Jeff was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions promptly and pleasantly and helping us solve the unforeseen issues that we encountered. He went above and beyond several times in helping us enjoy our trailer purchase. We couldn’t have asked for better service! Thanks!

Recently purchased a trailer from Jeff and it was a great experience, he was patient and answered all my questions and in addition said he would be happy to answer any future questions I may have after purchase. He was also up front about a few repairs it needed and delivery was included which was great!

Jeff was delightful to deal with. He answered all my questions, sent photos, was upfront about the trailer and the damage a squirel had done. He had excellent, fast responses to any messages I sent. I was impressed.

I original contacted Jeff about one of the trailers he was selling and had listed on Kijiji. I shared what I was looking for and he told me about a second trailer (hadnt been listed yet) that was the same price but needed some TLC. I wasn't able to get out there right away but he was more than happy to hold both trailers for me until I could.

Unfortunately my situation changed and I was not able to purchase either. Not now at least. I sent Jeff a message this morning letting him know. He was very gracious about it. Told me it wasn't a problem.

Talk about professionalism. I will definitely contact Jeff again, once I have all my ducks in a row.

I have visited Highway 3 RV a handful of times as Jeff is a knowledgable down to earth guy. I have had various questions on what appears to be complex RV issues and Jeff has always had an answer. And if he doesn't, he is on his hands and knees figuring out the problem right there with me. No complaints here!

Always RVing at either Rockpoint or Selkirk in the Summer. Ran out of RV TP and the only place in town that had it in town was Jeff's shop. He sells Tent Trailers and few RV supplies. Really friendly guy as well. I highly reccomend them!

Bought a Rockwood Aliner 12 ' trailer on Jan. 2/20. I only spoke to the owner Jeff Bodden on the phone and by text since I am in the USA for the winter. I live in southern Ontario. He answered all my concerns which were many putting my mind at ease and making the purchase actually pleasant. He sent photos of the trailer, ownership and bill of sale. He signed over the ownership to me and the bill of sale showed paid in full and a full refund if I wasn't completely satisfied when I pick it up in the spring. The winter storage was included no charge. Jeff was friendly but professional and I could tell he was proud of his business and wanted to please the customer. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for an RV. I will leave a follow up review when I do pick it up.
