They can keep the pets in hotel room but only dogs. My husbands work place christmas party held in there. After we reach to hotlet in check-in they ask about the pet (it was early booked includes $70 pet charges). When I showed the birds they said only aloud dogs. We had to leave the christmas party without attending.

Poor experience and not feeling really welcomed… Pool belongs to a neighbouring health club with lots of rules and restrictions (not the best place to take the family). Still did not get into the executive lounge, but I called to ask few questions about and seems that it also has got super firm rules and honestly I did not feel welcome…

Update:
Went to the executive lounge and as expected did not meet my expectations when compared at least to other Hilton hotels…

About to check out in one hour and my experience did not change.

My take home message is: DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN (it does not comply to Hilton Standards)

Rooms are standard Hilton rooms, nothing special but beautiful venue for a wedding or event. Restaurant is good, and hotel staff friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was not as good as I had hoped it to be. There was both good and bad aspects that made it a very “mid” experience.

The good: The room was spacious and offered a lot of workspace. There is beautiful architecture on the main floor. The exterior is aesthetic, decorated with beautiful plants and greenery. There is a cool phone sanitizing machine by the front-desk. I really appreciate the small getting-ready area in my room. I appreciated the full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturizer provided in the washroom. The staff was mostly kind and friendly. They offer free items like flip-flops and toothpaste upon request.

The bad: I was told that we would get called when our room was ready as we were 2 hours early for the check in time (1pm). We waited until 3pm to find out our room was already ready but never got a call, which wasted our time waiting in the lobby. The room is not the most clean: There was drippy pink makeup stains on the left side of the washroom that never got cleaned. The toilet buttons looked unclean. There were dusty hardwood floors under the sink. I found a few stains on the carpet that looked like blood. There was a small bit of garbage on the floor. I found the communication between the hotel employees seriously lacking: We called for flip flops but they didn't get delivered until I called again 30 min later. We called for toothpaste but they didn't arrive until I called again 1 hour later. I was very kind and didn’t complain as I have experience working in the service industry, but it seemed the employees didn’t feel very sorry for how long I had to wait to get what we requested for.

Beware: The room service has a lot of extra charges. Our total bill was $17 more than just the food and drinks. $3 delivery fee, 15% service fee, HST, (Optional) I added a 10% tip. I feel there’s no need for a delivery fee when there’s also a service fee. Tipping before Ive had my food also seems unfair considering the food wasn’t of the best quality. I had a small eggshell in my poached eggs which was soaking in a bit of water when it arrived. A small glass of apple juice was priced at $6 which seems extreme. I understand that we’re paying for the cost of convenience but for an extra $13 (without tip) thats quite a bit.

Overall feedback: I’m quite upset about the service we received, especially for a business hotel. I was let down by this experience especially because it is a 4 star hotel and the first hotel I have ever booked in my life. As someone who is sensitive to their environment and its cleanliness, the hotel was not as comforting of an experience as I hoped. Their service operations needs improvement, especially in terms of their communication and in delivering a high quality experience.

It is an underwhelming stay. First hotel stay for my 6 months old baby. No early Check in or late Check out available with diamond HH. Even I send several emails before arrived. We arrived at 2pm. Told room is not ready. We came back at 5pm and took us 1 hour to check in. Diaper changer in ground floor washroom is broken. No room upgrade. Diamond member got access to executive lounge in the afternoon and morning breakfast. Pool need appointment to enter is not make sense. Not recommend.

The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. Imagine showering and suddenly feeling a drop in pressure and the water getting hotter. Didn't make for a great showering experience. We also had to book an appointment to use their swimming pool bc they share it with the athletic club which is fine, but note that the water pressure can be inconsistent in the showers as well. Their mini fridge was not cold at all so keeping leftovers in there was a lost cause. They had a microwave so that was nice for heating up leftovers. We loved the views of our room which was located on the corner and overall enjoyed our stay very much. It was convenient to restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and your typical shopping center.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, excellent housekeeping and bartender. Being a Hilton Honors Diamond member and having a room on the 10th floor, we had access to the Executive lounge for breakfast and evening reception, but they only allow 2 guests per room, so my son could not join us without paying 16.95. All he ate was toast and juice and we still had to pay- every day, twice a day for him to be with us and not alone in the room. Absolutely ridiculous. You can’t get in that lounge without a key carded to the tenth floor, yet we were harassed every time for our room number and to pay for our son. I have never had that happen at a Hilton before (Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, etc) or even at the cheap Super 8 we had just stayed at that had breakfast. What’s the point of a Diamond Honors Lounge if you have to pay extra for it? You already have to pay extra for the tenth floor yet they charge you again? Skip this hotel if there are more than 2 of you. There are better options.

The hotel lobby areas are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are also a fairly large size. Even the smallest rooms have a separate seating area. I took one star off because the space needs to be updated.especially the bathrooms.

I was a little torn on this updated review as I've typically had a good experience at this hotel pre-pandemic. I've also picked this Hilton as it's a good proximity to family.

