Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Hilton really needs to reconsider who they are hiring and their priorities towards customer service. The people at the front desk are absolutely horrible. No smile, no care in the world for helping you out. Absolute disgrace. Do better Hilton!

There was construction at the time I visited but it was a great stay with good rooms and the location is amazing in Toronto. The breakfast might be really expensive but it was still great.

Au check-in, on m'a informé qu'on m'avait donné une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur, donc beaucoup de bruit en perspective surtout que j'avais une réservation pour 3 nuits. Selon ma réservation avec Booking, je n'aurais pas dû avoir une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur. J'ai été obligée de payer un supplément de 20 $/nuit pour avoir une chambre loin de l'ascenseur. Donc un extra de 60 $. L'hôtel n'offre pas de stationnement, ce qui est quand même étonnant pour un grand hôtel comme Hilton. Il faut payer un extra, environ 50$/nuit pour avoir le stationnement à l'hôtel avec le service de valet. C'est un bon service mais pour 3 nuits, j'ai sorti un autre extra de 150$ + taxes. L'hôtel est en rénovation jusqu'en 2025, donc il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la journée, entre 9h et 17h. Si vous voulez faire la grasse matinée, c'est raté. Toutefois, le prix par nuit est environ 350 $. Le petit déjeuner est très ordinaire, on ne peut pas avoir un latté car ils n'ont pas la machine, je ne recommande pas, pour les 28 $ chargés (ou 25 $ si vous réservez avec le petit-déjeuner inclus). Il y a des places autour, à 10-15 minutes à pied où vous pouvez avoir un excellent petit déjeuner et moins cher. Il n'y a pas de safe.

Everything was fine in the beginning but now i have construction work at 6: 45 AM? ! Yesterday it was 8: 00 AM which still annoyed me but 6: 45? You have paying hotel guests staying!

Excellent location for site seeing and exploring the night life nice sites with amazing staff

This Hilton is just ok. The rooms, especially the newly renovated ones, are spacious and modern. However, the rest of the hotel is very subpar. The lobby is very small and not very welcoming, the breakfast is mediocre for a 4* hotel, and the amenities are very poor. Not very impressed with this Hilton apart from the room, but the staff was all great.

While the hotel is being renovated, the rooms were fairly updated. The elevators were the worst part. We came back to a line down the hall after a long night out. I have never experienced that in all my life! We also had to wait 10-15 minutes to get in the elevator because it was so full. Once you get in, you have to stop on all floors going down.

The room was clean for the most part but the door didn’t quickly close. Most hotel room doors practically knock you over & close right away. So when we left out, we had to make sure the door was closed.

The room smelled musty as well!

We came in for an afternoon nap, the housekeeper came straight into the room w/o knocking. I think they heard the TV then spoke, we told them to come back. Always knock!

The pool seems outdated but I like that it had a indoor/outdoor pool.

The hotel is in a great location for walking to eat/shop.

Overpriced, outdated decor, un-accommodating reception (at least, the girl who checked me in). The best things are: location, scenic elevator and softness pillows and mattress.

Rooms not only had bad smell, but with some cleaning issues, sticky desk surface, left over coffee pod and broken thermostat

Had a drink with friends in the lobby bar. All okay, service was mediocre and server only came to table when prompted by us to do so. They.seemed to be a little understaffed.

It is very clean and the bed are very comfortable, and the staff I encounter with is very friendly

Not trying to be cheap but a $250 Room and an additional $70 plus tips was a shocker.

Very friendly, professional and helpful Hotel staff. Family and I had breakfast and evening appetizers and drinks - food and service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view.

Nice locale. Underground parking. Great views. Connected to PATH, so getting good coffee in the morning is an easy walk to Sam James Coffee. Descent breakfast buffet.

Just a couple for a night in Toronto. Terrible, second and last time staying there. Poor service.

Just an okay experience, nothing over the top. The pool was really cold and there was no hot tub.

I’ve stayed at this location several times this year and have had a good customer experience in spite of the increased challenges the pandemic has created for businesses. I’m especially impressed with how courteous and kind all the staff are. Absolutely everyone I have interacted with has been fantastic.

