Listen to reviews they damaged my shirt more than it was when I brought it in to dry clean.judging by the other 1 star reviews you have no argument

I should have listened to the reviews on here. I took 2 items in for repair. First problem was that I never got a call when they were ready. I stopped in on a Saturday to check on them, but they only repaired one item. They completely missed the second one, and I was then told that their machines couldn’t do it. The persons I spoke with told me that they would talk to the seamstress and call me later in the week with a resolution. Never received a call. When I went back the following Saturday, nothing had changed. I refused to pay for the second item, so they overcharged me for the first one. I get tons of stuff repaired every year, and they have lost all of my trust. For sure a place to avoid, at least for repair work.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. The audacity the owner has to hear my detailed message about her company literally destroying my REAL Canada goose fur jacket and not follow up and call me back. Almost a month ago now and have not heard anything. But they will pay for it. Just letting everyone know DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR EXPENSIVE AND VALUABLE COATS THEY WILL DESTROY IT AND THEN NOT ANSWER YOU.

I wish I had read the reviews before going. I live in the area and try to support local businesses, but these people really treat you as the opposite of a valued customer. They lost the belt of my jacket and didn't even apologize about it. The belt was found in the end, but in the process I had an interaction with the owner who screamed at me on the phone and hung up on me.without listening to one word of what I had to say. I consider myself to be a pretty reasonable customer -I've worked in something like customer service before and I know how difficult people can be. But the owner's behavior was simply aggressive. I don't write a lot of reviews but my experience there was so awful I thought I should let others know. Save yourself some bad experiences and go somewhere else -there are always decent places and people out there who would work for you to come back.

AVOID.sept 23: Just drycleaned dresses. Wellington location, They are charging the exhorbitant price of $25.75 per dress before tax. I called when I got home to ask for a list of prices to compare with other dry cleaners, they said they could not provide one. Nor is it on their website. Then I realized they charged $34.25 for another dress. I called to inquire, and was told by the owner I believe, that it’s more because it’s longer. I measured, it’s longer by 3 cm than other dresses. When I said it was outrageous, that they should warn clients of price change, I was told that “if I can’t afford to dryclean my clothes, that I should just not do it”. I understand inflation, but this is PRICE GOUGING, let alone LOUSY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.they lost my business, but then I’m sure they don’t care. Neither do I.

The service of the helpful staff members was superb in helping us to find the best solution for replacing damaged sections of my wife's leather jacket. I would highly recommend this business to my family and friends.:)

Should be 0/5. Took a 2500 suit there as I was in a rush and the shrunk my jacket and pants and put a hole in the seam of the pants. Terrible place. Avoid.

My go to spot for my expensive dry cleaning habit - they’ve always done a good job from my sweaters jeans, and button ups to my Canada goose coat.

Very bad service, I am very disapointed.
I went twice to pick up my Norht Face coat and the first time they said it wasn't ready, however, they called me the day before to let me know that my coat was ready to pick up.
Then the next day I went again and the coat was ready, but had lots of dirty spots.
I am so disapointeted, it seems that it wasn't washed at all.
I don't recommend this place at all.

AVOID AT ALL COST! The lady at the front desk was supposed to get her superiors opinion about dry cleaning my expensive fur jacket. She was supposed to call me with the supervisors recommendation before proceeding, but instead went ahead and dry cleaned it with out my permission. As a result the fur is falling out in large clumps and the jacket is ruined. I have contacted them in person and by phone multiple times hopping to get this issue resolved but they constantly shift the blame and haven't even offered me a refund nor an apology for their lousy services.

Unfortunately this location is a frustrating experience.

First, this location offers Alterations but only 9am til 4pn, Monday to Friday. In a government town where most people work during that time. How can anyone even use this service? How is it making any business? It makes absolutely no sense.

Additionally, while the younger customer service representative is great, helpful and kind, the older woman is one of the rudest reps in the business.

Look, I don't expect someone just super chipper and always super happy and all that. In fact I find it a bit too saccharine sweet when customer service is like that. But this woman doesn't even look at you when she talks to you, she stares down at whatever she's working on and barely gives you even the time of day. Her demeanor is as if you're unfairly interrupting her even though she's at the front.

If you don't want to answer questions, work in the back and hire someone else then. You don't have to take smile or pretend to be happy but at least give me some respect as a human being.

I went in asking if they could fix my jacket. The person on duty told me that she didn't have time this week. I asked that when I do come in, how long would I need to leave my jacket there for. She misunderstood my question and repeatedly snapped, 'I TOLD you I don't have time THIS week! ", every time I attempted to get my question answered. Another staff member just stood there watching instead of correcting the miscommunication. Never returning again.

Brought my wedding dress here, because over the phone they told me turn around was 4 days. Even though the REAL time was more than a week, the front-desk staff were friendly and I told them that I did not need my dress cleaned, only steamed to get rid of the wrinkles BEFORE my wedding. When I got my dress home I was very upset to see that in some areas it was EVEN MORE WRINKLED than when I dropped it off. I think they maybe steamed it and put it immediately back in bag. I brought it to their main location to avoid this. It was too late for me to bring it back, or anywhere else. Really disappointing.

Congratulations Mrs. Murray because of you I am writing my 1st review. Only because I have to give a star to write a review otherwise it would be a Zero. The Owner Mrs Murray has no compassion and doesn't care about any problems a customer may have with their dry cleaning services and avoids a 2nd call. Supposedly attending to her other clients while in a so called meeting; a lady told me. How does one attend to clients while in a meeting? DO NOT BRING YOUR CANADA GOOSE there to get dry cleaned. The fur falls out. On my 1st call (only because she happened to answer the phone) I informed her of my disappointment and what can be done. She was more then willing to give me the Canada Goose 1-888 number and stated that it is now a Canada Goose issue and there must obviously be a defect with the fur. I had no issues prior to having it dry cleaned. Mrs. Murray didn't care. No compassion at all but then why would she care? She has how many Hillary's Cleaners in Ottawa? I called Canada Goose and then made a 2nd call to Mrs. Murray to inform her what they told me as it was not how she explained it to me from my 1st call to her and guess what.she is in a meeting and she has a lot of clients to deal with is what I got from a lady. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Hillary's and unfortunately she will still be in business making millions ruining your Canada Goose investment. Customers be wary.
