Hillcrest Park Thunder became a symbol of hope and unity on that day, and it serves as a testament to the power of coming together to advocate for positive change. It's moments like these that remind us of the strength we have when we stand as one, and Hillcrest Park Thunder will forever be remembered as a place where voices united for a better world.

Beautiful and peaceful park. Offers stunning views of the city, the harbour, and the Sleeping Giant. The park is located in the north end of Thunder Bay, on a hill overlooking the lake. The park has a lot of green space, flowers, trees, and benches where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The park also has a World War II memorial for the Lake Superior Regiment, which is a tribute to the soldiers who fought and died for Canada12. The park is well-maintained and clean, and has a playground for children and a gazebo for events. The park is open year-round, and is especially beautiful in the fall when the leaves change colour. The park is a great place to visit if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and appreciate the natural beauty of Thunder Bay. I highly recommend Hillcrest Park to anyone who loves parks and views. It is one of the best attractions in Thunder Bay and a must-see for visitors.

One of the best views in tbay. Pretty safe place during the day, all cards are off the table at night though (as it is with all tbay parks).

Was apparently part of a farm that went from Red river rd to John street and extended from Hillcrest park to either carrick park or algonquin ave back in the early 1900s. The apple trees on the hill were *supposedly* original to the farm.

It's a tank and two cannons. With a list of WW1&2 vets. Kids seemed to have fun tobogganing.
