John Floriani is my amazingly awesome rep for TKWoodmar Insurance. I have been doing business with him for several years now, just a fluke but I was impossible to insure in Ontario at the time and was desperate to find affordable car insurance. Spoke with John, explained my situation and he found me an insurer right away. I have never looked elsewhere since that day. Now I'm in a better position but I only refer him to friends. He is very professional and tells it like it is, he understands life happens and has always been there to answer any questions I may have and he responds to emails quickly and I never have to wait for a response. This last vehicle I just purchased, which is my 7th or 8th one since we met, he is my go to insurance guy. I dont even check for a better rate, I simply call John Floriani and things get done! About a year ago my truck was totalled and he was just a call away with all the help he can possibly provide, even let me vent about some issues to him too. Just an all around good guy! 5 stars John.woohoo!

Got insured!

After calling a lot of companies that has high ratings because of good reviews, there's two characteristics I noticed:
- their brokers doesn't know how to show compassion and treats you like a criminal because of cancellation
-gives a quote that is way ridiculous!

I am already on the verge of surrendering my vehicle since I can't take the quotes but.
Good thing I didn't give up digging the net looking for a broker. Why?

David Paletta helped out after all the frustrations that happened. When I called, my voice almost crack coz I nearly cried out of frustration.

Kudos to David for being cheerful and knows how to sympathize towards his client. He responds asap and does his thing fast. I got almost 50% lower quote than what other brokers offer because of him.
For those who are really having a hard time looking for a great quote due to same situation as mine, David is very reliable and a great help!

Had a absolute excellent experience with theses guys, unfortunately my insurance had been cancelled prior when I was laid off, but Justin was prompt and quick to get back to me and assured me it wasn't a problem and did not make me feel anyless for having my insurance cancelled previously, he had taken care of everything within hours, Will recommend to anyone that's in a situation, I plan on being a long term customer.

I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I made an exception. I can't emphasize the help, courteous, and professional behavior I received with George Aushana.
Not only would I recommend him to friends and family, but if you seriously need help with anything he is always ready to help.

Little about the Experience:
I called around 11pm, and they verified and cleared everything within 30 minutes. I finalized everything and gave the correct documentation within the next 30 min. Lord and behold, after a short haircut and a shower, i got a call that everything was done and in order.
Everything completed and insured in less than 2 hours of writing this review, with a smile on my face!

I can't recommend Justin at High Risk Auto Pros enough! He was quick, responsive and managed to get us a much better rate than out current (now former) insurance provider without any hassle. Give him a call - you won't regret it!

Unfortunately I also had a bad experience with John. Talked to the guy, seemed nice and helpful. Told me he would call me back by end of day with a final quote. I have called back twice over the course of 4 days. No response. Very unprofessional!

This place is the WORST. Do not expect a call back from the agent you've been assigned to. I was assigned to John, called, left a voicemail, waited 5 days to never hear back. Pathetic for a company to treat people with such a lack of respect.
