I wanted to buy a bouquet for my friend and I had a specific budget. Olivia was so sweet, she helped me grab beautiful flowers within my budget and she did a beautiful job wrapping it for me.
Totally recommend them.

Whenever I've sought a specific color or bloom, Hillcrest Florist has been my go-to destination. Their dedication to providing a diverse selection of fresh flowers has turned every occasion into a personalized floral masterpiece. A perfect bloom every time.

Don't even think about this place. Not only every item is super over priced they tried to charge me more than the price tag.
They claimed the tag was wrong but I think this is their scheme as they don't get enough revenue.
Would never step my foot there.
Now they are accusing me of changing the price label tag, very classy!

Found this florist a little over a year ago and it became an instant favorite spot. Quite a large selection of arrangements and the flowers have always been fresh and long lasting. I'd also like to point out the attention to detail when taking the orders is great. Everything from price range, colours, tones, accessories, etc is spot on.

I have been ordering floral deliveries from Hillcrest for many, many years. They are outstanding.from the moment they answer the phone, to getting all the details correct. Their prices are not outrageous and their large array of fresh flowers are actually "FRESH" and always tastefully arranged, as you request.

Best flowershop in Richmond hill, best service. Been going to them for the past 7 years since they used to be in hillcrest. Very pleasant staff, they do a remarkable job on every arrangement.

I ordered the deluxe version of "FTD Big Hug Bouquet"
The flowers delivered looked nothing like the pictures. No way it was the 'Deluxe'
The vase also looked completely different.
Also not to mention I paid 7 bucks for a birthday balloon to be added, and they managed to completely ignore that.
Will never buy from again

I really dislike writing negative reviews but I must live up to my own rules that bad service must be punished and good service rewarded. I ordered the The FTD Beautiful Expressions Bouquet as shown in the picture below. I paid $149.99 + tax for the deluxe bouquet. What I received is attached in the picture below. Decide for yourself:

1) How similar is it to the first picture attached (picture shown on their website for the deluxe bouquet)
2) Is the second picture worth $149.99 + tax

In any case, I was disappointed with what I received and will not be getting flowers from Hillcrest florists again. Not sure if this was a one time thing because when I bought from them previously it was perfectly fine, but this was for my engagement so was definitely not happy.

Hope they will keep this in mind when creating bouquets for future customers.

Among the better florist in Toronto. I have try a few here and so far HF has better value for money and better customer services. The flowers are well cared for as well.

Ordered 3 dozen roses for Valentine's Day and they're absolutely stunning. I used to go to some online delivery service for flowers that were cheaper, but you definitely "get what you pay for", and the roses I got here are IMMEASURABLY more beautiful and fresh than the online delivery place. I once made a mistake placing an order and had flowers delivered a couple days early. They were kind enough to go back and retrieve the flowers and hold on to them until the correct date and not ask for anything extra, though I would have gladly paid.

Ordered four standing sprays online for a funeral service and their products absolutely met the expectation. Beautiful and fresh flowers into an elegant deaign.

Best in the business period. You can simply ask them to put something special together and they'll never disappoint. They give you zero reasons to consider using anyone else.

Website is easy to navigate and delivery was on-time, but the flower bouquet was underwhelming. I paid for a larger bouquet and what arrived was a reasonably small set of flowers set against a bunch of leaves. I have ordered this size before from other florists, so I'm confident saying this bouquet had fewer flowers.

Great communication, easy-to-use website, flowers arrived on time, and the arrangement was as beautiful as the one I ordered (though did not look the same). In my experience, flowers that are delivered never look like the posted photo. I understand that it's not easy to get all the flowers year-round. This arrangement was nonetheless gorgeous and impressive.

This is my 5th time ordering and has never been disappointed. All my arrangements were stunning! I love Hillcrest Florist and definitely recommends them.

I placed an online order on Friday for delivery on Monday after 6pm. Unfortunately my friend was not going to be home so I called Sunday morning and asked them if they could deliver Sunday evening. While on the phone, I asked the girl to make sure they contact my friend first to ensure she is home before dropping the flowers off.

Long story short, they left the flowers outside her house. They stayed there overnight and you can imagine what shape they might be in next day.

There was no phone call to me saying this is what they had to do. If I had known then would have made arrangements to have them picked up.

$95 is what I paid and more importantly, they just ruined the whole surprise for my friend's birthday.

I left a message for the manager Shay. Hoping she calls back. I would expect them to resend a new arrangement of flowers or give me my money back.

She was fantastic in helping me find the right order and helping me through the modification I needed to make. The arrangement was very nice but it didn't have who the arrangement is from on the card. It should be given that should be on there. How would the receiver know! May should you put your name in the message which should be given. Very, very disappointed.
