The front office was great to deal with. The rooms was spotless clean. One if the best places to stay in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel! They had great parking and a decent restaurant/buffet there. Pool was small but my friends and I still enjoyed ourselves!

Stuff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rose at the front desk.

I did have some issues with smoke smell coming through the ventilation system.the stuff tried their best to solve the problem. They provided me with air purifier.

I would definitely to choose this hotel again.

The omlettes were good. Pancake flour tasted grainy and stale. Bread, same issue. Croissants were great, as was the server. Chef, like the check in person had an air of snobbyness.

Was a great stay. The hotel was very nice, room very clean, front desk staff very friendly. This was our second visit and we would definitely return again in the future

This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate many guests who were staying for a wedding. Everyone raved about the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and how comfortable the rooms were. As were were given a group rate, we were very happy with the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice comfortable, clean accommodation. The only gap was the reliability of and speed of the WiFi, which was poor.

Stayed here with Nike Sports Camp. Kamal at the front desk was very efficient and accommodating! He provided really great service to our team. Thank-You Kamal for your excellent service! We will be back for our next camp!

My wife and I regularly have to go to Toronto from ottawa and prefer to stay in Ajax as it is quieter than TO. The friendly staff and professionalism is why we select the Hilton Garden every single time we go.

Was not impressed for the amount of money I had to pay. From seeing random toe nail clippings on the ground beside the bed to not being able to have towels sent up to our room to have a shower at night. We also asked for additional pillows and was advised they didn't have any more? It was like everything they said they would provide they didn't. I was so not impressed and for the first time in a long time wish I would have simply booked the hotel across the parking lot. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Excellent customer service by Jennifer & Amal when I arrived unexpectedly early. They went above & beyond. Thanks to Kamal, Lesley & Wilson, the house cleaning & restaurant staff for their excellent customer service as well.

Great experience, the hotel is clean, reception is very kind and polite. Parking is right in front of the hotel, which is awesome. The rooms are sanitized, and you can always ask for more towels or sheets. There's also a restaurant in the main floor in case you are hungry and don't wanna leave the hotel.

They have free Wi-Fi and if you want to save money, you can reserve the hotel on Expedia or another app for and extra discount. Great hotel.

Went for a wedding and the very limited (due to covid) staff went out of their way to be kind and brought the bride champagne when they found out about the wedding. Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and quiet.

We did a last minute booking at the Hilton Garden Inn, and encountered check in problems (reservation was not in the system) as we booked our reservations through a third party website. I want to mention that Amal, the receptionist, gave us excellent customer service, and helped us figure out our booking situation in less than 30 minutes.

TV remotes didn't work, tried 4 different ones, bathtub clogged, called to see if pool was open for daughter, they said yes until 9: 30, arrived and was booked and closed at 7, AC unit dirty, $19 for breakfast - awful slop, Wilson at front smug, not helpful, room phone constant busy signal, won't return, just expected basics

My husband and I needed to get away during this lovely year of Covid to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary! Front desk was very accommodating and even upgraded our room. We also came back to a lovely surprise of champagne on ice to celebrate. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, sanitizing stations everywhere. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Ajax. The staff was very friendly and also mindful of all proper COVID-19 practices. Our room was spotless and you could tell that extra cleaning had taken place.

Prior to booking room we asked about cleaning & sanitizing protocols during this pandemic. We were very satisfied with the reassuring response from the reservation staff. They treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived!

I had an experience that I think deserves a mention to warn others that stay here. Me & my partner stayed at this hotel for 1 night & while everything went fine with the booking process, its what happened after we checked out that left a sour taste in my mouth. The hotel is nice & the room was clean & receptionist was very polite but the problem resides with the Management Team.

When we left I forgot my charger in the room plugged into the night stand beside the bed. Less than two hours after checking out, I called the hotel to try to retrieve my charger hoping the housekeeper found it and it would be reported and I can just pick it up. Instead I was met with voicemails and then phone calls with attitude. I was told that the housekeeper did not find the charger. Within the two hours of checking out & calling the hotel, being told the charger wasn't in the room had my mind boggled. I called the hotel for three days straight trying to talk to the Manager of the housekeeping department and it took them the 3 days to get back to me. After being yelled at on the phone by the housekeeping manager, I spoke to Manager of the hotel, Wilson, only to be met with no customer service help, attitude & he hung up on me. A $70 charger is not something that just disappears within 2 hours. So far, the hotel has done nothing to solve this issue or apologize & they claim that nothing was reported as found in the room by the housekeeper.

