Disappointed with the service this time. Had an appointment for 10, truck didn't go in until 1130, then they discovered they didn't have the oil for it. An oil change took almost 3.5 hours and they left a half bottle of oil in the back seat. Have spoken to the dealership about it. We'll see if it changes next time
I'm jealous of Ford Highland management because I wish to know how they could find great people to work with them. Thanks, Robert and your friends, for the great service.
Update my review My last review it was 2021 I wish you had kept some people with good experience at the reception site instead of people who only know the word "we are not technical. " It may be a good way to raise extra money for the company, but it is the worst way for customers. Because most of the customers are also not technical.
Service adviser.know your product. If you know you need to keep a car overnight.don'y book an appt.for Fri. Then tell owner Late Fri before yo close. If you know owner lives 100 km away, don't expect him to.bring back car 3 times so you can work on it once. This is totally Frustration. I have to bring Truck and second car (wife) 3x.total 1200km between 2 vehicles getting truck in for service. Shuttle does not drive me hoe150 km. Loaner would be nice. But the inconvenience and cost to get this there is silly. I advised from onset the vehicle needed overnight visit, ADVISER, tell customer to book appt Monday so it can be retrieved Tuesday? Duh.
Highland Ford went above and beyond expectations when our car broke down 1200 miles from home in Arkansas. We were on the way to meet our outfitter to go fishing in the wilderness of Ontario. The team at Highland Ford arranged for a tow, helped us with finding rental. Had our car repaired when we came back after 7 days. Charmaine the service advisor agreed to come in on day off (Saturday) to meet us so we could pay for repairs and continue on our trip home. Thank You Highland Ford, you made our trip even with car trouble, a very enjoyable week fishing in Ontario.
I had an unexpected flat from a nail in my front tire, a day light burnt out and needed an oil change. Their service was exceptional and explained everything I wanted to know! Thank you Highland Ford for taking great care of my Echo Sport!
Beware of service recommendations that if refused can nullify some of your warranty. Not to mention the extra monies you will have to pay out. This is all based on a Brand New vehicle.

I have to say for me it’s all about the service after the sale. Every brand of vehicle can have problems and my 2019 F150 had one but I have to say thanks to the Ford team at Highland Ford I am very grateful I bought my truck there. I was a long time customer with this dealership. I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he’s arrogant, it’s all about the money he will tell you anything to sign on the dotted line and than try to strong-arm you to not buy anywhere else. If you deal with this place make sure any deals you get are in writing or it never happened.
I leased from this place for over 7 years more than $84,000 paid to highland in that time and not 1 payment was ever reported to the credit bureau. This is intentional so that the person leasing never reaps the rewards of on time fulfilled payments to help build credit history for future endeavours.
This dealer will intentionally not work with other dealers in town to stop a sale even if they don’t have a vehicle to sell you.
Highland Ford should make it a practice to notify their clients as to the status of their vehicles. For example if a client drops their vehicle off for 8am and calls before noon to find out status, they shouldn't be told 'it's not in the shop yet'. Some clients base their schedules around work/lunch hours in order to pick up vehicles, and this would have been nice to have known so other arrangements could be made to have lunch. Also don't be surprised at their labour rates. Very, very high compared to some other companies that are more than capable of fixing vehicles. My suggestion is to get a quote first and foremost when needing repairs. For the service advisor I had, Charmaine was very nice and pleasant to deal with.
Disappointing and extremely frustrating! Expected follow up on when the vehicle will be ready to be picked up did not happen, agreed upon alterations still were not completed when I was told it was ready. No one from H. F.appears to follow sale to a conclusion after agreement signed. Brutal.
The service is very fast with courteous employees. I love the wonderful coffee too. It’s complimentary. Unlike their service fees. Dayum I had to take out a mortgage to change my brakes. Not as pricey as Bostons was. They were crooks. Glad they closed
I would like to share my good experience with all of you. I was going to Sherbrooke, Qc moving from ReginaI. During the summer i receive my brand new f-150 2,7L EB lariat, obviously bought in a dealer in SK. I was towing a car on a trailer around 5000lbs and the bed full of my stock, on the 3rd day of my trip, all of the sudden i lost the power of the 2 turbos. I was still about 300km from Sault Ste Mary. I stop at the first dealer that was able to scan the vehicule but not very helpful, they were too busy… my situation was a bit more desperate. The truck was still working but only on the V6 without boost. I was able to get to highland ford, but pulling that load from Wawa to SSM on this difficult road with the hills and everything was a challenge i was not expecting with a truck with only 3000km. Once i arrive they took care of it and in 2h i was back on the road. The issue was the wastegates from the turbos stuck in an open positions. They were able to simply readjust them. According to the very nice mechanic, it was a very unlikely situation and also unlikely to repeat. Everything was taken care of on warranty. Trucks was working as usual and i finish my trip with only a 2h delays. Thank you very much for the great service!
Highland Ford has done well for me. They took care of a coolant/overheating issue on my 2017 F150 that another dealer wasn't willing or capable of fixing. I have been back for regular services since and have had great experiences each time. My truck will be back again for service/ maintenance and I will and do recommend them.
My experience with Highland Ford was nothing short of amazing! Myself and my father were greeted with a pleasant smile and a coffee upon entry to the building by a lovely salesman named Joey. He answered all of my questions and inquiries regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing with a trade-in. This salesman is very intelligent in his career Highland, I was surprised with how much knowledge he had about vehicles as a whole and his pride in working for Ford definitely shows! Highland Ford gave me a fair price offer for my vehicle trade-in towards the 2022 Ford Explorer XLT. The financing manager Leila, also greeted me with a lovely smile as we sat down and went over the details of my financing through Ford. She was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had in full detail and always asked if I needed clarification about any of the fine print and so on. The monthly payments with extended coverage was perfect for my budget as well. Wrong diagnose and got charged for two hours. Don’t even bother calling them. They won’t get back to you. So hard to reach them unless you visit so many times to remind them. I got my refund but still not going back 100%. Waste my time and gas.