The hotel is right in the heart of the downtown financial district with easy access to public transit and parking, as required.

I also really appreciate the convenience of using their App to check in - check out and making a request is as simple as opening your app and using the chat function…love it!

The view from the 28th floor was awesome, the city views are great, and the sunset was beautiful. The scenic elevator was a pleasant surprise.

Great overall experience. Just some red wine on the carpet when we arrived, so I was worried I'd lose my deposit for it. It was all resolved however and I should have my money back in a few days.

I liked everything until breakfast time. The room was nice and clean, the view was great, the scenic elevator is a must try! A nice stay.
Was disappointed by no room service for breakfast. Seems a odd choice to cut there.

I was attending a conference at the hotel; it was very well organized. The hotel is nice, though quite outdated rooms, but they’re spacious, clean and comfy. Location is great, so close to great restaurants and bars and minutes walking to the CN Tower. They don’t provide water or in-room dining service!

Rayol made sure I had the best birthday stay ever. He went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional view of the city and also brought me a little birthday gift which was really appreciated. He has given a whole new meaning to the name Hilton and customer service altogether. I can say with confidence he has been the most welcoming manager I've ever felt from a hotel and will be sure to return and let my friends and family know about my awesome stay:)

Horrible customer service. I called the Hilton Toronto to add a night to my stay and they said it was no problem. When I arrived they said they couldn’t find my reservation and couldn’t do anything for me. The front desk agent Riya was very rude and had a lot of attitude.

Pretty disappointing. We paid a good amount of money for a room only and it was pretty small. The walk from the elevator to my room took about 5 minutes as it was so far away. No complementary breakfast either. For a big hotel in the middle of a large city, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Tim (manager) an a couple others employeed along with Maurice, accommodated my stay to the fullest for my Birthday weekend experience, they were helpful when my card wasnt working an they accommodated me through all odd. Thank you guys! Thank you Hilton

Perfect location for visiting Toronto!

Renovated room, very nice and clean. Bed was like heaven. Big walk in shower. Good sized room. Nice views to Downtown Toronto.

Wifi was not the best at times. Staff was nice and helpful all the time.

I’ve stayed here multiple times for 2-3 days at a time and “everything” keeps getting worse. The first time I stayed I figured I’d park myself…$70, only to find out from the front desk that parking was just $30 for valet (which isn’t bad right?) so I continued to stay because it’s a fantastic location. Last time I stayed, there was something wrong with the water and my phone wasn’t working. This time, they have increased parking without disclosure before you park (which is now over $50 for valet, your other option being $70 to park on your own) they keep authorizing my credit card without letting me know (even though I have a history here), the fridge is buzzing and there are people partying until 2AM only to start again at 6AM. I called the front desk and they just said “sorry”. I’d save your money and stay somewhere better with free or cheaper parking and better customer service.

The front desk was super friendly and efficient. The hotel was following Covid protocols and I felt safe with the actions they were taking. Our room was very clean. The hotel is close to so many things and a beautiful wall down University Avenue.

The location and view is terrific, parking valet is affordable and convenient.

Unfortunately the rooms are disappointing. Got an upgrade to a "suite" for having Hilton Honors Gold, but the room was indistinguishable from a typical king except for a lounge chair and being on the 30th floor.

The water pressure in the shower was unacceptable for what alleges to be a 4 star hotel. It's literally a trickle and bordered on unusable. If you're staying here, ask for the lower floors, maybe they have better pressure.

The pool is very nice, although shallow and they don't seem to consistently enforce reservation/capacity during covid, there were groups of kids there continuously past the hour.

The breakfast also requires a wait, so if you're planning around it get there early.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton. Staff go above and beyond to help and service is top notch. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I loved the King Jr suite. Everyone was super nice. I had a good view of the CN Tower and the hotel pool. Walking distance to a lot of activities. So.much going on in Toronto. Definitely will stay again. Only problem, you can hear everyone on the stairwell. So request a room away from the stairwell.

