was able to get a feel of the car and if it met my expectations.

He answers all your questions with honesty, intelligence and humour.

Even though I left with a car on the same day I walked in, I felt I got an incredible deal that surpassed my expectations for value, luxury and accessibility.

Elaine was empathic, kind and professional. She gave me a great deal on my damage coverage without having to ask.

I was able to pick up my new vehicle within a week turnaround and on a Saturday which was a special favour to me.

Overall, my experience with High Park Nissan was above and beyond. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. They listen to what you're looking for and help you get it as soon as possible.

I bought a new car from here yesterday and Nicholis Kew was my sales rep. Within a few hours the bill of sale was signed and everything was finalized. Great atmosphere and great leadership. The Finance department was awesome and went above and beyond for me to get the rates I needed to be at. I would 1000 percent buy from this dealership again in the future.

I’ve had a reoccurring issue with my transmission on my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder which has been hassle having to come back to the dealership more often than we like. However Eric on the service team up to the the General Manager Nic have been extremely helpful and accommodating and over deliver on service, they loaned me a sedan and then offered to switch it to an SUV when they saw I had Baby seats.

I would not recommend this dealership at all. The experience of buying our first car got totally ruined. After finalizing the deal, I had to call several times to speak with finance manager. I left messages at front desk but did not get any call back and there was no response to my email either. This continued for 4 days and eventually I had to walk-in the office to get mere status on finance approval. Later to cancel the deal I requested appointment with higher manager, although it was not entertained. After these frustrating 10 days I was able to cancel my deal and get the refund.

10/10 recommend this place! I actually transferred to this dealership from the Sherway location after receiving awful service and being a 3 time customer. Nick was able to help me get me out of my lease early and into the exact car I wanted and for my goal price, he even helped me out with a few minor scratches that the previous dealership over quoted me on. It was a super easy experience and incredibly helpful! Very friendly and courteous staff

I visited High Park Nissan for a regular maintenance service. I spoke to Eric, the service advisor, who was super helpful and friendly. Got the oil change done and also got a thorough check completed to report on any pieces which might require a change. Highly appreciate Eric for going that extra mile and providing exceptional service, great work! Also the centre was COVID compliant and very clean, would highly recommend.

In 2019, we bought a Nissan Rogue, new, at this location. We were able to agree on a good price with seamless pick up. We also get our oil changed here and recently serviced brakes, filters and more for a reasonable price. With Covid, you can't wait in the waiting room but the service takes about the same time as pre-COVID. I would recommend this dealership for anything Nissan.

Would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional, constantly unorganized and staff lie through their teeth. For reference: they had to replace our brand new car twice because they picked up the wrong one (your car sits on another lot for about 8 months), promised car wash and tire changes to makeup for mistakes but since the guy who sold it to us left, they won't honor that - surprise! We make appointments for tire changes and after waiting 4 hours (they forgot to actually put our appt in their book) they changed our oil (on a brand new 1 month old car) and forgot to change the tires. Hate this place and honestly wouldn't wish my worst of enemies to deal with their snake tactics. Use at own risk.

Came here today for an oil change with my husband the staff were very kind, and answered all our questions. We went for a walk in the area waiting for the car to be worked on, we received a call the car needed a few things fixed it was done quickly much quicker then anticipated. Although we are going through a pandemic, after a long walk waiting for the car and many other establishments saying not to me using their bathroom, they were very kind to let me use their facilities.

Tons of emails, calls, visits, they don't care about you, unless the day you buy a car.
We sign a contract to buy a car and after many email, calls, and visits they broke the contract, they make us to visit the dealership to say, well is no more car, like the one you give the down-payment and sign for it.we try to transfer another car we buy in this dealership, and after many many emails call and visits they finally finish the transfer I loose time, money and trust on this dealership. We don't recommend this place or the people who work in this place.

UPD: Below is my original review from July 2017. After having some positive experience with the Service Department and, more importantly, negative one with other dealerships, I changed the rating from 1 to 2 stars and later to 3*. Just beware that their salesmen will take you for a ride whenever you lose your guard.

ORIG: A bunch of dishonest people. They'll tell you about mandatory fees that aren't mandatory, sign up you for some s_ty rates that are way above the standard rates advertised on the web site and won't show you until the day you sign the papers and when you sign the papers they'd give you the telephone number of Nissan Finance (something they aren't allowed to) and tell you to call them and they'll fix it. They will also inflate the governmental fees and add non-existing ones. Stay away!

I bought my car from here and the sales folks for the most part are decent. But when it comes to servicing, it’s the pits. A few years back it was ok, but not great, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. My last experience was by far the worse one yet. Dropped my car off early morning for an issue with my seat, and was finally contacted around 5 telling me that they need to order a part and that I’d have to come back. I was fine with that. Got to the dealership, car was sitting on the street and went in to get my keys. Went to my car to go home only to find it running on the street. Yes, they had left he car on the street running for who knows how long, but I do know that there was a quarter tanks of gas missing, so it must have been a good while. The technician working on my car also left his vest in my car. Went in to complain about the car running and retuned the vest. This is the kind of place that does not pay attention to detail. My car’s still under warranty and the next closest Nissan dealership is 25 minutes away, so don’t have much of a choice at this point, for fixing things, but I would not recommend anyone to come here unless they absolutely have to.

I went to the service department last Wednesday I dealt with Robyn and Josh they were very costumer oriented and made me feel as if I was just at home. We had some good laughs, genuine conversations and they were very informative and taught me a lot about my vehicle. I highly recommend to anybody who does not have a lot of knowledge towards their vehicle to visit High Park Nissan. Very friendly service, I will continue to come back for service!

