Called this evening to ask a simple question. Never have I ever been spoken to in such a condescending, rude way. I am beyond disappointed. I’ve been shopping here for years, but I will no longer be supporting this establishment.

Every Friday evening, it's packed with customers and only 2 satff to get through the line. They just don't give staff the hours during peak times. They are super friendly considering.

Worst place I’ve dealt with in Sudbury. They lost my business. Places like these are the reason the black market continues to thrive.

Bad experience they have the slowest employees working there so if you want to get high you're going to have to wait a week.

I shop at a couple different cannabis places with competitive prices but Highlife has a slight edge because their rewards program is quite good. Points add up quickly (at least for me) and the variety of rewards is great, with clothing, electronics, paraphernalia etc

Honestly, the drivers yelling at you, and telling everyone at work about a dispute with a customer screams problems to me. We are not responsible for the gas you pay. Or the maintenance of your car. Telling me you've been nice to me for a year, then proceeding to get upset with me in front of my children is totally uncalled for. I don't have to tip you, it is a choice. I was nice back and wrote a nice review, now I'm the topic of discussion at work which is highly unprofessional on the drivers part. Getting upset over a tip is just immature. Then proceeding to tell everyone you work with.

Customer service is off the chain! I highly recommend this store and big shout out to my man Aaron! Thanks again you guys are the best!

I have ordered numerous times from HighLife Cannabis in Sudbury as well going into the shop in person. Every experience with them has been pleasant and efficient, the staff is always helpful and kind, and the delivery drivers are always on time and in a good mood. Today I just made my most recent purchase through delivery and had the pleasure of having Angela deliver it right to my door. This is fantastic for someone like me who suffers from an autoimmune disease and therefore it's not always easy or practical to make it to the store in person. Thank you for the wonderful service, Highlife staff and drivers.

So glad they got rid of their security guards who were causing so many problems with Canadians from other provinces and their Government issue IDs. 3 years ago, I was kicked out simply for showing my ID from Quebec.
With the security guard gone, and the staff now looking at IDs, they accept my Quebec ID and recognize it is valid!

This place has changed in the past few years and for the better. I don't know if it's because management changed, but what a massive difference.

The prices are the best in town, the staff is incredible, and you get their amazing dollar deals.

Garbage service and prices.go to canna. Literally waited around 20 minutes waiting for them to prepare my order only to tell them they couldn't find the cartridge they just sold me. I've had so many unpleasant interactions here it's no longer worth my time. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere.

Although I love this place they have a great selection, I must say they have to be more communicative to their staff when it comes to policy. I had a similar experience to another customer who posted a review here and it was very disappointing. I ordered online as I always do and went to pick it up, every time I go they only ask for the last 4 digits of my card and this time apparently it was government regulation that I need to have the physical card, as I said before it is a great store with lots of selection and good product I just personally had this ONE bad experience. 99% of the staff are absolutely friendly and always provide great customer service.

Decent pricing but free delivery with a $20 minimum. Canna Cabana was my go to but now they charge for delivery regardless of the value of the order. I only shop Canna Cabana if I'm picking up my order in the store.

Ashly’s super happy and helpful disposition had us at her cash 4 times in one visit! Way to rocked the upsell! …. We even joked about how well she spent our money! Good job, lady!

Hands down, one of my favorite dispensaries in town. Here's why. I went into to pick up a new strain as a celebration. Anyways, when I arrived I saw one of the dudes on the floor who had previously been on point with a recommendation, so I waited for him because I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. He totally did it again and I am very pleased with my purchase; Carmel is awesome! Great service overall and I highly recommend it as one of your go to shops.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I went today March 27th at 4: 40 and was provided awful service. I asked for their dollar preroll and they very rudely told me "you need the coupon on the app" I said I was unaware as last time they just put it through and didn't tell me about the app but its okay I don't need it. They interrupted me to tell me that's not how it works. I suggested they ensure others are aware of that because I didn't even know they have an app. This could have been a great opportunity to suggest I download it to use the coupon next time, promoting their app. She was so rude and gave an awful whiny sound to her voice while another associate joined in to tell me the associate that gave me it without the coupon was probably new, now being new and not knowing something is okay but all I was asking is that they explain that to the associate. This would have been a great learning opportunity for the associate they assumed was new but they didn't even try to ask me who it was (don't tell me they don't know because their new and not attempt to help educate them.) after this happened and I asked them multiple times to just let me pay so I could leave the second girl walks away and rudely talks to someone else on the phone nearly yelling they can't order on the phone (another situation they could have explained nicely.) The first girl had purple hair and the second had short hair. I can ensure you I will no longer being going here and I have told everybody I know as well that this is the worst dispensary I have been to and there are many better ones in Sudbury.

Some really good deals, weed can be a little dry sometimes but the customer service is always good.

Cancelled my order monday and instead of getting my money back right away they have continued to hold it going on 5 days now. Essentially theyre "borrowing" my money without my consent. You need money that bad go to your local bank. Brutal customer service experience there on top of it all

Honestly best costumer experience, friendly to newbies as well! Side note, shout out to Parker for being a bro and walking me through the different strains and taking the time to educate me in the ways of weed!

Try Happy Life. Things change with time. They worsened their services. Better places in town for this.

Amazing quick service. Great company and the people working there are so happy. They have some fair priced weed. But mostly overpriced. Stick to the dispensaries if you can. I can't wait till the prices come down in a few years.

Not sure if there are multiple managers but the manager I dealt with tonight was absolutely incompetent and had no care. I made an online order via phone upon arrival I had my ID, my visa through Apple Pay on my phone showing the last 4 digits which is all they need, I also had proof that I just made the order along with the order number and text confirmations. I have been waiting for over a half hour due to this manager giving me a hard time saying my order is not valid. I then had to proceed by paying by debit having to cancel the order for the money to only be placed in my account in the next 10 days. I come here very often but due to this issue I will not be returning. I have gotten delivery and pick up with highlife over 100 times before this time and not once was my Apple Pay not accepted. Working in retail for 4 years of my life as a supervisor myself, I know that all they need is the last 4 digits of my card. I had more than enough proof that this order was mine there was no reason for this guy to give me a hard time like he did. Extremely discouraged very poor management. Terrible manners. No respect. Terrible manager shouldn’t be a manager neither an employee. Won’t be coming back unless highlife reviews their staff.

By far best place in Sudbury area.they deliver pretty much anywhere in greater Sudbury.they price match and have great staff.only place to keep going to I promise you that

Could use more decorations on the wall maybe some macro shots of weed photos or the cannabis company logos in neon signs imo. The staff know their products and enthusiastically explain and promote products. 10/10 recommend

It was a wonderful experience, all pertinent information is displayed in a way that is easy to understand and the product itself is displayed in clear containers with holes so that the aroma can be on display as well.
