Hillside Medical Centre

Dr Alexov Lubomir is a very good doctor, very respectful and kind. His receptionist is a very rude person and absolutely unprofessional. She yells at the patients and especially at those who are older and don't speak English at all. My mother and my 90 year old grandmother were humiliated by the receptionist in front of other patients yesterday Dec 28,2023. This was a very unpleasant experience. Majority of my family and some friends are registered with Dr. Alex and I have had terrible feedback from the receptionist, she has been rude to everyone.

Hillside Medical Center has been the place for all of my medical needs since I was a child. As an adult they still take care of me and now my family. Dr. Dominguez is the most wonderful health care provider a person can pray for. Yes there are wait times and so on.but does that really matter when you're waiting for exceptional care? Thank you everyone at Hillside Medical Center for the hard work and care you put into your patients each day.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. My doctor was always thoughtful, kind, and smart. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend anytime to anyone.
