This is the first car I have purchased through Highland GM of Aurora ON. My service and experiences from beginning to end have been wonderful. On 10/17/23 I purchased a Suburban. I worked with Sales representative Jiangsan Yang who was terrific in every way. Him experience certainly shows as he guides you through all of your questions about your car. He responds to emails etc quickly and I am so happy to have met him! My family is LOVE this new car

Recently had an oil change on my Silverado and Kevin was very professional as always, and kept me abreast of the progress of my truck. Compared to the myriad of oil change places it was noticeably less money as well, but of course they give me a visual inspection each time I come in. The guys in the parts deparment are the best, especially Wayne. He is knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. He knows his way around and his customer service is impeccable. I had my truck repaired at the highland collision centre, this past couple of weeks. I have nothing to say but positive things.

Always had a good experience until lately. In for an oil change and the following day my engine light comes on. Have a diagnostic run at a local garage and then followed up at the dealership. Completely different codes and what should have been covered under warranty, according to my local guy, ends up being completely different and they want over $1100.to fix it. Get a second opinion people. Won’t be coming back here again! Local diagnostic $75.dealership $150.

Cadillac Jack was my sales rep and he did an amazing job getting me into my new Spark! He told me of a vehicle that would suit my needs was on the lot and from the time our transaction started he was kind, professional and informative. Just purchased my second Truck at Highland Chevy. Thanks to Jack for all his help in finding me the best deal possible! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my truck purchases!

Booked a service appointment for ongoing transmission problems and was told by service rep I could drop off vehicle night before and leave keys in Dropbox.
Next morning received a call from service department asking what was wrong with vehicle so I explain to them for a second time what the issues were. They then told me they could not look at it for at least two weeks. Got a lift to shop later that day to pick up my vehicle. Service rep handed me the sealed envelope which still had my key inside. I asked again why i was told to bring my vehicle in and waste my time if they had no intentions to look at it. Rep gave me a blank look with no real answer. So unprofessional don't waste your time with these clowns go to a real shop. Hopefully its no a GM dealership.

All I can say is THANK YOU Greg! After visiting three different dealerships, we had lost all hope in getting the truck we wanted. Every last one of them quoted us over a year to get our hands on a new truck…if we were lucky. Greg some how made it happen - in under 3 weeks! The purchasing process from start to finish was a breeze thanks to Greg’s knowledge and guidance. We our are loving our new Sierra AT4!

I just recently traded in a car and decided to lease a Buick envision and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Greg is my favorite dealer there as he always listens to my wants and needs and goes above and beyond for me. Just received my Chevy Cruze hatchback from Highland and I couldn’t be happier. My Sales Associate Greg Grant was exceptional. He walked me through the features inside the vehicle - OnStar, Apple CarPlay, WiFi in-vehicle, and regular service reports catered to my vehicle through the myChevrolet app. I’m excited to be able to unlock and start the car with a click of a button on my phone!

Recently bought another vehicle at Highland Chev Olds, this was my 2nd vehicle purchase here as their service has always been wonderful. Looking for a Great experience buying a car, Highland GM is the spot, we bought a newer Cadillac and traded in our old one, we dealt with Adam he is a fantastic guy, no pressure sales a true resource kind of fella, he’s my pick in a few years when we upgrade again.