Likely due to Covid or used as a reason to downsize, I found the hotel largely understaffed this trip, whether it was in the restaurant, front desk, or in house cleaning. There were numerous friendly and helpful staff, especially house keeping and staff in the restaurant.

I had numerous negative interactions with the front desk and management. I think the one issue that stuck out the worst was a previous guest left their pillow in the hotel room, during Covid nonetheless. Not the hotel's problem per se but how they handled it appeared dishonest. They called my room nightly around 9 pm and even my cell phone when I didn't answer the phone, because we were putting our children to bed. They appeared dishonest as to why they wanted to come in the room and that rubbed us the wrong way as their reason was vague and different each call.

We also found it much louder this trip with other guest noise. The rooms are also starting to show more than regular wear and tear. At the end of the day, it's not a bad hotel if you can get a deal but it's also no longer a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

I have been a Hilton Diamond member for many years and visited this hotel with my family. This time it didn't disappoint me. I especially liked the kindness of "Saki" Hilton's staff at the front desk. I plan to visit again because there was an effort by the staff to solve problems when there were problems. If you meet "Saki" at the front desk, everyone will be satisfied.

4 stars because water does not drain well from the sink in the kitchen.

I especially writing this comments to appreciate one of the front desk associate, Saki. She is tremendous, her customer service skills are awesome. I was very impressed with her. This was the second time I met her and she helped in checking in and checking me out. Very humble, cooperative and knowledgeful lady. Hotel of course a nice and clean building with nice restaurant and lobby. Location is very attractive, close to all amenities, transportations and highways.

The hotel is coming back to Life after pandemic. Staff and management share client frustrations over service issues due to reduced staff. Love the washer and dryer for short term stays and efforts of the staff

Cons: Disappointed with Hilton. Outside look shining but rooms are of very low quality. See pictures I’ve attached. Stained and broken carpet. Hairs in the bathroom and lot of dusts in the ceiling that can be easily cleaned but not cleaned.
Outdated rooms and need renovation.

Pro: Walk-in shower is great. Rooms size is ok.

This was an amateur hour "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot' straight property. We are very understanding and aware of the COVID challenges, restrictions, and staffing issues. And we're good with those consequences. That's life in the pandemic and not the issues we encountered. This property's management seems to have not yet graduated the basics.

Normally my stays at the Hilton and amazing. But this long weekend I spent two nights for my birthday. After my stay I realized I accidentally left my tablet. So I called the front desk to get it back. They took a few hours to tell me that they couldn't find it. So after a second failed attempt of talking to them and hearing them pass blame to their wonderful housekeeping staff. I went back to the hotel to check the room myself. It's when I got there and waiting over 30 minutes only to find out they had no communication with the security guard who had my tablet in the lost and found. I'm convinced they wanted to keep it for themselves honestly I could be wrong but needless to say I won't be staying there again.

The jacuzzi was empty, breakfast serving not very good (took 50 minutes to complete breakfast), rooms were dated but clean. Housekeeping every third day on longer stays. Last housekeeping was done on colleague's room but not on my room. It's ok, but definitely not anywhere near "good. "

A horrible experience while staying for 4 nights and 5 days for a conference. Rooms were not cleaned once, my sheets were left on a couch for myself to change. New towels left in my room on a Thurs when I checked in on a Monday. Dirty towels we're not even taken.

Also they hold your deposit for up to 5 days after your checkout.

The menu is the same everyday with expensive but minimal selections.

The whole experience as a whole was horrible.

I chose this hotel because the website said "Our Executive King suite is located on the 10th floor with complimentary premium WiFi access and continental breakfast served in the Executive Lounge. " We quickly discovered there has never been an "Executive Lounge. " We just eat at the little restaurant in the lobby where everyone eats. We would not have paid extra for an executive suite if there were not an executive lounge. The continental breakfast was the most spartan I've ever been offered. Upon an unexpected very late arrival, I was extremely hungry and asked about any possible availability of food of any kind. I was told there are vending machines on our floor; but the only thing on our floor was one vending machine that dispensed sodas and water-no food or snacks at all. The room itself was nice though.

The hotel is great! It was exceptionally quiet inside the room. Our king size bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep! The only issue we had is that the pool was closed during our stay due to a maintenance issue.

Rooms are old and due for renovation
My niece skin grew lot of stuff during her stay in hotel, there's a lot of germs, not clean.

We always stay at this hotel on our annual trip to Markham but this time is very disappointing.

However, service was good, so 1 star instead of 0 stars.

Complained about guests being way to loud at 3am management said they would do something about guests partying in hall ways. They never did. Very poor management. Wil never stay at a Hilton again. Was promised free breakfast but charged us anyway.

Had lived in the area my entire life and had always wanted to stay in this hotel. Our stay was pleasant and the room was much larger than I thought. We had an issue with a party going on in the rooms adjacent to ours and management was quick to respond.

I ordered the salmon dish and substituted the wild rice with garlic mashed potatoes. The salmon seemed to be infused with dill and the sautéed vegetables added some much needed texture. The oil around the plate was concerning but didn't taste as oily as it appeared to be. That being said I do understand and appreciate the artistry.

