My grandmother 85 years old went in today to get one shirt hemmed. She walked in and explained she needed her shirt hemmed, the women were extremely rude to her. They treated her very poorly and it was upsetting to hear my grandmother tell us about her experience. She ended up walking home and cried her entire walk home. This is unacceptable would not recommend comming here.

I had the worst experience with them!
Do not take any quality clothes to them for alterations. My dress pants were butchered hemmed crooked, one leg shorter then the other, an expensive sweater destroyed, not to mention rude and unprofessional customer service. When asked to fix the pants - she told me to take them elsewhere as she has lots of money! Simply aweful.