I have had the good fortune to have received excellent service at different times when I have had to take my vehicle in for services at High Park Nissan on Dundas Street. I have dealt with a gentleman named Josh and I have also dealt with a young lady named Robyn. The service I received from both was above and beyond. They both were very knowledgeable, pleasant and made sure I was aware of any issues with my car. Not once did I ever feel pressured at purchasing more services. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this dealership. I also felt that the service people took great pride in making the customer feel like they were number one. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle at this dealership as the service is excellent. Sincerely, a very satisfied customer.

Ugh, the worst customer service ever.particularly Robyn at the service desk. I actually waited a few weeks to write this review as I wanted to cool off before I shared my experience.

I bought a car from here less than 2 years ago and part of the “deal” included a series of “free” oil changes. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change they recommend an excessive amount of services. Every time. The last time I was there Robyn was handling my service. I stated when I came in that I was just there for the oil change and that’s it. I’m getting used to the drill here. 30 minutes later she comes over with multiple pages of recommendations that I need to do on a car that is less than 2 years old and only 30,000km on it. I can’t remember the exact amount but the total was at least $800. When I told her I wasn’t interested, she told me if I didn’t do the services I would have to replace all the brakes on my car. A high pressure scare tactic. I’m not a fan. (My prior visit someone said if I didn’t complete the services they recommended I would be voiding my warranty.which I looked into and that’s totally false.)

It’s unfortunate that they do this every time, as it makes it more of a headache than what it’s worth. Quite frankly, I have more “free” oil changes but it makes me not even want to use them.

I am appalled at the way they conduct their business, you feel like you are totally getting scammed. And to make it worse when you don’t agree with them they make threats or try to scare you into buying into their sham. To top it off, Robyn actually huffed at me. Flat out huffed. Twice. Even in front of her manager who tried to diffuse the situation.

Please think twice before getting your car serviced here.

My partner and I went in to trade in our lease for a newer model. Nicholis was great and very helpful in the process making trading in our lease a breeze! He heard what we wanted and didn't try and force any upgrades or anything beyond what we needed on us. Would definitely continue to come here for future vehicles!

When I went in for oil change. I checked in with Robyn who was very knowledgeable. It turned out my car needed front an rear breaks, she allowed me to see the condition of my breaks.

In the meantime Josh was also there to help show proper break measurements. They also gave me additional after market an Nissan parts. I think Robyn is very attentive an listens to her clients.

I look forward to dealing with her in the future an I highly recommend high park Nissan.

Horrible attitude & communication! I have been dealing with Nicholis Kew at High Park Nissan, the moment you decline to share your credit card information on the email, everything stops (is it even ethical to ask for such information on email?). They don't reply to emails, and phone calls not returned and generally not interested in you if you don't share your credit card info. I believe the strategy could well be to get your card information and then squeeze you into a sale!

I used to drive an 07 Mazda 3 that was falling apart and was unsafe specially when having a 5 year old child, and when it was time for a new vehicle I knew the right dealership to go to! Enrique sat me down and went over different vehicles that would best suit my needs. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Kick base model. I am not a tech savvy person, but absolutely love my vehicle and the features (Bluetooth). Enrique was patient, listened to my needs, and budget. When it was time for the delivery of the vehicle, Enrique was amazing, quick and informative. He made sure I knew and was comfortable with the vehicle before driving off the lot. I highly recommend High Park Nissan and Enrique as a sales rep. Nick you are doing a great job at the dealership being the General Manager and Enrique you were amazing! Highly recommend. Yesterday was my first time at this location and I was very impressed. The girl at the service desk was quite helpful and I very much trusted her opinion. She never pressured me into having to get anything done I didn’t need done (which we all kno happens places) and she made sure I didn’t over spend! VERY sweet girl with an awesome personality. It was very refreshing to have a girl around my age working here who not only knew exactly what she was talking about professionally, (I even learned a few things during my wait!) but also made my wait very enjoyable! We talked and laughed and it made me feel like a regular there instantly! And I think i would now like to be because of Robyn! They could not have picked anyone better for the person you talk to when you walk through their doors! I’ll be back! Awesome!

I purchased a new 2018 Nissan Sentra SV and my problems started after 3 months.

Issues:
* 3 months: front door not align and passenger door do not close properly.also brake switch fail and need it to be replace. Car did not start and need it to be tow to the closes dealership. (2 days to fix for a 3 minutes plug part fix)

* 6 months: clicking noise when you accelerate or break and the brake assist sensor malfunction every day at least 2 times. Took it to the dealership and I was told nothing was wrong with the sensor and they could not produce the noise.

* 8 months: wheel bearing failed and was replace. Clicking noise continue and the break assist sensor now fails 8 - 10 times a day. Again I was told they couldn't duplicate the noise. (this pretty much mean we do not believe you)

* 11 months: Called Nissan Canada and complained directly about it. Made and appointment with Sherway Nissan and they found out the cause of the noise, cv shaft fail. This can cause you to lose control and crash and I drove the car for almost 6 months with this damage.
I bought a fresh Lemon and they just do not care.

The service department employees at High Park Nissan ether recommend things you do not need or plainly lie about rust for example.

On my last oil change I was told that my rotors have and extensive amount of rust and that I should resurface them for $650. I was at my mechanic the day before and at Sherway Nissan the day before that one dealing with the wheel bearing and no mention about rust any were because it was non to begin with.

I usually do not leave reviews, but the outstanding customer service I received from Robyn needs to be heard! She made me feel very welcome from the moment I got there to the moment I left. Robyn was open, as well as honest, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions without hesitance. I will always service my vehicle here now because of Robyn. She’s great!

Last saturday i go to services for my car i dont like it service adviser looks like she is new she doesn't know how to deal with customers she is not friendly and not respectable since i am going there i naver see customer service like this
i give this star because of old staff they nice nothing cradite goes her sorry i am varey upset