Not only was the hotel so nice, but we were upgraded to a king-sized bed in a beautiful and fresh looking suite. The bar downstairs is reasonable in price and very convenient. They even had a little shop downstairs with little necessities and souvenirs. The scenic elevator was really cool, especially for someone who had never been to Toronto before. Check in/out was smooth and the location was perfect for food and close enough walking distance to see everything else. Highly recommend!

Overall, the Hotel and Staff were fantastic, unfortunately there were a few painful issues: 1. Always a lengthy wait for an elevator. 15+ minutes several times. 2. Took almost an hour to get my car back from the valet when I wanted to leave. 3. Breakfast times in the app were wrong, causing us to miss it.
Sent this feedback through Hilton, but never heard anything back.

Très bel hôtel. Je suis troublé par la clientèle. Que ce soit à la piscine dans le hall les clients sont très cheap. Pas de tenue correcte affalé dans les canapés du lobby. La police est venue deux fois dans l'hôtel sur la soirée. C est à mettre sur le climat particulier du centre ville.

Room was ok, but was short on number of towels as there were 4 of us and only 3. Coffee supplies limited. Went for breakfast only to find you had to do buffet, not off the menu. Short staffed. Hollandaise sauce had far too much vinegar it. Child next to us had a small spider walking on his plate
Totally not what we would expect from the Hilton.

The hotel is great. The restaurant service and staff at Tundra are a bit dry and not so friendly, especially the bar. Could just be Canada I am not sure.

DO NOT STAY HERE. INVASION OF PRIVACY. THIS WAS OUR WEDDING NIGHT AND THEY ENTERED THE ROOM AT 6: 55 AM WITHOUT PERMISSION WHILE MY WIFE AND I WERE NOT DECENT. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MANAGER RAYO OFFERED ME FREE BREAKFAST AND TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AFTER THEIR INVESTIGATION AND THAT I WOULD BE CREDITED FOR A FUTURE STAY IF THEY FOUND THAT SOMEONE HAD ENTERED. HE NEVER CALLED BACK, OR LEFT A MESSAGE. I CALLED THEM BACK AND SPOKE TO MANAGER STEVE. HE SAID A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK SINCE I HAD TO WAIT FURTHER SINCE RAYO DIDN'T MAKE ANY NOTES REGARDING MY CASE FROM A WEEK AGO. THEN REYNA ANOTHER MANAGER CALLED ME BACK TO INFORM ME THAT THE INVESTIGATION HAD BEEN FINISHED AND NO ONE ENTERED MY ROOM. DO YOU THINK I MADE THIS UP? SHE WAS THEN RUDE TO ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG AND LAUGHED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO DO WHATEVER I WANT THAT THEY WOULD ONLY CREDIT THE BREAKFAST WHICH IS WHAT RAYO ALREADY OFFERED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE BEFORE HIS INVESTIGATION. THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL INVADE YOUR PRIVACY AND THEN BASICALLY CALL YOU A LIAR AND AVOID TAKING OWNERSHIP OF IT. RAYO, STEVE AND REYNA WHO CALL THEMSELVES MANAGERS ALTHOUGH WHO KNOWS IF THEY REALLY ARE, SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS AND THIS JOKE OF A HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
UPDATE: BELOW IS A COMPLETE LIE. RAYO HAD OFFERED ME FREE BREAKFAST FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHETHER OR NOT THE INVESTIGATION TURNED UP NEGATIVE OR NOT. HE THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS WITH THE INVESTIGATION RESULTS. HE DID NOT. THEN I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO STEVE WHOM I HAD TO EXPLAIN IT AGAIN AS RAYO HAD NOT TAKEN ANY NOTES ON THE FILE. HE THEN SAID HIS SUPERVISOR NAMED SAM WOULD CALL ME BACK IN WHICH THEY DID NOT. REYNA WHO IS NOT SAM SHE IS A COLLEGUE OF STEVE CALLED ME TO INFORM ME AGAIN THAT THE INVESTIGATION HAD COME UP NEGATIVE AND THAT SHE CAN OFFER ME FREE BREAKFAST WHICH WAS ALREADY OFFERED TO ME. I DID NOT MAKE UP THAT SOMEONE ENTERED MY ROOM AT 6: 55 AM ON JULY 28TH AND THEY REFUSED TO CHECK THE CAMERAS OR DO ANYTHING FURTHER ABOUT THIS INVASION OF PRIVACY.

