Staff are friendly and professional. Place is clean. Dr. Monica answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns and did not rush me.
The glasses sales person helped me find the perfect frames for my face. Highly recommend for your eye care needs!

I recently got my eyes examined and purchased some new glasses with the help of Georgia. She personally picked out a pair that was perfect for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!

Seamless transition from my previous FYI doctor. Doctor, eyeglass tech and admin all very professional, friendly. No waiting around. You couldn't ask for better service to look after your eyes. Glad to have chosen them.

Got my eyes examined here after the pandemic. I did a Google search to find opticians in the area, and this was perfect. I called and recieved wonderful service from the secretary and she answered any questions I had. She booked me an appointment. When I came for my appointment, I was seated and given a clipboard to be completed. I started at first a bit to think about coming up the very old elevators and wondering if it would get me to my floor, but the experience at the clinic changed the rest of my day.

Not only did I finally do something about my sliding and somewhat blurry, 8 year old glasses but the secretary was pleasant, professional and well trained to test them before seeing the Optometrist. The Optometrist who was kind, confident and knowledgeable and admitted to not enough knowledge in the specialty regarding my eye concerns than helped me get back to 'Opthalmologist' whom I lost contact with (and possibly my specialist) over the pandemic after I had told her this. She was successful in getting me back in his patient list. Plus, I got the Rx for new glasses so I got to go shopping. Thank you!

I recently paid my visit to my ophthalmologist FYI for my yearly exam. The Dr and staff were very friendly, competent, professional, and knowledgeable as always.
The eye exam was thorough, and diagnosis proved helpful in providing details and options for my eyeglasses and helping me choose an appropriate frame. (Thanks to Georgia)

I am very happy with my choice and will continue with FYI for my vision care.
I have been a patient of FYI and the precursor Dr Gincauskas for 20 plus years, and I unequivocally recommend if you need vision care.

I had a great experience with my eye exam and purchasing prescription glasses and sunglasses. Everyone who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a wide selection of nice frames. They were able to help me pick ones that suit me, and I love both pairs! Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I will definitely come back here next time I need glasses!

My experience at the High Park fyi location as been tremendous! I was asked from my fyi to find a location closer to my home in order to fix my glasses and the High Park opened their door to me. The making appointment was fast and easy. The visit was warm and fuzzy? And the service rendered was absolutely professional. I was impressed with the level of expertise fyi optometrists have throughout their system. High Park fyi optometry is certainly setting the bar higher.

Georgia was the optician I saw, and she was really kind and professional! She was very knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure my glasses fit well. The receptionist (I did not get her name at the time, another review said she is Tanya?) was also super helpful and nice, and set up an appointment for me very quickly. I'm really glad I came here after being frustrated with my experience at another place close by. The space is also clean and set up well, and I really appreciated their covid policy. I'll definitely be coming here again c:

The office was professional and keeps the COVID protection standard up well. Georgia, who helped me to select the glasses, also understood how to help customers pick glasses that suit them. Very positive experience.

The ladies of this clinic are extremely helpful, they helped me pick my glasses frames, because i am useless on the style for my face, the doctors are wonderful, and easy to talk to if you have any questions.

The customer service in this place does not exist anymore. Don't get me wrong I've been going to Dr Gina for over twenty years. However, when you call this place Goodluck getting ahold of them or even returning your calls. I have tried calling multiple days and times 5 -10 times each day with no one answering the phones. And if I leave a voice mail I can count on one hand how many time's they have returned my calls. This past year they became apart of FYI eye doctors which allowed them to hire more staff yet none of them seem to answer the phone or return calls so I'm not sure what these extra staff actually do The prices have gone up but but service has gone down. If it wasn't for Dr Gina herself I would give this place zero stars and be looking for a new place.

Excellent and thorough eye exam. Pleasant office. The doctor is professional and a super person. The medical secretary is organized, smart, and provides great customer service. I really liked that everyone in the office was human, normal, and relaxed while also being knowledgeable and providing quality client care. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff!

Dr. Dina was great! She answered my questions and performed many different tests. She was nice, professional and patient.

I have been going to Dr Gina Gincauskas for over 20 yrs. She is not only professional, but a warm happy person who always greets you with a smile. It makes going to your eye appointment a pleasure. I highly recommend going to her. Also Ed who runs the glasses department is great and has a huge selection from Guess to Tom Ford. If he doesn't have in stock, he can look it up and order if available.

I have been a patient of hers (my whole family as well) for about 15 years and the service and quality of her products is exceptional. I would highly recommend!