Went early was driven home with the shuttle. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and the shuttle came and picked me up to pick up my vehicle
I called about a used vehicle they had listed online. My work schedule makes it challenging to go in during regular business hours. So I looked at the vehicle after hours and called and spoke with someone in sales. They were very cold and border line rude I cannot remember the fellas name or I would post it in my review. He told me to make an offer and he would call me back. There was no return call and honestly he made me feel like I was intruding on his day. I was born and raised a Ford guy guess I'll have to drive out of town to do business with a different dealership.

Had my oil changed in my Ford Edge. They took me in immediately. You don't just get an oil change, they have a list of inspections they check also. Prompt, reliable service. Very friendly staff. Quite happy with job done. Will definitely return. Pam
Went for my oil change but had to wait an unusual long time. Was very busy and only one guy working because of summer holidays. Went to pay my bill and a very pleasant young man said it was on them for making me wait so long. Talk about customer service. Thank you and excellent service!
The staff were friendly and informative making the process of customizing my truck quite seamless. Once my truck arrived, it was ready for pick up within a couple of days and the paperwork was well organized. The lease options were well explained and at no point was I pressured into accepting additional costs.
This was overall a great sales experience and I am extremely happy with both this dealership and my new truck.

Absolute joke! The ad was miswritten and somehow didn't get a single inquiry I made over their website and I made 3 of them. On top of that I asked for a mechanical and the service worker took my information and before I left I asked when I would pay and he said he would call tomorrow and I'd pay when they were done. I waited 3 days and no call so I had to book an appointment just to pay and apparently they had it already done, but forgot to even call me. Will never do anymore business here.
Over the many years that I have been a Highland Ford customer I have come to expect only the best service from them but my visit there the other day surpassed all my expectations. Mike and Justin went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a great one and I really appreciate how well they take care of my care and me. There is no place else I would ever go for service after the sale as they really know how to treat their customers right.
My car had some lights pop up while driving across Ontario and they were able to scan my car to find out why. The lights were on for a day then shut off after I turned the car on after I got there of course. It wasn't an urgent matter to fix so I was able to be checked and on my way. Very kind and helpful service staff thank you.
Big thank you to Tony in the Parts Department. Order a exhaust for my 2019 F150 5.0L. I wanted something with a little bark and no drone and what he recommended was spot on! Was very knowledgable and extremely helpful! Shipped it out for me all the way from Tilbury, Ontario, got it over night and felt like I was part of the town. Made appointment, waited 30 minutes to find out, no inventory and my purchase had to be ordered. They refused to bring anything in for test driving but offer it for sale. Very disappointed just wasted my time. Would not recommend

The sales staff were kind and helpful. We entered the building and were asked what we needed and were directed to a sales person. No waiting. Once we chose the vehicle we wanted the staff took care off everything that needed to be done and when we picked the truck up a lady explained the systems out and made sure we new how to use them. This is our second purchase from Highland Ford and I expect not the last.
My wife and I found ourselves in a bad situation while traveling from Wisconsin to Toronto. We stayed the in Sault Ste. Marie on the Canadian side when our almost new F150 wouldn’t start. We asked at the front desk at the hotel for a good Ford Dealer in the area and they recommended Highland Ford. Highland diagnosed (bad starter) and had it replaced within two hours. All under warranty too! Special thanks to Mike Turco, Dan the mechanic and the whole team for being very friendly, very professional and most helpful. My wife and I were able to get back to our vacation almost immediately with fond memories of great service.