I stayed in the hotel 5 nights (July 3. -7.) and put about 17 postcards in the mailbox on first floor at the elevator. Nobody got them! Are they still in the mailbox?

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, clean. Walking distance from the distillery district and from the city center.
It was the quickest chick in I ever had. The pool is a nice bonus. Everyone was very polite.

Great hotel! The pool is amazing, a great place to spend some time if you've got an hour or two to spare in your schedule. Rooms were standard, water pressure in the shower was not fantastic.
The only downside we found is that the elevators are crazy in the morning on a busy check-out day.

Dark lobby, elevators not working, the furniture in the room was banged up, the vanity was only superficially clean. They are riding on reputation, this is far from a 4-star hotel.

I stayed here three days to attend a conference. After the last section of the conference, we had a drink party. Took a beer to the seating area close to the bar in lobby for a quite conversation on the phone. I got kicked out of the area. Being told either I had to throw away my beer and repurchase from the bar in order to be able to seat in that area or I had to go back downstairs where the conference was. If not I will be considered “walk out” as a thief. Really! I stayed at a Deluxe Room King bed, paid lots of money and got treated even worse than a motel 8

I usually stay at Hampton inn hotel series in Canada. Breakfast here is different. There are food varieties and more. Rooms are clean. All good.

Nice hotel. Wifi dosen't work in the conference rooms unless you pay them 2000.00 a day
Dead zone if your tring to run a business

The elevator is really the only reason why I'm not ever going to stay here again. Reading the reviews it seems like they haven't fixed the problem in months. I stayed here July 21 and I'll tell you that the problem is still not fixed. There are 5 elevators but there are line ups for over 20 mins just to go up. Coming down is even worse since the elevator is all full of people. From standing in line it looks like only 2 of the 5 elevators are ever working.

When I was living here, I drove up to the door and waited for someone. The security guard told me that I couldn't stop there for more than ten minutes, and even though I was in the car, I didn't block any passageways. It's ridiculous.

Great location. Friendly staff. Maddeningly slow elevators, especially considering there's 5 of them. Rooms are basic but clean and well equipped.

Whatever your rate plan says about parking, trust me it's not included.and not cheap.

I stayed at the Toronto Hilton a couple years ago and found it quite dated compared to other comparable hotels in downtown Toronto. I was supposed to stay there again this weekend for a conference. Unfortunately my spouse had a medical emergency and is in hospital and may require a second surgery so I had to cancel my trip last minute. The staff was not empathetic when I called to cancel and charged me a full nights stay. I own a business and understand there are policies but recognize that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances. I will never stay at another Hilton property again and will encourage my professional organization to stop using Hilton properties for our conferences.

Just stayed at the downtown Hilton for a conference. Amazing service from Ronisha at the front desk and Aditi in the Tundra Restaurant. Thanks for setting the bar for excellent customer care. This hotel is in a perfect spot for all things Toronto. Highly recommended for the urban explorer!

It's a busy hotel but the staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the pool is fantastic! Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was a buffet with lots of variety. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel some staff go all the way but in general staff are irritable when asking for assistance. Ronishe and Palvy were fantastic always. Ladies who cleaned the rooms fantastic.

Clean rooms and the hotel is bright and gives off a "rich / 'boujee' feeling". I also spent time in the Convention Centre below for meetings and the rooms were comfortable and air conditioned.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, I liked the scenic elevator. Breakfast in the executive lounge was great however they ran out of drinking glasses so not all of the guests could enjoy the juice. Also when our requested room was switched they forgot to add the additional items we had special requested, the room key also was not initially activated for the lounge and then all our room keys were de-activated and we had to go down to get them working again. The hotel is generally nice overall but I advise clarifying with the front desk that any special requests are taken care of at check-in as you may get surprised when you reach your room.

I am impressed with how the Hilton is handling their renovations. I’m at the Craig Proctor Real Estate Conference I love the easy directional footsteps they have provided