After reading reviews of previous guest that have stayed here, it seems that the hotel continues to write Cut and Paste repsonses to reviews and does nothing to solve the issues and concerns of their guests.

The Management team is highly unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Checked in late only to not get the bed selection that was requested. Front desk staff was somewhat helpful in restaurants suggestions

Fantastic hotel and customer service. The beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. The parking is limited but overall this is a great hotel to stay at. Free breakfast and complimentary late check out.

The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms are very clean. However, it was not relaxing or quiet. There were young kids running up and down the hallways until 2: 30am. I had called down multiple times to front desk during the night but again the yelling and screaming continued. I would not stay here again.

My sister stayed 2 nights and I visited her. Very up to the standard of Garden Inn, and her room was very cheery with good light. Microwave and mini fridge are great additions!

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ajax on numerous occasions over the last few years and I have never had any issues. The room has always been ready when I got there and check in has always been smooth and friendly. I love it when they have free cookies right there at check in. The rooms are clean, the beds always have lots pillows and there is a nice feeling of home. I always find it relaxing when I stay there. The food is acceptable. The room service timing is hit or miss, but generally within an acceptable time frame.
The breakfast buffet is well worth it and much more than a continental breakfast. When I have gone, there is always eggs, bacon, sausage etc as well as regular breakfast selections like cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles and toast/bagels. They even have "specials". Last time I went the special was crepes. Coffee and tea service at the table. I have never had any trouble with noise, even when there were hockey tournaments going on and the place was full of kids. There is plenty of onsite convenient parking and it is in a great location right off the highway. There is great shopping within walking distance.

Rooms are nice and clean. (Very clean). Place was being renovated when we were there but only front door was under construction. I don't know why they didn't encourage the use of the back door as you can't get rolling carts out front as there is a curb. Reason I gave lower rating is that despite having discount or Hilton points club, they still way overcharged because we booked with a group. I wouldn't have paid that price. The front desk didn't seem to care. No sense having a discount or honor program as they don't honor it anyway. Secondly, tried to order to room. When we couldn't get delivery, the desk was to call. They didn't. Manager didn't either. No follow up. No room service. Too bad as it is a nice clean hotel with convenient parking. I didn't use the pool but heard it is really nice from fellow travelers.

Had to get a last minute room for a hockey tournament due to a clerical error. Couldn’t book with our team. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in suggesting we call the teams booking service to improve our rate and assisted through the whole process to ensure we received the team rate. Saved $200! Also we met the nicest housekeeping staff member who said she so appreciated the guests and was grateful for us so that she could have a job! So simple yet so touching. Great experience. 4 stars just because there was a shortage of hot water and I missed a shower. First world problem I can shrug off! Thanks for a great weekend.

This place is in ajax around this area this is the best place to stay you will love the place nice and quite near to all shops and city the rooms here come with all amenities like fridge and microwave and all its clean and hygenic they even rent this place for wedding and other ocassions they have restaurant in here which serve amazing fresh food and small shop in there it's very close to highway very nice place to stay guys.

Here for a conference. Rooms are fresh and new. Had a great sleep on the bed. The pool area is a bit small but we went later at night and it was empty so that was nice. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and everything was so good.

I had a no functioning toilet in the room and went to front desk to assist me and the front desk person told me that maintenance was not in and that I would have to stay in room until morning because there was nothing he could do, I had to plea to be moved to another room, based on my experience staying there I would not recommend due to poor customer service and unfriendly staff and even though I was entitled to free breakfast we had to argue like debating in order to get it and the breakfast staff harassed you as you eat

Beautiful motel.pool and hot tub area is great. Outdoor patios are very nice! Food all smelled delicious. Breakfast included would have been even better. Beds are super comfy

Always enjoy this property. Easy on and off 401 access, friendly Hilton ambassadors and clean rooms. Classic Hilton property.

Very well appointed budget stay! Genuinely yet pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was, especially at this price point. Convenient location as well.

We spent the night for our anniversary. Lovely clean room. We always enjoy out time in the hot tub and then having a nice hot bath. The breakfast is well worth the price. So yummy.

I have stayed there a couple of times now. The service has always been great. The rooms are very clean and come with a mini fridge which always comes in handy.
