The offices of Rob Konduras and Tim Hilborn are incredible. I would recommend them over and over. I'll never use another law firm unless I have to!

We initially had good experiences with Mr. Hilborn. Then this February we asked him to draw up a will for me and to update my husbands will. Months went by. My husband called numerous times. Heard nothing back. SIX MONTHS later we finally hear something about needing to set up an in person meeting because the government changed some something or rather. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have died a couple of times during the time we were waiting for someone to get back to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like excuses, getting the runaround, and people not returning your messages.

Rob Konduros is an excellent lawyer! He was extremely good at keeping me updated on my case. The staff are team players and go above and beyond to ensure all messages (phone and email) are answered quickly and are relayed to the lawyers as appropriate! Other than Rob, most of my dealings with with Sarah. I would highly recommend this law firm! You won’t be disappointed.

In July 2020 I met with Tim to get a will and power of attorney done. He said he would drop the papers off in my mailbox. In Nov. 2020 I called Tim and asked him what was going on. He said that he hadn't gotten around to it yet but would do it on the weekend. Here it is 2 years later and still nothing. Too bad I couldn't give him a zero. Looking for another lawyer.

The reason I rated it a 1 star is because I called and left my name, phone number and til this day not a returned call. I called Sept 14 2021. I hope this is not a regular practice.

I've spent more than one year looking for a lawyer to help with my case since Jun 2019. After turned down by 4 dozens or so, Rob is the last one I reached out in 2020 and it turns out to be my lucky day.
As a new comer, I'm not familiar with the system and English is my second language. Rob has spent tons of time combing through hundreds pages of documents and won big eventually. It also saved my confidence towards the justice system in this country.

Tim and Rob have been awesome to work with been using them for years on different stuff. I'm not sure of the Assistant everybody's having issues with but the lady I just talked to on the phone was Amazing. They won't represent my wrongful dismissal. Only because I'm a union member. And when I asked why, the sweet tone I had been receiving turn sour.

We understand that union employees can get frustrated and stressed when dealing with their union representatives. We often hear from people that their representatives aren’t helping them. Unfortunately our hands are tied regarding dismissal or other employment issues in the union context. If it was possible for our staff to help, we would gladly do so. The collective agreement takes away the right to sue.

The receptionist is a rude and unpolite individiual unfourtunately. She has no manner how to speak or how to keep her tone in a respectful manner. I asked a simple question and ij return heard her whole frustration of the day and i was litterally shocked. Do not recomend!
