Clean and convenient hotel. Good restaurants and easy access to key tourism areas. Elevators were slow.

Didnt find the suite classy as i spent over $400 for the night. The wireless internet only worked with a very weak signal in one corner close to the entrance door. There were two rooms with only 3 towels put for us so how were my kids supposed to shower. While checking out.didnt find the valet staff friendly at all even when i paid $55 for parking and $10 tip. Not what was expected from the hilton brand.very disappointed.

Went back after few years and had the worst experience again.
Had the worst welcome upon arrival and was literally yelled at telling to move our 3 vehicles. All there vehicles had handicap older people who couldnt walk if moved. I had 3 suites booked. The rooms had broken sofa beds which they failed to fix. The second suite had no blankets and sheets and they didn't provide them till about 3 am. Worst service ever and I don't think I'd go back even though I have Gold status with the Hilton. Tried to contact Hilton support but they weren't willing rectify the issue so I don't have issues moving for my future travels.

My partner and I spent the past Friday night at the Hilton Niagara Falls.
It was out first time there, I must say it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was so clean and fresh smelling.
The view was amazing.
We would definitely go back.

If i could give this review 0 stars i would. My husband and I were spending a long weekend at the Hilton, Niagara Falls for my birthday. We spent two nights and out of all the vacations and mini stays we have done this was the worst ever for service and convenience. The only thing I can compliment was the view. We had to park our car off site with all of our baggage and then take a shuttle back to the hotel with all of our stuff. The off site parking was an extra $50 per day. That is price gouging. You can park across the street which is closer then the offsite lot for $15 per day. If the shuttle wasn't there we had to wait or walk to our car if we were in a time crunch. If you want a cart to bring your stuff, the hotel staff have to do it for you and its $70 each way. We called for someone to clean our room, and they only clean after the 4th day. One of our cards didn't work and we weren't able to get into our room and the staff gave my husband a hard time about them activating the second card that they didn't set up properly at check in. Niagara falls is favorite of ours and I can assure you, the Hilton will not be a choice the next time around.

Le check-in sur l'app nous a permi d'attendre très peu à notre arrivée. Les hôtes d'accueil étaient très gentils. On nous a prêtés deux verres à vin à la réception gratuitement. La chambre était très bien, très propre, tout était fonctionnel.

Pas content sur un point. Il nous a été proposé sur l'app de choisir notre chambre. Nous avons donc choisi une chambre à l'étage 44. A notre arrivée, on nous annonce que la chambre n'est pas disponible, que la chambre que nous allons avoir est au 38ème. La vue était très bien malgré tout. Cette histoire de choix de chambre contrarié a juste servi à créer de la frustration.

Front desk Staff friendly and helpful. Managed to check in earlier than 4pm and avoided Check-in/out chaos long lines at 4pm. View of Casino. Good location. Parking $75 in building. $50 off site lot. (less than 4min walk) at a busy time shuttle takes longer. Booked a room for 5. (2 adults 3 kids) room had 2 queen beds. They offered a foldable bed, said there was a charge Reservation was for 5? And you want to charge extra for a 5th foldable bed? They checked reservation and waived fee. Did not service room, not even take out recycling /trash or refill coffee/ replace cups in the 2 days. Room only had 3 sets of towels. Again booking for 5, had to call for extras. Fridge is missing a leg so you would have to hold it to open the door. Else it would shift and hit cupboard. Coffee machine not plugged in at the back, all the little things add up. Expected more for the premium price.

Old and outdated rooms, awful customer service and overpriced. The only positive is the location but there are much better options. Won’t be staying with Hilton in the future.

The room is dirty. There are insects in our bathroom and a big fly in our bedroom. I would not come back ever again.

We chose a room with a view of the American and Canadian Falls and: The view is absolutely great! However, the rooms have not been renovated for many years. The cleanliness was bad. Although the towels are clean, there were disgusting stains on the armchair and the carpet.

Overall a good experience. Stayed one night in a king bed studio room with US falls view. Was able to see the falls and the fireworks. The only minor complaint is with communication with the front desk. When I called they said my room would be ready early. When I arrived at the time that was agreed upon, the room wasn't ready and I had to wait an extra 2 hours. Update: thank you Hilton for your reply. I appreciate you addressing my concern. Updated my review to 5 stars.

Our room was not ready for the 4pm check-in, so they offered us a room that was not quite a full view of the falls. Just American Falls a a nice view of the casino roof. The room was a bit outdated. There are no USB ports anywhere in the room. Get with the 21st century guys. I've stayed in motels for 1/4 the price with at least one USB port on the desk. Wi-Fi worked once I bought a charger in the lobby. I was very disappointed not to find bath robes in my room. Room service said they would send some up but I'm still waiting 2 hrs +. Guess it's not coming. Hilton really needs to up their game if they can get away with charging these room rates.

