I fixed the contract with Andrei. Alex and Max were the movers. They we’re very professional and are very cooperative and very helpful. They know their job so well that they can do anything and completed their job to our 100% satisfaction. They have carried our refrigerator for about 15 to 18 steps up and worked so wonderfully well by completing the job. They are very reasonable in their charges and they are the best that we can recommend in this field of moving -Joel Neelam

I had a great experience with this moving service from florida to boston. They were easy to contact and deal with prior to the move. On the day of the move, High Stream Movers were professional, efficient, and punctual. They were also friendly and paid great attention to detail, ensuring my belongings arrived in good condition.

Using my second Google account to follow up with my review today on this company and address their disingenuous responses:

1. You can find our lisence in Google search.
(Lisence does not mean you are not evading taxes and having other unscrupulous conducts to take advantage of other people.)

2. We have maximum inshurance coverage up to 15000$
(I have never seen a document of this coverage. Can you send a PDF copy / official document to me? I would advise all customers who are reading this review and still considering using the service to request this document before paying any deposit, and making sure there is a clear estimate of their belongings stated in the contract and sign. This is the only way to combat dishonest business).

3. Your belongings were dropped of at the date and address that per your request.
(I had no choice of date; you dictated the date and all info is in writing in our email communication that can be used as evidence. The delivery is 9 days later than said and no explanation was given.)

4. NY traffic and flat tire make difference in ETA
(If you know it is going to be difficult, then don't promise anything and communicate on a timely and professionally manner. Instead of spending time and money on creating fake good reviews and hiring bots, giving false advertisement and marketing, writing argumentative and unhelpful response to critical customers reviews, learn how to run a business with ethics and professionalism).

5. All your belongings were delivered INTACT by fact!
(Delivery my belongings INTACT is the bare minimal and basic of the thousands of dollars I paid for; It sounds like a luxury here? If I knew that this would be my experience and stress, I would work with another company in a heart beat. You have falsely advertised your service.)

6. Yes you git charged 1 hour of labour for packing furniture 99$/hour
(For what exactly that the movers packed? I need an itemized document, again!)

7. You received invoice 24H prior delivery. According to our policy It's enough time to prepare the payment.
(The invoice was sent precisely at 8: 09am, 51 min before the confirmed yet no show delivery time on the day; again this is all in the email system that can be used as evidence of your lies of 24H etc.)

8. Our credit system was down sorry about this!
(Future customers, again if you are still willing to go against the warning and use this service, make sure to check their credit system is up and running.and the credit system of the company overall!)

Professional, helpful and efficient. They cared for our furniture and ensured things made it to the right area of the home. I really appreciate the communication throughout the process.

We had quite the stressful move, my aunt ended up in hospital twice while we were moving her. They were extremely patient with us as we pushed move dates last minute, and showed up ready to go the day we finally got to move her. Andre and his crew were absolutely fabulous. They took great care of her things and were patient once again as we scrambled to finish packing the rest of her stuff. Tensions were high, but they worked hard the entire time.

In our new home, they unloaded everything in a timely fashion. The way they worked together to move even the most awkward of things was incredible. We are SO grateful for the incredible job these guys did! 100% would recommend. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The worst moving company EVER. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We booked our move from Innisfil to Nova Scotia and planned it with high stream (Katherine) over a month before our move. We had the size of truck agreed upon and the date when they would deliver our items to our new place but right before our move tge size of the truck all the sudden changed, major miscommunication on their part, I have everything in emails to prove it as well. THEN once they had our items and we had already left to drive to Nova Scotia, they all the sudden couldn’t deliver our items, they kept saying they would let us know. They ignored our calls and emails. We had agreed on a day months prior and then once they had our stuff they wouldn’t deliver it, wouldn’t let us go back to get our stuff, I even offered to pay more money to get our stuff. They were basically holding our items hostage for some unknown reason. I actually had to get the police involved and once they were involved all the sudden they were able to book a day to deliver our stuff. Wish that was the end of this BUT then our stuff arrived, in a completely different truck then what we loaded up, actually it was a trailer not even a moving truck and the guy driving it wouldn’t open the truck to let us see our stuff before paying. The driver kept calling me”girl” saying “girl you pay and I open”. Once he finally opened the tru k after arguing for some time, all our stuff was thrown into this truck. Bikes were bent, boxes squished, wood furniture broken beyond repair. Absolutely horrible business they should be ashamed of themselves. It is a big scam if you need to move far.no matter what they respond back to this review is a LIE. I have everything in writing. The lady that runs it Katherine is a liar, scam, and downright horrible person. I will be pursuing this matter further. Also forgot to mention the two movers were smoking cigarettes inside of the moving truck with all our items on it.

My daughter recently hired this company for a long distance move and the customer service they received was appalling. Katherine was incredibly rude (but was very professional up until she had my daughter's belongings) and lied about the moving date and price. I would not recommend this company!

Very positive and nice staff! Everything was loaded very skillfully and quickly, they helped me take things to the cargo post office, and until they packed everything there, they didn’t leave. Highly recommend!

My friend recommended me to use this conpany so called high stream movers and requested a quote. They first offered me a price of $1,200 for long distance move from toronto to alberta. I asked how long will it take to move my items to alberta they said becauw its long distance it might take a weel or longer and we dont know how long.that was a red flag. I asked them is the truck going to.move only. My items, they tried to hide that fact and eventuall6lly admit that my items will be bunched up with other people stuff and they said its gonne be mixed up and moved with 3 or 4 other peoples stuff. I mention that i dont want other peoples stuff to get mixed with my stuff. So they changed their price to $9700+ tax and then they made a promises that my items had insurance for damages. When i asked them about their insurance policy and what if my expensive painting and furnitre gets damaged how they would cover the damages. They hung up and i tried calling multiple times and they never answered my calls again and eventually blocked my phone number. This company is advertising their fake insurance policies and fake prices by proving false information and mistreating their customers by giving intentinally giving out fake information to stral customers money. Never trust this company or else they will damaye your items and scam you of your hard earned money with hidden fees.

This company is a scam! I would have given 0 stars if it would allow.
Never encountered a worse company. Arranged a home removal for Friday at 1pm and paid a deposit for this time and date. Received an email on Wednesday asking if they could do Saturday at 9am. I replied questioning why. No response. I made contact with them and then ended up begrudgingly confirming Saturday at 9am. They advised they would double check all was okay 24 hours beforehand. At 6pm on Friday we had not heard from them so emailed to check in. To then receive a phone call TELLING US that it MIGHT be between 4/5pm. No explanation why, couldn’t even confirm that time. And even suggested that our items could be held at an unknown location overnight! After attempting to explain my distress and inconvenience, Katherine on the other end of the line was abrupt, rude and shouting at me. “We have been going around in circles for 12 minutes”. Disgusting customer service. Zero communication. We cancelled their service there and then. Despite us cancelling. We received a phone call at 5: 20pm from a man telling us he was outside. We had cancelled! And despite all of this, we were under the impression we had a team of two with a removal truck. One man turned up on his own, with his own car and a trailer! Katherine then rung us and told us that we did not cancel even though I assure you we did! Please do not waste your time, money and sanity with this company! Stay clear!

Used this company for our previous move from Ontario to Alberta. The movers were very efficient and they surpassed our expectations in every way possible. 100% recommend this company. Their prices are very reasonable!
