Mostly go for an adjustment only but have also used the physio services for after my knee surgery I was back up and moving in only a few short weeks.

I started seeing Dr Kay in January of this year. I am new to Waterloo and I was seeing my previous chiropractor for two years and loved the service so I was nervous. Turns out I love Dr Kay even more. She' super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She takes her time and makes sure to address all my aches and pains and cracks my bones in all the right places (I do love a good crack). I am really looking forward to my appointments every two weeks and really enjoy our chats during the sessions.
I have also started seeing Annette for massages and it was the best massage I've ever had (have seen quite a few RMTs over the years). Annette is also super friendly, knowledgeable and her touch is magic.
I am so happy to have found this gem in my neighborhood!