Horrible experience. Definately not worth the price charged. Rooms not cleaned daily, wallpaper coming off the walls, horrible piwder smell when you walk into the very hot room. Turned on air conditioning which didnt help. Coughed and sneezed the whole stay. They do not refresh or provide new towels or toiletries. Had to adk the lovely cleaning lad who didnt understand English for towels, and coffee. Parking is extra, internet is extra. Registering took forever and was a constant line up. Could not register before 4, so lined up again at 4. Still could not have our room as it wasnt cleaned. Promised they would call when ready. No call by 4: 35 so when to the staff who said he would call. Asked him when it would be ready. He said he would check- he left the area and didnt come vack. Had to speak to the supervisor who offered a nominal discount. Let me tell you the bill took no time to receive under our door when we woke up on our check out day! Booked a room with a view- got a view of a wall and parking lot
Watermark restaurant fir breakfast was also dusappoint- staff nice but food very cold. Nit work tge $25 a plate for 2 eggs, toast and 6 halves of bany potatoes. Very disappointed, will not be back.

Great hotel, great location, unfortunately our room smelt like moody towels. The location is awesome and the view for breakfast is unreal, but ya their rooms can be improved.

Me and my husband stayed here from Sept 14-Sept 17 for his birthday. The location was convenient and the pool was nice, the food was also good but the service was horrible.

The room that we were placed in was not the one that was advertised. It was promoted as a separate tub and shower but the shower inside the tub with paint chipping over the bathtub. We had to complain twice to get moved after the man at the front desk told us that the didn't have any separate tubs and showers (they did).

The breakfast service was horrible, especially since you had to pay for it separately. They were charging $5 for a cup of coffee! They also took over 30 minutes to serve our food.

On our last night, the toilet overflowed and it took them nearly an hour to come service it.

Waking up with a view of the falls is a dream come true! At breakfast you can choose your preferences, and the pool is free and very organized. The environment has a smell of comfort. It has secure parking for our passenger car and other vehicles. It is a place very close to tourist attractions and the price is very good and easy to pay.

Normally I'd like to start off with something positive, but there isn't much to say except for the location is great. (But Niagara is small, so you can get around easy enough.)
This hotel has been such a disappointment. With the addition hidden fee's bringing our total to just over $450 for ONE NIGHT, I expected a little more than this.
The lovely dirty Whirlpool tub with silverfish in it. The near eye level vent in the bathroom that has most likely NEVER been cleaned is busting with dust and dirt. Busted ironing board. And some seriously uncomfortable and very bouncy mattresses with terrible pillows to boot. (100% do not recommend if you have ANY back pain issues!) Air-conditioner making non-stop noises. Carpet is clearly stained and dirty.
I'm not by any means flashy, but I expected more from this hotel. It's outdated and everything is either dusty or stained. (You think Covid would have encouraged deeper cleaning routines, but clearly not.) If you're going to justify charging this much, at least put some of it BACK into the property.
Honestly, if you absolutely had to stay in Niagara, you're better off staying at a cheaper hotel and saving your money.
I wouldn't even want to stay here for free.

Returned to the room and the bathroom was flooded. No urgency by the hotel to remedy the situation. Water was leaking from the light fixture over the bathtub. After I insisted a new room was given an interior room which the toilet was broken so had to get another substandard room. No compensation given by the hotel. Parking was very expensive and you had to take a shuttle from your car to the hotel
I will never stay in this hotel again

We stayed on the 29th floor in the north tower. We had a King suite with jacuzzi and falls view. Originally we were staying at the oaks But due to a technical issue with our room so they sent us here. So glad they did. Our room was perfect. We had a fire place, large tub with jets, very comfortable bed, and the view. The view was mesmerizing! From middle of the day, to the fireworks over the falls at night, just awesome. But that was not all. I woke up at around 530am and rolled over in my bed and saw the most breathtaking sun rise ever! Along with the room being so great the staff in this hotel are so friendly and helpful. It is connected to the Fallsview casino and u literally can be indoors the whole stay if you choose to stay in. Lots of restaurants, Starbucks, pool and all available in the hotel. While we stayed a nice couple of girls gave us free tickets to see Patti Labelle while we were there Our 25th wedding anniversary was a blast and glad it was spent at the Hilton.

My stay at the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites was simply amazing. In addition to being literally next to the famous Niagara Falls, the hotel offers an impeccable structure. The suites are spacious and well decorated, ensuring a comfortable environment. The panoramic view of the falls is spectacular. The customer service is agile and friendly, always ready to help. I also highlight the heated pool area, perfect for relaxing after exploring the tourist attractions. "I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Niagara Falls. "

My stay at the Hilton was horrible. I stayed there for one night becuase the Oakes pushed our reservation to the Hilton without informing us. So we found our upon arrive. We were asked to park in a lot that was 10-15 mins walking distance and asked to grab a shuttle back. ALSO, pay $40. The line was over an hour long. Although the staff was very friendly, my husband and I missed our show. We lost our tickets which was the reason we were staying in Niagara for the night. Additionally, we had chosen to stay at a hotel over an airbnb due to privacy and safety concerns. However, someone literally walked into my room as I was about to shower (my husband had stepped out to grab something) I reported it to security but nothing was done. They didn’t change rooms. I’ve emailed both hotels about my concerns and no resolution has been made. They just keep bouncing me around. I’ve sent over 10 emails trying to explain the issue and sent them my booking reservation and they conveniently unable to find my reservation. Funny because they were quite quick to charge me.
