So I get an email about a sale for 50 %off needles and other miscellaneous things and to book an appointment. Which means they will be busy. We needed hillcrest to see our dog for an emergency but they were shortstaffed and told us to go elsewhere we have been clients for many years. Too busy handing out needles to care for a sick puppy.

I went there to purchase specialty dog food. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me greatly

They've always been great with handling our animal. A bit tough to get on the schedule because they are so busy, but the office admin, vets, vet techs are all very professional, extremely pleasant to work with and work with your pet as is needed for that animal.

Most visits are a relatively expensive experience, but that's par for the course with having an animal and taking them to the vet these days. What's not expensive? They've always solved the issues our animal has, so it's been valuable to have some one so close to rely on.

Hillcrest has been great with both of our animals, especially Dr. Arin Por, Toni & Michelle. The techs are wonderful too.

Sadly we lost our oldest pup last night due to old age & multiple underlying issues. They did everything they could. You all have been really great. Findy appreciates you all for your hard work.

Friendly staff and great service. Never have to wait very long in the waiting room to see the vet. Highly recommend as a caring place to take your fur babies to. Update - going here for 5 years now. Still the best vet in town.

Way too overpriced. They only care about how much money they are going to make off you. They run up the bill and do things without your permission. Also tried to prescribe an expensive pain med by tapping on my dogs spine saying he has pain in his spine. They also said that the pain med will help with his appetite…. This place is a joke and I won’t be taking my Dane here ever again. They have no good advice to give you when you ask questions and are very incompetent. I recommend going somewhere else if your dog is sick because they have no idea how to care for them.

I have been taking my dog Benny to Hillcrest for several years. They always made me feel like he was the most special dog in the world, which of course, to me, he was! When we recently experienced a medical emergency and ended up losing Benny, they helped me through the absolute worst day of my life with unparalleled compassion and understanding. I look forward to having them as my vet for years to come.

I have been a client at Hillcrest for sixteen years and throughout those years, the staff have welcomed and treated me like a member of their family. They were especially comforting when euthanasia became necessary, and with each one of my four-legged friends, Hillcrest staff cared for them as though they were their own pets. Flat fees for vaccinations and non-stop upsell.
Will be looking for a new vet that cares more about treating my pets than selling services not requested.

After spending countless about hours researching all of the available veterinarians in my neighborhood for my little baby gurl, I decided I would choose Hillcrest based on the recommendations of other pet owner's. I am So glad that I did! The staff at Hillcrest are AMAZING! They treat me with respect and have no problems answering the multitude of questions I have, being a new pet owner. We've now been for a couple of visits and my little girl gets so excited when we go there because she gets treated so well, which makes me feel so good! I can write a book about how amazing they are but all I am going to say is that I'm so glad I chose Hillcrest to be my puppy's veterinarian!

My sweet baby girl left us today. They were so good with her made sure she was calm and went peacefully.

They genuinely care about your pets. They treat them as if they are their own. After my kittens spay they called me the next day to see how she was doing and addressed my concerns and offered me a virtual assessment! So wonderful.

Expensive. Always trying to upsell. Have been coming here for years, most prices have gone up way beyond any inflation you can think off. I am feeling like they care more about charging more than helping nowadays. They do know how to treat animals. Not taking that away.

I have a very anxious dog who is phobic of nail trims. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her experiences as stress free as possible, and to work with us over time to try and keep visits positive; and hopefully help reduce her fear of them! As owners of multiple rescue animals, we rely on our vets to keep our animals healthy, more so than the average person. Hillcrest Animal Hospital has been great. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they truly care about you and your pet. Their prices are reasonable and are in line with other surrounding area vet clinics.

Recently, our 15 year old miniature schnauzer had a growth on his leg start to bleed badly. We called Hillcrest and we were able to get him in right away. They got the bleeding stopped, bandaged him up, gave us some antibiotics and we were on our way home in no time. Fortunately, they were able to schedule him for surgery the next day to remove the growth. We are happy to say he came through the surgery fine.

A big thanks to Natasha, the veterinarian who did the surgery. She is a great vet! Based on a number of experiences we have had recently with our animals, I would highly recommend Hillcrest Animal Hospital to anyone.

Just recently started going to this vet and I must say I am very impressed. My dog is normally very uneasy and upset during vet visits. With this vet my dog is so happy to be there and she rolls around for the vets to pet her tummy. Hillcrest has a great atmosphere and it really shows!

Very helpful when I took in a stray that I found. Checked him out and he's good to go. Now I've got a new furry friend!

We moved to Trenton in 2017! Did some research and decided Hillcrest animal hospital was the place to take our little dog Wendel! The first doctor we saw I didn’t really feel comfortable with! He was a bit harsh! But the next 2 times with I’m sorry can’t remember her name and Dr Armstrong were great! Both very caring and kind! Answered all our questions! Thorough examination and really listened to us! The other staff r happy fun caring people! Very good with Wendel!

Highly recommend this amazing clinic for all your furry friends. All staff are so professional and caring - They really take the time to know both animals and their owners. Check out their annual pet care packages, as they’re a great deal for dogs like mine who get into all sorts of trouble. We’re very glad we chose Hillcrest when we arrived in the area 4 years ago.

I have both a cat and a puppy that I take to Hillcrest and I can confidently say that they have the most caring, compassionate staff. I think their pricing is fair and they never make me feel badly if I say no to extras. They can always give me a prompt appointment and treat my fur babies like their own. Sometimes I feel like my pets would rather go home with them, especially Sam! They adore Sam! I've seen at least three different veterinarians and they have all been very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for a vet, look no further. You've found it with Hillcrest.

We recently moved to the area and had been using a housecall vet service (which was wonderful) to treat our high anxiety dog. She suffered an injury recently and the housecall vets were fully booked and couldn't see her for days. I called Hillcrest, not holding out much hope of an immediate appt.for a non-patient. They were kind enough to get my dog in almost immediately. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the front office staff were super friendly and efficient. Every attempt was made to make my dog and I comfortable. We saw Dr. Armstrong who is a wonderful vet. She is calm, gentle and knowledgeable and the perfect vet for our super nervous dog. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. BONUS - onsite store that sells the brands of specialty foods you can only get at vets. Fully stocked and you can place an order (I did) and have the cases of food there in two days. Amazing! One stop shopping! I love this place but more importantly, my dogs anxiety was accommodated and that made for a seamless vet visit. Thank you Hillcrest. See you soon!