Great ambiance in the lobby, convenient location, and the rooms are really nice! Overall the hotel has a great atmosphere and it definitely will provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay.the dine in breakfast service is awesome too, if you're willing to add on a small extra charge

Had a very bad experience with customer service. I was told one thing over the phone and a completely different thing in person. The staff was not accomodating whatsoever. I asked for a late check out and was told they can't to it. Needless to say it wasnt an enjoyable experience.

Very bad experience. I did the reservation for a suite room with kitchen and surprise with ugly room and bad smell. I talked to manager Ali. This person canceled the room and called security to kick us out until midnight to find a room with my wife and my 5 year old daughter. Very bad service, not professional and not human. This Guy shouldn’t be working for Hilton.

Guest experience is phenomenal. Special mention to the bar staff and front desk team. Concierge at its finest. Hilton teams adjustment to the pandemic is above reproach. My family felt safe and secure in the ultra modern suite provided. In room experience and dining. Kids would have loved to jump in the pool but sadly our stay time was limited. Next time for sure. The hospitality again cannot be more positively expressed. Even my children went out of their way to comment on how it made them feel. Thx again

Stayed here last Friday. Check in was smooth and room clean. Decided to come back Saturday. The lady at the front desk remembered us and this made check in even faster. This was appreciated as we were exhausted. Thanks to the great staff we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved my stay here. My suite was clean and had a well stocked kitchenette for my stay. Although a few of the facilities were closed due to COVid, i didn't really feel i was missing out on anything. There are so many restaurants and grocery stores near by and places to shop (CF Markville).
The service is impeccable and they really respond quickly to any requests you have. I will definitely book here again!
Shout out to the front desk agents for being so accomodating and the maintenance team for replacing my fridge in a matter of minutes!

Fantastic location in the suburbs of Toronto. Has several Tesla superchargers for electric cars. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is ample and free. Hotel is very clean and well maintened and appropriately priced. Would definitely visit again.

The Christmas brunch buffet is great - delicious selection of food including desserts, live music, and terrific service. We come here most Christmases and it's always a treat for the family.

I attended a holiday party at one of the conference room. The atmosphere is very mediocre. The food was below average. My comoany actually held a party at the same location 2 years ago. The food quality remained the same and did not improve. The staff and services were great. It's just the environment in the hotel and food were quite underwhelming

I was at the Hilton in November for a conference and was extremely disappointed with their service. I am a mother of an infant and needed a space to breast pump. I tried contacting them a week in advance to see if they could accommodate me, but was told I needed to book a room (despite living only 20 minutes away). I thought I would have more luck trying to speak to someone in person at the event, but the front staff was just as unhelpful, suggesting I breast pump in the washrooms. I can't begin to express how disappointed I was in their response. Hilton is a large hotel and it should not have been difficult for them to find a quiet space for me use for ten minutes. I will not be using a Hilton hotel in the future, knowing how unaccommodating they are to working mothers who breastfeed.

Attended a Dance Attack Expo. Not a fan of paying for parking at any hotel or the $6 bottle of water at the gift shop but other than that, the building was very nice, the staff was friendly & everything was clean & well run.

I've spent a combined total of four weeks here for work over the past year or so and it is a good, solid hotel. The rooms are quite large (all are suites, so you'll have at least a tiny living room in addition to your bedroom) and the restaurant and bar (while having somewhat limited menus) are high quality and staffed by seasoned pros. The breakfast buffet is also quite a yummy - although slightly expensive) way to start the day.

Some of the features and designs are a little dated, but there was construction/modernization going on when I was there in November'18 so that may no longer be the case soon. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel - it has treated me well throughout my business travels this year.

Good location - close to Whole Foods, LCBO, Markville Mall, and a variety of restaurants. Nice rooms. Good facilities. Good lunch/dinner menu. But don't bother with breakfast.

Went for buffet at the restaurant in the hotel. Good selection of food, well prepared, tasty, clean, well presented, organized, and professional. Restaurant was well staffed, servers well trained, friendly and helpful. Buffet had a good selection for all. Ranged from prime rib (slightly over cooked, but seasoned well) crab legs, shrimp, muscles (very fresh), salads, (good selection) sushi (acceptable, mostly salmon, tuna and rolls) and also breakfast foods and an omelette station. Price was very reasonable for the spread, service and quality of food. Would certainly go again.

Our rooms were very spacious and clean enough. One complaint was there is no fan in the bathroom. The food served was surprisingly good. We had breakfast lunch and dinner. Dinner was a bit small and wasn't anything to write home about. Breakfast and lunch were pretty good but at the end of the day it was buffet style food. The hotel is in a fairly central location. Unfortunately it's a bit far to walk to any great restaurants and is still quite far from downtown Toronto. There are a few restaurants right next door.

We went for a corporate social event that held about 500 personnel. The area was well designed and set up. The food was mediocre, as you would expect from an event hall. Overall the experience was pleasant!
